The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Ahhh, twas a good day indeed. Kenta's psychotic side had subdued slightly and he was feeling slightly better than normal. Having fitted himself with a loose vest, a pair of baggy shorts and a pair of sandals, Kenta pranced around on the spot, fixing a floral hair piece into his hair. He was feeling particularly pretty and fabulous today and what better way to express that than to skip around Kusa for awhile. He'd not long from finishing his little tour with Lee and that Jojo woman...come to think of it, he didn't like her as much as he was hoping to. Confrontation was waaaay too much effort for him to even bother with.
Stopping at a small tea stall, having been given a piggy back ride by someones pet boar, Kenta rolled off the boars back and nudged the stalls supports slightly, not hard enough as to collapse the frail structure. Getting to his feet, he patted himself down and stared at the man who owned the stall through bandaged eyes. His life force was fair BUT what if Kenta sent out an electrical surge? Would his life force flicker and dance around the disruptions the raiton would cause? or would he simply flop the ground and that was all she wrote? Myeh. No killing for him today.
"One tea please with a pot of sugar and milk!"
He chirped happily, the man staring at Kenta with a puzzled expression? Probably thinking 'What the hell is this guy on?' but oh well, Kenta couldn't care, nor could he see the man's expression but he simple nodded for the man to hurry his hole with that tea...Hmm, he could just taste it!! As the man rushed off, Kenta' mind rushed back to that Jojo character...She seemed like she COULD be nice but...meh. Only time would tell.

A morning like most others, a fresh air about the area as well for it was befitting of the jungle around them all. She would steadily focus and from there she would notate just how different this place was from what she was used to. An apartment all the same but far too high end for her, as it was she did not like having to be in such a place as to require herself to learn styles of multiple things that surrounded her. The skill to attack, the skill to rest, the skill to eat, and the skill to persevere were all necessary for the tribute to survive.
It was one of the few things she had told the two travelers she had met while they were in those fancy cloaks at the time. She wondered who they were though, and it only seemed one actually caught on to her while the other was none the wiser. She wondered why the blind man caught on to anything while she would figure to do a little research prior to entering the village grounds once more. Though she found nothing of support, there were legends of a blind assassin who utilized sound waves for everything, she wondered if this was the same kind of man.
Far too playful in her opinion though as she would merely keep it in mind with a grain of salt. Sound or no sound, once can be a viable assassin of the shadows by relying on anything they wished. She however had come to this spot dressed in a long white tunic with an attached floor length dress. Indeed the tunic itself was tight fitting, yet with the flow of the skirt she had no worries of hindered movement as she had actually waited in a tree branch and when the boy passed her she was impressed.
“A boar, nice touch there traveler.” She would say kindly while coming up from behind, her hand raised in salutations as her eyes would watch and her smile remained. She did realize something about tea and she would look at the farm owner and bow accordingly, “I am sorry for the misunderstanding sir, please have a nice day.” She would then come to look at Kenta, “Would you like proper directions to a tea shop or should I make you some tea where I am from?” An open ended question, an invite, it could be many things and even though it was she could only note it to be not beneficiary in what she knew and did.

As he awaited his tea, he felt the presence of a familiar chakra. Really? This soon already? Dayum, this girl has got it going on~! Kenta turned his body to the side as he noticed the girl, Jojo, standing to his right hand side and saluting him...it seemed? he could see her chakra in an odd formation as her arms would reach to her head. It looked like she was saluting at least... Oh well, not that Kenta could care. Saluting was for those of loyal grade. Kenta was not...in a way.
And then she stopped his tea from being brought to him...now, he didn't mind his stuff being late but when someone stops it right in front of him? Who in the name of jezebel did this woman think she was? Fuuton would begin to form around his fists for a brief moment before dispersing having heard Jojo's proposal. Home made tea...where she was from? Was she from Kusa? If she was, then she was going to make tea that he could have easily ordered? Or was it her own special blend? And that's when Kenta began to think. They did have a little bad ground between them so what if he was to accept her offer and then be poisoned or something? He couldn't tell if there was poison to be put into a cup... Kenta had to choose wisely and word his questions just right, to see if she was planning anything for him...
Cocking his head to the side slightly, Kenta rested his head on his left hand, it perched upright on the counter on the stall, judging eyes would run up and down her.
"Maybe...only on one condition though..."
He said simply.
"Can I feel your face? We blind people don't really do well for visual detail."
He asked politely, remembering to the time where he had felt Lee's face. Lee was a pretty man...come to think of it though, where was Lee? Kenta was usually around Lee and lee was usually around him. Kenta had grown fond of him but he knew he couldn't grow too fond of him cause if something happened then shit would go down. Big time.
"If I try anything, you have permission to kill me. I wont try anything~"
He added in, making sure to fire down any doubts that she could have. Kenta was many things but he was a very honest man and he once did this to Lee and look what happened? Kenta was still here...to be honest, Kenta didn't like confrontation, he liked talking though... He patiently awaited Jojo's reply to his request.

Therefore, the blind one wanted to feel her face, she personally had no trouble with that given how if he did try anything she could kill him. Her bones already began to formulate their chakra network through her system, as she would wait for him to feel her face, to tell whether she had any hidden motives like what he did with that other man. She smiled though and would keep her mind active, as she would nod to him saying, “Certainly you may go ahead and touch.” She did not mind the task as she was given the option anyways.
Jojo would lick her lips; moistening them while the air steadied itself and as she was, she would already feel the forms of the chakra she possessed flow through her arms and around her body. Bones were something far different from most other things and she did indeed hold herself in a high self-esteem. Her eyes watched him while waiting for that hand to feel and touch as it had wanted and she understood him in a way. Being blind was just like her being unable to use her abilities for the longest time while in the end she did find a way to use them after hardship.

Given the go? Awesome! Kenta jumped on the spot momentarily before turning to his hands, raising them to her face and gently touching. He made sure not to make sure he was to rough with the girl, not wanting to give her an excuse to turn round and slap him. He felt a bit of her hair and trailed one hand down to measure it's length while the other hand continued to feel around her face. Smooth skin. long hair. Probably blonde and blue eyes like most girls that roamed around the village. Those that he met that is. Feeling content and having got an image of what the girl now looked like, Kenta retracted his hands and swirled on the spot, losing his balance a little and stepping away a couple of feet.
"There, was that so difficult?"
He joked, cracking his knuckles, letting the blood flow through his hand in a rush. Oh how it felt nice! He didn't know what her plan was though. Was she going to try and pull something on him and poison him? He wasn't sure if he was right to just believe her or just ignore the request.

Jojo would hold steady and strong, her chakra circulating cautiously while her face was touched, and then a hand that strummed along her long green hair as well. Her golden eyes watching him steadily as she would keep being prepared in mind as she would let him touch for as long as her patience and trust could last. Her eyes watching him steadily before she would see him retract his hand and swirl backwards with a loss of balance. ‘What is up with this guy? He keeps acting like he is uncoordinated however I think it is just an act, let us see where that goes then,’ Jojo would think to herself.
Then the all too important question came up, how he could trust a stranger. Yes a question like that was quite acceptable as she would nod, and with a smile say, “You can accept a stranger trusting a very eerie guy to touch one’s face however you cannot show the same gratitude and honesty to those you have asked permission to touch?” It was a guilt trip but was also her calling him a hypocrite if he refused to do her the honor of having some of her tea. She would keep her eyes on him and with them she hoped he would accept the honor in any case.

The day was old, her waiting was over and she had to leave. Her day may be over however she had to go out and perceive the information required to protect the night. Her shift on patrols and such were about to begin and she had to head out soon so she would make all apologies she had, to pursue the cause and nature of the night. A quick jump and a boost of the feet and the young kunoichi was gone, disappeared without a trace as she would head back to the village’s central compound for her border patrol. It was after all what she was best at and in doing so would be what she had left to do with all the knowledge she maintained in her own little mind.
