The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Mitsuko was for the first time going to train in the Underground Ice Cavern. The Misty Caves and Frozen Thundra were a little out of her league for now. She entered the underground cavern. There was some life out of here. Most of them had little to no chakra. Even if they did, Mitsuko didn't think most wild animals would know how to use it. It might be good thing that she brought Raijin along. She looked She didn't knew if she was going to need it, but it wasn't really sure what kind of creatures she might face here. If she encountered something aggressive and strong she would probably need to use the sword. Mitsuko hoped she wouldn't need to use it, however.
She didn't really met anything that attacked her, but moving alone though this unfamiliar was a training on itself. The place was traitorous and more then once she only just avoided a fall to the depths. There were some creatures that looked at her as she passed, but they didn't seem to attack her unless she came close. Eventually she sensed this huge chakra. It was as big as a jounin at least. She was curious. Was someone else from the village training in the caverns as well? Mitsuko started to move towards the place she felt the chakra from. The jounin would see her. They would probably from the same village. Only people of the village would come here. Maybe the man was fighting something here, or practising.

Fuji had been sending in one of the shelves of the under ground ice cavern resting his head it was peaceful and lovely to be in here something he had not felt at home about for the longest time Fuji began to hear footsteps in the distance however a most unsettling sound to his eardrums before he had opened his eyes to the sounds that seemed to come his way. He looked forward not even bothering to address this person or thing that seemed to have had followed him down here.
His forearm was resting atop his knee as his wrist and finger twitched some the muscle of his was being constricted of its blood flow it was an interesting thing to watch as he was dressed properly in his Ouraboros robe and had his belt of his village wrapped neatly around his waist he spoke out, "You are either must be very brave or foolish to have come down here.." He said before his red eyes slowly wandered to this person.

Mitsuko looked at the man she searched down here and was about to greet him, but she just got a look at the man she was about to greet. A long robe. No t just any robe, an Ouraboros robe. He also had a belt, which had the sign of the village on it. Except that it was crossed. He couldn't be an Ouraboros? here of all places? What was he looking for? Mitsuko's first reaction was to grab Raijin. She started to move her hand towards it, but halfway decided it wouldn't be a good idea. She knew that he was at least sp jounin rank. most likely full jounin. As a freshly genin attacking him would just be a sure way to get killed. Nobody would want that. Maybe he wasn't even here to kill her, and he just tried to scare her off. Running wouldn't be a good idea either. He would most likely be faster then her, and it would just be a small matter of time before he would have caught her. This situation wasn't looking good.
he called her brave or foolish. He was really going to attack? Would she really die here? running or fighting would probably just result in that. There was only one other option. Talking. Was that a good idea? Was it really a good idea to talk to this threatening man? It didn't seem like she had any other options. "umm... what are you doing down here mister?" She asked, trying to ignore the fact that he just threatened her. She also tried to sound as normal as possible, which was hard as she was certainly afraid at the moment. She knew that this guy could kill her in an instant, so she wasn't planning on fighting him, if that was possible. Nobody would gain anything if she just died here.
Fuji suddenly stopped sitting and stood up before hopping down slowly approaching her his red hues were now focused on her though they were half opened which meant he showed a lack of care in his attempts to take an interest but this was his home nothing more nothing less or at least it was once upon a time he remembered a time when he had come down here with a few of his allies discovering new and interesting things but that was a long time ago when care and interest were of a normal human trait.
As he was finally within a few steps of her he spoke up. I could ask you the same question, youngling." he said with what sounded like a sort of disappointment in his tone and indeed it was as he had been disturbed, robbed of his silence but nevertheless she was here now and he had no intention on killing her as it would be a waste of time for both the Hyouga and himself as the wind passed through the tunnel and they stood face to face he gazed at her with an unwavering stare.

The rouge Ninja stood up and came closer. It took all of Mitsuko's self-control to stay standing and looking at him. She was surely afraid of this guy. She knew that fighting wouldn't bring her anywhere. Maybe he wouldn't kill her, he could have done so already. He answered her question that he could ask her the same. Which was true, why was she here again? She totally forgot about that the moment she noticed the robes and belt. Right, she was going to explore this place, see if it was going to be any useful for her to train in. Would she say that to the stranger? She couldn't trust him, that was for sure. Yet her life might very well depend on anything she did now.
He was close, only a few steps away. Mitsuko just noticed she slowely went back a few steps when he came that close. She thought she stood still, but instinctively she went a few steps back when the man came closer. He sounded disappointed for some reason. She looked for the first in the man's eyes. They were red. He really was scary. She looked back at the man in general, because if she looked any longer at those eyes, she would run away screaming. Which was the last thing she wanted to do now. No she just had to keep talking to him. If anything happened, he would easily take a few steps and hit her down, or not even doing that, just hit her with a jutsu at long range. No, she had to stay calm. "um... I was exploring this cave. Now I have answered, will you answer too?" She asked the man, afraid but also curious about what he was doing here.
"Can I not visit my old home?" he asked having noticed the young girl scooting back a little bit this was first noticed when his eyes drifted down to her feet, it was an awkward move on her behalf but it was natural he was the enemy, part of the famous Ouraboros group said to have deprived of some of the most talked about criminals around.
He had gone on the approach again curious as to what she would do.. would she take a battle stance? Perhaps draw a weapon or preform a Hutus? Well he was surely going to test the boundaries of her configurability. No one ever really came down here after he had killed his family. This was said to have been their training area though he doubted she knew that but now here he was but asked, "How is the Shichiyou clan?" he asked her buying sometime for Nadare to get here
The rouge ninja came closer again. Mitsuko again instinctively stepped back. She did it before she knew she did. She couldn't help it herself either. His old home? He once lived in this cave? He must have come to pick up memories. He is a human after all. No matter how hardened a ninja becomes, they will always be human. Something her father thought her. But that wasn't really useful now, or was it? What was this guy planning to do once he came in reach? She didn't found any threat coming form that guy any more. But that didn't change that she couldn't just trust him.
He asked her how the Shichiyou clan was doing lately. The Shichiyou clan, were she was part off? What was this guys past with the Shichiyou? She didn't really dared to give him much information, but her instincts told her not just to tell this guy she was a Shichiyou. He could have a grudge against them. In that case it wouldn't look good if he found out. "They are fine. Nothing really special. Doing things they should be doing. Why do you ask? What is your past with the Shichiyou clan?" She answered and questioned the Ouraboros in turn. Mitsuko was still on her toes. At any sudden move the man would take, she was ready to move too. She just didn't hope it would go that far.
