The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Personality: Matsuo is a very kind and loving person. He cares about his mother more than anything. He would help her with chores or duty's anything that needed help with. In fact, Matsuo offered help to almost anyone in his village. The elders at times, the children and even the poor. Matsuo, is the kind of guy that loves animals. He thinks of them as family and is very kind and playful to them. But he could be very sad once they die or get injured on purpose. He gets so depressed and doesn't talk for a while. Matsuo likes girls, he likes tons of them and is not shy. He will speak to them and try his best to impress them if he really likes them. Matsuo, gets mad once someone plays a prank on him. While he is sleeping kids, through eggs at his door. He would get so mad and flip everything over. Matsuo shares his feelings only with his Animals. Not his mother or anyone else. So hes preety locked in inside. He acts like a bad-boy sometimes once theifs or bad ninja's come into town. Matsuo is excited most of the times, either because its his birthday and he gets a cake, he see's a girl he likes, or he say birth to a new animal. Matsuo, talks a lot. He could never stop no matter what the reason is. He says he talks a lot so people can hear what is to be said.
Likes: Matsuo, likes many thing. For starters he loves his mom. His mom is very caring to him, helpful, and has raised him since he was just a baby by herself. Another thing Matsuo likes is Animals. He loves Animals because he plays with them and get to know them. With animals hes not afraid to show of his feelings about certain things. Next, Matsuo likes girls. Only a few girls in the village that he likes but he likes them tall and pretty. Not one beautiful girl can pass his eye. Matsuo, also likes beaches. He loves to walk into the sand and play with it once he has to think about something. He likes to go in the water and cool of his nerves sometimes. Lastly, Matsuo likes flowers. He picks fresh and good smelling ones for his mother's garden. His mother always thought he was good at picking flowers. Dont forget that he also likes icecream. Matsuo likes all flavors of ice cream. Greek, Vanilla, Butter Peacan , Cookies and Cream, you name it.
Dislikes: Dont get me started on dislikes. One thing that Matsuo dislikes the most is people picking on people that's not their on size. This mean to him for instance, a genin being bullied by a chunnin. Matsuo gets to angry, so he tries to do something about it.But he bees mindful not to get into any trouble when doing so. Another thing Matsuo dislikes is seeing his animals injured or hurt. Once Matsuo notices he thinks a couple of gangs or something hurt his animals, they'd wish they hadn't touched them int eh first place. Next, Matsuo dislikes bugs and insects. They always get on his skin and annoy him when hes trying to sleep. This is why he baths his animals each and every day. Matsuo, also dislikes people he cares about dieing. He gets so sad his hearts collapse into darkness, never to be seen. But once those special people to Matsuo dies, he hopes their in a better place at least.Lastly, Matsuo dislikes lazy people. He always says "If you want it, then try it. If you don't try it , you wont achieve it." To him this means try something and you'll maybe like it.
Motivation: Matssuo, has tons of motivations. The first major one is his father. His mother used to always say that his father was a bad*** within the village and he was very strong and well known. Matsuo wanted to be just like his father. Strong and well known for what he did to protect Boufuu. But even though Matsuo's father is dead. He always thinks that hes by his side. Another motivation to Matsuo is his mother. His mother encouraged him to do right and be strong. She also encouraged him not to be lazy most of the time. His mother taught him tons of things as a child he would need to know once he grows up, so that he could use them as an advantage to life. Another motivation for Matsuo is the past Kage of Boufuu. Matsuo hopes to be the Kage of Boufuu one day. But he must become much stronger he thought. The Kage of Boufuu influenced him to become stronger along with his father at times. The last motivation to Matsuo is his name. His name showed to him, that he could do anyone. It showed who he was and what he could do.
Fears: Matsuo fears many things. Many things indeed. He fears his death for one. Matsuo wishes not to die young and to live his life to make his dreams come true. Matsuo, also fears gigantic insetcs. They just creep him out and make him feel nervous at times. Its like a rash to him. Matsuo fears, people with gigantic and powerful chakra. Because of them he wants to become stronger. Matsuo fears having to go long away from home. He loves staying with his mother in the cottage. But, that will change once hes 20 maybe. Matsuo fears gangs trashing Boufuu. Many of trashed or bullied the people what else would they do. Matsuo, also fears snakes at times. Since he doesn't want to be bitten by one. Snakes just make him feel uncomfortable at times. Matsuo fears sounds in the dark. He thinks people are walking or stalker him as he walks down a road. Matsuo fears that one day all of the villages will have a deadly war. He fears of how many people will die in that war for no reason. Lastly, Matsuo fears his mother dieing. She means everything to him, to see her die he will truly be sad over anything. No matter what.
Uchiha
Bloodline Name: Sharingan, Mangekyou Sharingan
Bloodline Ability: The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.
The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.
The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summons or even Bijuu’s may be controlled. When this was used against summons and the Bijuu’s their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.
The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.
Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain.
The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, including the powerful fire jutsu Amaterasu and the almost unbreakable genjutsu Tsukuyomi. The Mangekyō Sharingan erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be prevented by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan

The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother inherited the Sage's "eyes", powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favored the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.
Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the other being the Senju clan. As time passed the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.
The Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. The leader at that time feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to stop fighting. The Senju settled in the Cherry Blossom Country, and the Uchiha moved to the Ocean Country to reside on its various islands. What happens next will depend on the generations to come.

="Old Pass (Younger Version)It all started long ago. Into the depth of Boufuu. Were Matsuo Hein was born. As a a baby Matsuo was very moving and playful. He couldn't keep still at times. He was very joyful and happy for a family. He cared and loved them, and this is when his father was around. As a boy Matsuo used to play with his father a lot he thinks. They used to play many games. Hide and seek. Tic-tac-toe even when i couldn't right well. But Matsuo sure did enjoy the times with his father. They would go on long walks. He would take me to the beach so i could see the world. He would dump me into water so I could feel the freshness of it. He would so all sorts of things. But my favorite part of it was hanging out with him. My father loved my mother and really cared about her. He would help her with chores. He would help her cook. They would both cook me my favorite meal, Ramen. Ramen was jy favorite. It could be plain ramen, spicy ramen any type of ramen. My father would help my mother tend to her garden of flowers. That was the day when i started picking the ones i could reach with my chubby hands for her. But the ones i picked was from her garden so, i got in trouble. I had no other family members. Plus, all i needed was my mother and father by my side. I was happy being an only child. As a family we had rules and such. I would go to my dance calls at 4 my mother would pick me up at 5:30 and my dad would come home with food by 6. It was a perfect plan. But now you must be thinking. What about before those times? Well, my mother hired a granny and her name was Kuhai. Kuhai was very nice to me and treated em fair as a grownup. She could care less about my age. She thought even baby's are the same as aduults. Kuhai also played games with me, but games i couldn't understand. They were on boards. But, Kuhai explained to me how to play those games. The first one i played was checkers. It was really fun as I got used to it but, it wasn't better than tic-tac-toe to me.
After 5 years passed, I was all grown up. Matured a little. I still loved ramen and my father was still around. We used to play still but at less time. The time frame we had for our house was messed up. My father arrived home at 7 my mom picked me up at 6. It was crazy. I thought for days and days the reason of this. But, i couldn't find any. Everything was off. So one day when things went really wrong for me. I stepped out of the house without my mother or father noticing and went to the beach to think. I thought for long hours making ti seem like i was talking to the moon. I asked the moon fro reasons. Nothing in reply. I couldn't expect less. This is when i met a bird fly on my shoulder. It was a weird bird. It was super fast and could talk. I was shocked when it did. I never knew animals talked. I asked the bird for reasons why my family is corrupting and the bird told me why. I thought to myself it was because they didn't have enough time for me. I was just the pancake with no sirup. As i ran back home. I tripped on a rock. But it was a good thing that i did. Because i saw people looking for me. With pictures and everything. I knew it was my mother and father. They had found out. I needed a way to get back inside the house and I had none. I had to think of a sneaky plan and i finally figured one out. I remembered there was a little room under my house that is connected to the sewers. So running as quickly as I could without the people noticing me. I opened the hatchet to the sewers and went in. I felt like barfing at the smell. It smelled like rats have been in here for 500 years i thought. I quickly ran down the sewers and saw the room under my house. But, i didn't have the key to open it. Silly me i thought, how could i forget. I went back tto the surface and brought a fishing pole with me. As my mother and father slept hoping their little boy will come back i used the fishing pole to grab the keys. I went back down the sewers and opened the door room. A huge thud left behind. And my mother and father was awake coming to my room. I quickly closed the door. put on my bed clothes go in bed in the nick of time. My mother and father were shocked. They woke me up we spoke. And i had to make up an excuse as to why i was out to late. As they left i secretly put the keys into my dads robe. I went to sleep and thought of what to do next for the future.
As many years have passed and I am now 7 i am free to become a Ninja said my father. As i got ready to go to the Academy school my father gave me a necklace for good luck just in case i got scared he thought. But i wasn't scared or shy. I was excited. My father drove me to the Academy school and in the front i saw many other kids waiting to enter. But as i stepped out of the car. It became silent. I walked silently and quickly to the front while all the kids stared at me. Maybe wondering who the hell was I. I said to everyone my name was Matsuo Hein. But they just continued to talk to their friends. Now that i looked around i noticed that I had no friends. I didn't really talk to anyone. But, a popular kid named Huno came infront of me and pushed me. Saving my life the teacher of the Academy School opened the door. and i ran in ahead of everyone else. The teachers name was Yuni a woman teacher. Everyone in class had to present their name and I did. Everyone laughed at me. I had no reason why. I asked what is so funny, no one answered. One of the boys in the back kept on staring at me and i felt uncomfortable. Was he watching my every move? At the middle of class we ate and went to recess or freetime on the playfield. The kid that was staring at me came over to me in my little corner alone. He introduced himself as Mahiko. He was very kind compared to the others. After days at the Academy school he became my friend and we did everything together like my father used too.
Time passed yet again and I am now 14. I am a Chunnin. So was Mahiko. But sadly we weren't on the same team. I was on team 5 he was on Team 3. Now when my family wanted to spend time with me i was getting to busy for them. I had errands and missions to do. But slowly i noticed something was wrong with my father. He was getting ill, not going to work or anything.He was just there doing nothing. Sick as a pig. One day as I was on a mission my mother sent a message to me saying that my father has died. My heart was truly broken. All the times I spent with my dad were gone. And i had no hope left. I was so sad and i become lazy as well. I took of missions. After days from when my father died i went to his funeral. At his funeral Mahiko my best friend now came. I was so happy he was there. He gave good support almost all the time. I said very honorable words about my father at the funeral. But I wasn't as a sad as my mother. She become shocked. Paralyzed at the thought of my father dying. She became lonely, but she still had me. I helped my mom with all the chores , i helped her run her errands all the stuff my father did. I took on many more missions to get Ryo to pay for our rent and any other needs. As hard as I was working i made tons of money fro my Mother and I. So we were set for now. I still couldn't bealive my father died and the last thing i did was ignore spending time with him. I felt like blaming myself. I went to the beach and talked to my bird friend. He made me feel comfortable and supported me in my tough situation.
Now, the time has come where I became a Jounin a proud one of my village to help all and to cure the ill to make others feel happy and joyful about what they do and when they do it. All of the things that have happened in my life happened for a reason. And that reason was for me to notice that i am more than I think. That i can do more than I think.
RP Sample: As life within Boufuu is silent at night. All you can hear are screams and whispers. But, finally the true hero of Boufuu has come to save you all. My name is Matsuo Hein and I plan to become of service to Boufuu as long as I can. "Mom im home." said Matsuo. As i entered the cottage that held my history in it i hanged my coat and entered the kitchen. "Mhmm.. That smells really good." said Matsuo. "Its your favorite is it not" said Mother. As we both sat down at the table we ate chicken, rice, and anything else that we could eat. "KNOCK.. KNCOK... KNCOk..." went the door. I quickly got up out of my seat and went to the door to open it. At the door stand a tall man with a letter regarding a very important and secret mission for me. In the middle of the night i wondered what should keep me from just going back to eating. By the prize money for this mission was very very big so i just had to take it. I sat down, and continued eating while my mother asked me questions about who was at the door. I said nothing. As we finished I picked up the plates and washed them and told my mother I was heading out. It was time for me to begin my mission. As I read the letter It seems I have to stop 4 gang's within Boufuu from making a trash around the place. But the problem is that one of them is the BOSS of the gangs. As I walked around the village i asked everyone " Does anyone know where the Eruc Gang Is?" They all gasped in fear. One old man said "If your looking for them your digging yourself into trouble." But it was my mission so I had too. The Old man gave me info and I headed west of Boufuu. I spoted the gang playing many games. And they had many animals hanged up while they were drinking sake. As quick as I was. I quickly threw a explosive kunai to fill the area with smoke. With my strong taijutsu i knocked them all out and tied them up to a branch. Its a good thing I picked on the easiest gang. The next ones will be harder i suppose. I made one of the Eruc Gang members tell me where the next gang is but he refused. SO i had to do something I was I hadn't to get the answer. After 20 minutes doing that "thing" to the gang member i got the info. And headed west of Boufuu. There lied the Tuji Gang. Smoking threw air tubes. I screamed "HEY LOSERS CATCH ME IF YOU CAN" as stupid as they were, they followed me. I step up a trap of shadow clones to attack them. But only 4 of them were knocked out. 3 were left. I made a smoke bomb and threw two shadow clone windmills without the enemy knowing. They doged it then the windmills turned back and turned into shadow clones. The shadow clones held them tight while i went for the final blow. They screamed "SPARE US PLEASE" i made a bargan. That if they wanted to be spared they had to never bother Boufuu again and give me info on the Huan Gang. And they agreed. They made a smart choice.Walking down the road. I heard screaming from a girl. It seemed as if the Huan Gangstuck their nose into something they ddint want too. I grabbed my kunai and used my taijutsu to save the girl. But as I ran away with her. 12 more of them came after me. As the girl and I ran down the street the Huan Gang members chased after us. As they ran at full speed i tripepd them all with my foot. Then tied them up and knocked them out. The girl was very happy. But i wasn't since next i had to go against the BOSS with maybe 40 or tons of men. I asked the girl if she knew where to find the Funji Gang. And she knew. What luck. She used to work for them. Until she changed her life she said. I had to run way up into the mountains were the tigers lived. I wasn't scared of them but scared to hurt them. Barely to the top of the mountain I saw two Tigers angry as ever. As they leaped out for me, ready to attack i dogged all of their attacks. The only thing I could do was to set up a trap. So, I did. A trap that would keep them still for some time. I secretly stayed behind the rocks watching the Funji Gang sitting around. Behind them in a room was the BOSS of all the gangs. I threw two explosive kunais at the mountain to make the rocks fall over them. Some of them died but, 12 were left. I used my taijutsu to knock them out, but they remained strong. I had nothing left to do but to kill them. So i did. I killed them with no mercy. Blood over my hands. I struck the BOSS near the heart but didnt hurt him. I just made him bleed a little. I said to him "If you want your life then call of all your gangs" and he agreed shaking his head slowly. I felt proud to accomplish my mission and to return home to eat some ramen after the night.
AFTER LIFE
Years had passed. To many years to the point that Matsuo himself barely knew his own age. Who he had become? He had made sacrifices just to become stronger, and protect the ones he loved. That's all he ever wanted to do. Protecting the people he cared for was his top priority, but now look what has happened? And old geezer within his 50's, having no meaning for his life what-so-ever. It was pitiful. How could such a great man now live such a horrible life, one that he may not even had enjoyed. Discovering his relationship towards the Senju Clan was a big shocking surprisement to Hien. He never expected his grandparents to be part of such a noble and strong clan. Matsuo of course had no problem with this, but unlocking his Mokuton Nature on the other hand would take time and practice.
It was like a serge, something within him was telling him where to go. To find his own path, and become the person he truly want's to be. Matsuo needed to wipe his face out of this village, Boufuu. He needed to go somewhere where he could get his shinobi path on the right track, and be able to live a normal life once again. Nothing would be the same of course, and neither did he expect anything to be the same. He would have to lie, make sacrifices, he would have to be the one to parent himself, and somehow survive in such a cruel world. The perfect place to do this? No other than the beautiful village of Shippu.
