Personality: Koga is generally a happy, enthusiastic person, obviously bright and crammed full of potential. He tends to focus outside of himself onto the world around him, and what he sees is what can be. He loves nothing more than to utilize his boundless energy on expressing the constant stream of ideas and possibilities floating around in his head with flowing, artistic words that allow others to glimpse things the way he sees it. He is quite adept at thinking of connections and patterns, to the point that his perceptive mind can see things that almost anyone else would have missed, giving him the reputation as someone who can see through lies and the thoughts of others, making others think of him as a supreme strategist.
Koga has powerful emotions and ideals, ones that, when expressed sometimes overwhelm others with the feeling that he puts behind them. However, although they have a clear power, Koga tends not to express them out-loud, but gently imply them to others with a clear enthusiasm that is evident to others. When his feelings are drawn out clearly, they tend to exude a romantic quality that seems at odds with the world around him, and gives him an almost childlike nativity that can be his downfall when caught off-guard. As a result, he tends to try and not be quite so drawn into himself, not wanting to be used by others like in the past.
Although Koga has a powerful focus for something he is interested in, he can't think about things from a purely logical, impartial point of view. This is because Koga is a man run mostly by intuition and emotion, two powerful energies that, when aimed towards something of importance to him, require no need for a polished thought process to accomplish it. However, there are times when he suffers from his lack of thinking things through, and could benefit from viewing things without the influence of his emotions.
Likes: Money: Who doesnt like money? Its what makes the world go round. Coming from a broken home, or not. What mattered was the gold that Koga had in his pocket. Buying food so that he could survive.
Explosions: Making things go boom is not just a hobby, its a way of life. Each explosion has a beautiful melody to it, and the sound of despair that comes after its arrival.
Dogs: A dog is definitely a mans best friend. Koga considers this his favorite animal and always seems to get along with canines
Dislikes: Country music: Koga Doesn't have that much love for country music. The most they ever talk about is killing the man who slept with their wives or other trivial nonsense. The considers this to be boring and prefers something with more feeling.
Pollution: Have to keep the world safe, we survive on these plants. Koga always thinks that its unsightly to throw things on the floor if there is a garbage can right next to you.
Cats: Koga is allergic to cats, he immediately starts running once he sees one. They make him sneeze uncontrollably.
Motivation: Power:Being as competitive as he is, Koga's ultimate desire is to obtain strength above anything else. Along with it he wants to gain respect throughout the world and furthermore the power to be able to overcome his fears, his ambitions and most important, the power to be able to protect those dear to him.
Money: Being the richest guy is a very strong motivation for Koga. Koga hopes to make enough money to last him for the rest of his life.
Women: If they are pretty, he loves them
Fears: The fear of death is apparent in all human beings, and the same could be said for Kogami. Kogami wouldnt want to die, he has so many hopes for the world and always wanted to become someone important someday.
Failing: Koga does have fears that he would not ammount to anything one day. That he would fail in comparison towards the other ninja, which is why Koga Tries as hard as he does.
Zombies: They can be real, if there was ever a jutsu that would raise the army of the dead then Koga would be the first to run.

Clan History: History: Kogami was born into a loving family. His father and mother were both Jounin in Hidden Storm. He was a troublesome kid, always wandering off on his own or looking in places he shouldn't be looking in. Once when he was a kid, his parents left him in the kage's office while they were speaking to the kage just outside the door. By the time they had come back in Kogami had already gotten into the paperwork, and proceeded to randomly stamp everything with the "Approved" stamp.
As parents, Kogami’s Mom and Dad did a great job. They raised him to value education and combat skills. Hattori was always polite and humorous. By the time he was 3 years old, he had already met Kazuto, who was a surprisingly bad influence on him. Kazuto is a year older than Kogami, and his bad behavior sometimes managed to rub off on him. This produced an interesting individual, as Kogami is smart yet enjoys picking up girls and is incredibly cocky.
At the age of 4, Kogami was enrolled into the ninja academy. Being quite the sociable child, he made a lot of friends. Even as a kid, he loved flirting even if he didn't know what the hell that meant. He had his first girlfriend at the age of 4 and a half. Ever since then, he has been swapping one after another like crazy. Girls just love him. Kogami was a promising student, always finishing near the top of class, and teaching other kids the basics. Eventually Kogami went on to graduate the academy with top grades, at the same time as Kazuto, who was a year older than him.
After leaving the academy, Kogami kind of slowed down. Him and Kazuto decided to not bother trying to get promoted to chuunin, and just did missions from time to time to keep their skills from getting rusty. On top of that, Hattori hated not fighting, so missions provided some sort of entertainment. Over the course of Genin-hood, Kogami became interested in ninjutsu. His ability to learn quickly and the fact that he enjoyed studying made him that much more promising as a ninjutsu student. However, being the lazy guy that he was, Kogami didn't start mastering ninjutsu till a few years ago. He learned incredibly quickly, and now knows quite a bit. He was especially well versed in the clan’s jutsu that he developed a name for himself.
RP Sample: Not exactly the most happening place in good old Nippon, but it does happen to draw a decent sized crowd from the town and the surrounding area, especially where the mall is concerned. Four stories tall, every floor is packed with a steady moving crowd that circulates people to their destination to spend money, much like how arteries bring blood-cells to deposit oxygen to organs. Everyone seems around, desperate to get what they absolutely need this Saturday morning, except for one distinct fellow, who just so happened to be dressed in Pink. Pink and black, to be exact, in the form of a well made hoodie that fit with a snug perfection to the lean frame that it covered. The hoodie complimented a pair of black jeans, a pair of modest vans, and a pair of faded sunglasses perched on a well formed nose, allowing others to occasionally glimpse the pair of warm pink eyes hidden under them. This fellow, whose height and almost pretty Caucasian features made him stick out like a sore thumb, was in no hurry at all to his destination. Instead, he was just moving along with an easy, graceful pace that seemed to indicate he was enjoying himself.
