Bloodline Name:  Ninchi: Perception

Bloodline Ability:  The ability to perceive fast pace movement at a faster rate, causing them to see fast moving  pace as a slower pace than actually is. A side effect to this ability is that members of this clan also have a longer perception of time. these bloodline members are often referred to as the perfect laborers due to their tenancy to do more work in two hours than most people do in twelve. Time just seems to go by much slower for them, even when they're having fun. Members of Kanpeki utilizes this aspect to their advantage. This is why members of this clan that enter the shinobi ranks have specialties that are all at primary level. Due to this great ability members of this clan are forced to have only two elements at their use.

Advantages:
- Users of this clan’s ability are capable of seeing fast movements at a slower pace, passively cutting their perception of a target(s)’s or object(s)’s speed by 20% times the user’s current rank.  This allows the user room to react to faster opponents and situations more effectively.


- Capable of having all specialties at primary level, all at the same level as the user.

Disadvantages:
- The perception is all mental, so they don’t take effect on the opponent’s or objects actual speed.

- The amplification only work on elemental jutsu and not on jutsu that amplifies states, tai jutsu, or any physical technique. Users can not use stat boosters other than what is granted in this clan ability sheet for as long as they are using the clans abilities.

- The clan can only perceive using their eyes, without their eyes clan members lose their clan abilities. With one eye they can only keep one ability, Left eye keeps perception of movements, Right eye keeps perception of time.

- All specialties are of the same rank as the user. They cannot use jutsu that is one rank higher than them. Ex: Genin usually can use up to C rank technique. Genin of this clan can only use E- D rank Jutsu of any specialty.  This rule applies for every rank So on and So forth.

- Members of this clan can only have the maximum of two elements at Jounin and one element for every rank below.

Physical Traits: Members of this clan are known for being very attractive and highly intelligent. They are said to be the perfect mix between a genius and a bad boy/girl. They are usually more fit and athletic looking then the average ninja and due to the attractiveness and attention that they attract they are known for being a bit vain. This is easily looked over due to others also finding them very attractive. Members of this clan come in all sizes and color but share the same characteristics such as the way they praise themselves and strive for perfection and their angelic eyes that glows green when they are using their clans abilities for battle.

Clan History:

This clan's history is very sacred and little is known. Rumor has it that the origins of this clan dated from early in the history of the villages. Scientists from around the world would acquire different skills along with their knowledge of the human anatomy and chemicals to enhance the performances of shinobi. This elite group of underground scientists went by the name, Vanity. One member from the group created a clan which enhanced his perception being known as a man with incredible reflexes. His bloodline had been passed down to generations. Due to the horrid reputation that Vanity created for themselves, members of vanity clans are hunted and killed. Until the clan went into a hiatus, resurfacing only now hundreds of years later when the shinobi world had forgotten what vanity has done. Rumor also has it that members of this clan often reside in shippugakure due to one of the members coming into some sort of power.
