Description: Main branch only. Passive. The secret to performing One-Handed Seals is one that has been passed down from generation to generation within the clan. Like its name suggests, the user is able to perform any jutsu by making seals with only one hand. This, of course, is not to say that the user can't also perform seals with two hands. In fact, two-handed seals must be learned first. However the user can only perform one jutsu with the one handed seals, but can still wield a sword or throw punches with your free hand.

Description: The user gathers water and condenses it into ice. The ice is basically shaped like needles with wings, six inches in length. Much like the Frozen Water Needles attack they are then projected at the enemy in a swarm. However, this time the needles can be further controlled by the user, as though the needles where an intelligent flock of birds trying to ram their opponent. The birds will continue following the will of the user until they hit something or are destroyed. Can only change direction one time. You would have to make another hand seal to turn it (this does not cost more chakra but sacrifices his hand use for that post). Lasts only 2 posts. Twenty small bird sized. Five post cooldown.

Description: Tiger → Bird → Monkey → Horse → Snake → Dog || After the hand seals are completed, the user gathers an immense amount of ice and/or snow in the shape of a gigantic Narwhal whale, which rises and crashes down onto a part of the battlefield. The technique can be created via water if the user is skilled enough in ice generation. While it isn't inherently one 'type' of jutsu, it can be used to squash opponents, block attacks, create a distraction, etc. The whale's size varies depending on the amount of ice used for it, and can get to be incredibly large, usually between 300-400 feet in length, which is why a pre-existing source of water/ice would be required to perform it. It's size is one of the reasons why the technique is mostly used to distract, as it cannot be moved very quickly and is invariably less effective offensively because of it.

Description: Tiger → Boar → Dog || After the hand seals are completed, the user shapes ice into the form of a dragonesque lion to attack a target, mimicking the size of a normal Water Dragon Technique. It can be maintained, bite, and scratch enemies - but it cold enough to freeze other water techniques that it comes into contact with, making it a very effective counter-offensive against water techniques. The dragon-tiger can extend to about 85 yards away from the user, and is typically more effective at long-range.

One-handed Seals - Approved since it is from the clan. Just keep in mind that we, the staff, will be revamping the clans in our database and there may be some changes regarding the jutsu. Just giving you a heads up. :)

Flying Ice Needles - I need length in inches regarding the needles. I also need you to lower the range to 20 feet.

Frozen Swallow Attack - Same as the needles, but I need the range lowered to 50 feet.

Hyōton: Ikkaku Hakugei || Ice Release: One Horned White Whale - What is this jutsu primarily? Every jutsu has a primary use and that is what should be put in the "type" section. By the wording you used, it is primarily Offensive by nature so place that in there and take the other two off. I also need you to give the dimensions of the whale so that I can properly determine whether or not this jutsu can stay B-rank.

Hyōton: Haryū Mōko || Ice Release: Tearing Dragon Fierce Tiger - For a B-rank of this nature, I can let it have a 4-post duration. However, frostbite is a bit too cold at B-rank. Take that out and I'll be happy. I'll also need the size of the tiger and exactly how far it can travel away from its user.

For the first three, I'd like to mention that the Needles and Swallows are also already in the clan's thread - I edited them, but they were not created by myself, and they'll have to be edited in the clan thread itself (which is probably going to get done in the aforementioned clan revamp anyway, so xD)

The one-horned whale technique is not as straight-forward as most other techniques. It isn't primarily offensive any more than it is primarily defensive - it is incredibly flexible, as the Wiki was quick to say. Will be changed to 'Supplementary' only, to depict that it can act for either offense or defensive purposes. This was due to my own error, though, I should have worded it better. Reference link

Tiger has been edited, although I don't personally think that frost-damage is too much for a B-Rank technique that was able to freeze other water techniques, but I digress.

Please adjust the needle lengths to 3 inches instead of 6. The C-rank can keep the 6 inches though so make sure you add that into the description.

The first B-rank is approved. :)

The tiger still just needs a couple things addressed:

• The duration still needs to be changed to 4.
  
• Frost damage is different from frostbite. Frost damage is fine. That will cause a lot of bruising, high level of numbness and the like. Frostbite is more of an A-rank since as soon as a body part is frostbitten, the limb may as well be cut off.
