Word Count: 713 /600Lee stood in front of the doorway after being let inside but what he could only assume to be a butler. The home to Mister and Misses Yama, quote the living arrangement indeed, something that he had never owned himself and was sure never to see but this was something that did not concern him as he was not really interested in such things. Whilst his slit like eyes wondered, the family of the house showed themselves to him. The mother and father joined together, arm in arm whilst a small boy ran literal circles around the two. "We wont be gone too awful long." Said the mother whilst the father held his hand out to catch hold of the child before he could make another pass. He held him just above the ground so his feet could not reach and added "He is under your care and even if he is a handful, I expect him to be cared for and unharmed."
Lee bowed "
Of course, enjoy yourselves and know that your child is in good care." "If only you knew but I digress, keep and eye out and we must now be off." And with that, the child and Lee stood in front of the door waving their hands to the now leaving couple. As soon as they were out of sight, the boy spoke "Let's play tag! C'mon, C'mon, C'mo-" "
Okay." "Awww, C'mon I wan- wait what?" The boy looked to Lee with surprise at his willingness "
I don't see why not, it'll get us both something to do." The child's smile grew large as he tapped Lee's arm "You'll be it first!" And quickly pushed Lee's arms up to till his hands covered his eyes. "Count to ten!" And with that, Lee listened as the foot steps grew further and further away, out into the yard.
The game was not at all long but Lee made himself easy to catch whilst taking his time in the case after the child. The games then turned into hide and seek, Lee not making himself hard to find, often keeping parts of his body in the open for the child to see. The child on the other hand hid well but not well enough to keep himself from being found by a shinobi but even still, Lee made it seem as though the child hid far better than even he was able to see.
After the hide and seek game, they were treated to lunch, the finest peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that money could afford. After that though, something happened that Lee did not suspect. After he returned from a small bathroom break, the child was gone, no where to be found. "
Shiko? Shiko where are you? Hide and seek is over." But his words were greeted only by silence. Surely the child couldn't have gotten very far, even if he had left the mansion...if he even did. The thought of the child thinking Lee would think him gone out into the world was something he could not overlook but at the same time, he couldn't assume that from the child either.
Lee walked outside and as soon has he was, he held his hands together and summoned five water clones and then, from that, five more shadow clones. Each clone heading off in a different direction. With this, the number of eyes that searched for the boy increased ever higher. They started by moving out over the estate and then moving their search inward. The clones disappearing so that Lee would have information that they had gathered and thankfully, none were of any immediate use. It wasn't until he walked inside that he was struck by an odd sight. A pair of feet hiding behind a curtain and a few snickers coming from it as well. Lee quickly made his way to the curtain and whipped it back and was about to grab the child till he spoke "Mommy, Daddy!" Lee paused as he looked over his shoulder as the child ran into his mother's arms. It seemed that he found the child just in time and after being thanked, he was seen off.
