The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Semasu shrugged her shoulders and smiled, maybe Saizo was a good enough person to tell that the sword did have a drawback- normally she would have just not said anything and made the shinobi believe she had infinite possibilities to ship supplies and troops to anywhere she wished. It was a good fake triumph card during any times of war: surely any village would think twice before attacking them.
Semasu jumped arop the ship deck and walked over to Saizo, a few of the work crew lingered their eyes on the young genin- suddenly treating her with more respect than previously.
Truthfully the sword is drained of chakra when I use it, it will take several days before I can use the ability once again.

Good, the drawback wasn't dangerous. Well at least it shouldn't end up being dangerous. Maybe in certain situations. She probably wouldn't be in those situations though, so he was safe to assume she would be fine without the swords power. It really did suck to be a burden to her though. He really wished he could make it up to her. Maybe not today, but someday. Can't stay in her debt forever. "Well I guess its just about time for us to leave. Thank you a ton. For saving our time and patience." he had made a great ally today. The ship captain seemed astonished and grateful too. His gapping mouth underneath his very professional mustache was a dead giveaway. Saizo had never noticed how damned good that mustache looked till now. Made him feel like he needed one. Everyone would look up to him if he did. Well, they wouldn't really. But it would make him feel like they did. Everyone should grow a mustache. Even the ladies. But enough of that. The ship was no longer in any hurry so he would have a little more time to say goodbye to his newly found friend.

Just don't reveal that drawback- I would prefer to keep it as a fake triumph card during a time of war.
She told Saizo this because she trusted him. She had said it low enough that no one else had heard most were still just amazed by the easy method of travel..likely her simple uses of the sword would suggest that there were no drawbacks to its potential.
She shook Saizo's hand as it was nearly time for her to return to the village center.

He laughed a little. It was a quite laugh, but one would be able to see that he was laughing from the expression on his face. He was laughing cause he had figured she didn't want her powers to be revealed. It was a fair agreement. She helped em get home and in return he doesn't blab about her power. He had just seen it coming though. He just found it a tad comical. She had grabbed his hand when he wasnt paying attention and they ended up shaking. He would put his second hand upon hers, sort of sandwiching them. "It was a great pleasure to meet you, Miss Semasu. Please do consider dropping in Shippuu some time." he would say. He meant every word of it. Maybe she would be fully grown when she visits and have ate enough donuts that... since when did he become a creepy pervert? Oh no, the visit did bring on some bad influences. He was sure t would wear off eventually. Hopefully. The ship was just about ready to move. Everyone in place. It wasn't going to be long, but they still needed to have everything taken care of.

Saizo had put his other hand atop hers and expressed his wish to see her in his village some time. She would like that very much. She nodded her agreement and then jumped back off the boat. By the time the boat passed through, the rift would completely reseal and disappear.

Saizo waved to the young maiden as the ship sailed off. He was happy all went so smoothly. The sudden change of atmosphere being the worst of it. He wouldn't forget her. He never forgot friends after all. The ship soon docked and supplies would be unloaded and all that good stuff. Saizo would just walk to the mission center and collect his payement.

Semasu was glad to have met the Chuunin Saizo, maybe some time in the future they would work on a mission together or something... she was certain she would not be a hindrance when the time came. She punched her left fist into her open palm and headed back towards the mission center.. she had a lot of ryo to make still.;
