The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Kyoketshu Shogei
Type: Kyoketshu Shogei
Rank: C
Quantity: Numerous
Description: The kyoketsu-shoge, which means "to run about in the fields and mountains", is a single edged blade made of osmium. This is attached to 18 feet of chain made from a precious metal of Osmium which then ends in a large metal ring made of stainless steel. It is thought to have developed before the more widely known kusarigama (sickle and chain). Before the ninja really became the ninja they were peasants and the blade of the kyoketsu-shoge was a farming tool.
Almost exclusively used by the ninja, the kyoketsu-shoge had a multitude of useful applications. The blade could be used for pulling slashes as well as thrusting stabs. The chain or cord, could be used for climbing, ensnaring an enemy, binding an enemy and many such other uses. The long range of the weapon combined a cutting tool with the capability to strike or entangle an enemy at what he perceived to be a 'safe' distance out of the way. When skilled with this weapon it could be used to entangle a sword and rip from the opponents hands rendering him harmless. The kyoketsu-shoge cord and ring was sometimes used to wrap around and enemy's legs and trip them.
Abilities: n/a
History: Created by farmers to use on their crops this blade became renown in the ninja world for its versatile usefulness in the uprising of peasants who one day became ninja leaders of the old world. These ninja utilized this blade and belonged to an ancient weapons clan that has long since passed away from disease, illness, and old age.

Please give a hardness for the blade.
Also, does the chain come with the blade or is it a separate item? Can different things such as the stated chains, horse hair, and human hair be chosen from here as an addition to the weapon? Or are these things separate from the weapon completely and are to the character's/person's (whoever buys it) discretion?
