The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Subject: Seven Swords of the Sages: Kubikiribōchō Wed May 22, 2013 2:33 pm
Name: Kubikiribōchō (lit "Decapitating Carving Knife") aka the Executioner's Blade, The Guillotine Sword, Seversword (断刀, Dantō)
Details
Type: Broadsword; Unique
Rank: S
Quantity: One
Description: The blade itself has two cut outs, a circle close to the top and a semi-circular one nearer the handle, that aptly fit the sword's purpose of decapitation. The latter notch allows a strap to be wrapped around the weapon, making it easier for the user to carry. Its extremely long handle is also detachable to further aid transportation and then reattached when required for combat. The heaviness of the blade could tire out even the well trained swordsmen meaning that physical strength is needed.
Abilities:
This sword has the ability to reform itself using the iron harvested from the blood of its victims or elsewhere. This regenerative process takes place almost instantaneously and is capable of bringing the weapon back to its original condition no matter how severe the damage is, from a simple chip or nick to a complete separation of over half the blade.
History: Although this giant blade was said to have been used by many Ketsueki clansmen, its original origins are unknown and has been famed as one of the Seven Swords of the Sages. During a fight with a enemy ninja, not only did the jinchūriki wield the blade momentarily, he managed to slice into a portion of the blade, weakening it considerably. When later confronting the a kage, the blade was struck along the same cut that had been created, splitting it into two.
Despite being halved, the Ketsueki continued to use the blade, which now resembled a cleaver, knowing it has regenerative capabilities, but the sword was taken from them when the wielder was captured and imprisoned. However, in spite of trying to locate the sword after their escape, they were unable to find it anywhere. Shortly afterwards, the sword seemed to drop form history.
Years later, the sword showed itself, having been returned to a swordmaster, who had began striking down numerous enemies with it in order to reform the broken blade and was using it to his own ends. Nevertheless, the sword is only fully restored after only moments. The Ketsueki found this a great offense and dispatched a small unit to retake the blade. Later, with swordman's defeat, the Ketsueki took the blade into their possession once again. While doing so, they found that they could flow lightning-natured chakra through the sword to enhance its cutting power.
