The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Biribiri no Jutsu (Rattling Technique) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Offensive Element: None Range: Earshot, Targeted Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 3 posts Description: Biribiri no Jutsu is a very basic genjutsu based in sound, commonly used as a practicing element to cause minimal harm to the subjects, and minimal drain to the user, which was developed by Fuji to practice his fighting style's genjutsu aspect. The effects if this genjutsu are simple, after a string of handseals and a purposely made sound (like from a bell), they cause the noise(s) in the area heard at the moment of effect repeat in the target's ears, over and over again, unceasingly. This causes little to no damage unless something really really loud was sounding, and even then it's only illusionary noise blasting against the eardrums. Best used as a distraction in a combat situation, if anything.
Name: Shindou no Jutsu (Oscillation Technique) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Offensive Element: None Range: Mid (5-10 feet from) to Close (Contact-4 feet) (These ranges are from the sound source) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 3 posts Description: Shindou no Jutsu is a basic ninjutsu which is based in sound, which Fuji developed to get a feel for sound combat. After a string of handseals, he causes a sound (like from a bell). This jutsu focuses on amplifying the soundwaves to the point where they can be felt. Anyone who is exposed to the sound's vibrations will feel tingly from the odd massage of vibrating impacts, that don't do damage. If the sound is up close to the target, this could make a limb fall asleep for the 2 post duration, which isn't going to really affect the combat, but it can be found as annoying.
Name: Yure no Jutsu (Vibration Technique) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: None Range: Close Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 2 posts Description: Based on the Shindou no Jutsu, put into more practical combat use, Fuji has actually adjusted the higher benefits of the close-range to focus the vibrations closer to source of sound, weakening the vibrations that are further away. After a short string of handseals, Fuji sets off a sound, and focuses the vibrations to a minor damaging level within the first 5 feet of the sound's origin. This causes a quick burst of impact damage to the area which hits hard enough to leave a bruise.
Name: Boutou no Jutsu (Booming Technique) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: None Range: Earshot, Targeted (Within 20 feet of the sound's origin) Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu is a sound-based genjutsu, which was crafted from the data that Fuji obtained through practice with the Biribiri no Jutsu. This genjutsu, activated after hand seals by a sound Fuji causes, will cause all of the sounds that the victim hears to become louder and louder. Ambient noises become distracting, and legitimately loud noises become completely unbearable. The effects are like having a hangover, except all of the sensitivity is in the hearing, leaving the rest of the senses alone. Due to this, this jutsu could put those with already sensitive hearing completely out of commission.
Name: Kurakura no Jutsu (Dizziness Technique) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: None Range: Close (Up to 2 feet from sound's origin) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: This particular technique is based in science, utilizing the vibrations as a form of status afflicting agent. This requires a charge time of one post, and then it can work its magic. By setting off a sound near the designated target's ears, the soundwaves can actually mess around with their ear fluid which is responsible for equilibrium. This causes a state of impaired motor skills, and induces a state of simulated vertigo. While this is happening the opponent will have trouble making handseals, and remaining upright in general, imagine spinning around and around and around for 3 minutes, while in free fall. It's about that mean.

Biribiri no Jutsu: I see no problem with this one. Unless another mod/admin says something about it: Approved
Shindou no Jutsu: Just need a practical range for this. In terms of how close the actually numbness area would begin and such and how far the tingling area will be form the spot of the user.
Yure no Jutsu: Replace "damaging level" with "minor damaging level" just to make it more concise and clear due to the jutsu only being hare enough to leave behind a bruise.
Boutou no Jutsu: Again a proper range for the technique. Reason being even though it only affects one person in a targeted area of earshot range, you will need the factor of a range around you so your chakra can actually get to them while in full purpose be used in full potential.
Kurakura no Jutsu: Proper range and change the cool down to five or six to make up for the duration of the jutsu.
