The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Subject: Yoborin [Puppet] and Noise Cancelling Case Mon Jun 10, 2013 7:02 pm
Name: Yoborin (Translates to: Bell) Rank: D Primary Use: Supplementary Description: The body of this puppet is that of a humanoid shape, however it is almost entirely consistent of various bells and chimes. The head is consistent of a standard spherical bell with a hidden store for more traps in a lower jaw portion of the puppet. The neck becomes the handle of a hand bell, which actually overlaps another, somewhat smaller hand bell, which then overlaps another hand bell. The limbs, meaning arms and legs, are consistent of a central metal rod arm structure, with a set of 4 wind chimes per section that are tied on both sides. All of these various bells function like normal bells. Devices:
Bell Body: This puppet is made from bells and chimes with a basic metal rod puppet chassis. While it's not a very subtle puppet to be around, it's purpose to make sound is served by it doing anything.
Weapons:
Kunai Launcher (Lower Jaw): By opening its mouth Yoborin may launch a kunai projectile from said mouth hole. It fires as fast as a normal thrown kunai. This puppet only has as many kunai on hand as Fuji provides it (from his inventory), which is all but one of his kunai at any given time, unless that would be more than 5, in which case he would have to take a post to reload it if he wants to continue launching kunai.
Name: Noise Cancelling Case
Type: Puppet Case
Rank: D
Quantity: 1
Description: A large puppet case carried by handle, which is about as long as Fuji is tall, having 5x4x3 foot dimensions. Black plastic on the outside, which looks contrasting to Fuji himself. It is designed with a red noise canceling foam interior which negates the vibrations of moving around in the puppet Yoborin. The handle is located on the longest side.
Abilities: The inside is crafted with a molded noise canceling foam, specifically to disallow the puppet Yoborin from making noise while contained. It's more of a practical thing.
History: Fuji found that it is really really hard to be stealthy when you have a series of bells in the form of a human wrapped up in standard puppet-holding gauze hanging off your shoulder. Because of this, Fuji had to get a special case crafted, so he could stealth properly.
