The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

The smell of the sea, the rocking of waves, the idea of where they were going, all of it made Hisame sick to her stomach. She hates the water, she feared it even but it was the only way to make it to her destination, Shippuugakure. Hisame had never thought she would have to see the place she hated so very much so soon. Her plans were by no means ready, nor was her strength great enough to fulfill her greatest desire of crushing the village that had destroyed her home and murdered her people in cold blood. Knowledge was power however and before long she would be stepping foot on the land she needed to know the most about.
It was not a very long journey, though it felt like it was. Days turned into weeks within her mind, her emotions getting more and more to the boiling point. She wouldn't show it to the other travelers and sailors, nor would she show it to Rina, who had accompanied her on such a journey. Hisame wanted to get the girl in touch with her adopted mother's enemy, to know why she felt so much pain and hatred because of such a place. It was unusual for Hisame to share her pain with others, but the more people she had to hate Shippuu, the easier it would be to destroy it. She stood up, something she tried to very little due to the waves and looked off into the distance. She could see the land off in the distance, slowly getting larger and progressively more visible as they grew closer and closer to it. It won't take much longer. she thought to herself, sitting back down to prevent any chance of sea sickness. Her hands keeping hidden within her Ouraboros cloak, clenched tightly, awaiting the moment they reach the docks. It would take all of her self control and wits to not kill the very first Shippuu shinobi she encountered. She couldn't afford to make a scene and paint a target on her head. Hisame also knew she would have to keep a close eye on Rina during this trip, for the girl was rather talented at causing trouble. If she could manage both of these, then her mission to Shippuugakure could be successful and her plans could finally start to come into view. She would destroy Shippuu, it was only a matter of time.

The rocking of the boat and the splashing of the waves up on the sides was making Rina have a anxiety attack. As she started to cry she felt some water splash on the deck of the boat a few inches away from her running away from it to the other side of the deck she quickly sits down rubbing her little white nose. Rina stood out like a fox in a chicken coop. Her white tights showed brightly with her black hooded fur jacket that stopped at her knees with a hat own that would cover her demon ears. Rina slowly walks back to Hisa-sama taking off the hat throwing it over board. Her head was feeling much better now that she rid herself of the problem which was the hat that she picked out to cover her ears so she could blend in. She then goes onto pulling Hisa-sama shirt pointing to her tights as she begins to squirm bending over trying to force her tail to come out. Rina continues to try and get her tail out laying on the ground fighting herself to get it out. Rina's tail was compressed against the back of her leg and it was pissing her off, but who wouldn't be pissed off if they hand a tail that was compress against them. Suddenly a Man walks over watching the little white girl lay on the ground trying to apparently fight to remove her pants "Um little lady you do know that we can't be having you try and take your close of right and where is your mother at because little kids shouldn't be on a boat by their self. What is your name little girl and why do you have a jacket on at a time like this?" He asked as he begin to crouch down as another huge wave splashed up on Rina's jacket. Rina jumps up laying her ears flat throwing her jacket off and into the sea "What is wrong little lady it is water it isn't going to kill or hurt you." he said putting his hand in a puddle that was on the deck going to touch Rina with water in his hand.

Makoto was having a wonderful experience on this vessel. In all of his journeys, this was the largest boat he had ever been on, and it was the longest trip he had taken over water. Everything about it was exciting and new. The waves crashing loudly against the sides of the boat created large tremors that filled him with curiosity. How did they make such a sturdy boat? He knew for sure that if he had made it the thing would be resting in the cold depths by now. It was always amazing to him to see how humans managed to compete with nature, and while the boat was cool, he was even more entranced by the water. Standing at the edge of the boat, he peered over the short barrier, looking directly into the murky water. He could see water in every direction, with the exception of the direction they were heading, where he could make out land. From above, this ship must look like a measly little speck atop the vast waters.
His attention was soon interrupted by a small clamor a few feet away. There was a small child fussing about with her cloths, and even tossing some of them into the water. It was a bit wasteful for his tastes, but to each their own. He didn't pay the little spectacle much heed until a man approached the girl. She seemed to be afraid of the water, or at least bothered by it. The guy was spouting some nonsense about how water wasn't dangerous. What an idiot. Water is incredibly dangerous. Thousands of people drown every year, and even more die at the hands of suiton users. What irritated Makoto was that the man was trying to get her wet despite her apparent distaste for it. Walking over quickly, Makoto approached the man and grabbed his wrist right before he smeared water on the girl. "Doesn't like." The man recoiled and looked at Makoto. "I was just trying to show her that water isn't danger-" Makoto interrupted the man mid sentence by pinching the man's lips shut. "Doesn't like." The guy didn't seem to like this much, as he knocked Makoto's hand away and walked off grumbling. Ignoring the man's apparent anger, Makoto looked a the girl, and then up at the person she was standing next to. The other person was wearing the same cloak that the small girl had been wearing before she tossed it. Makoto simply assumed they were related, and turned back to the small girl. "Ok?"

Hisame sat there quietly, keeping her hands within her cloak, clasped together still, her thumbs whirling around one another. Her thoughts keeping her mind busy, though not entirely as she watched her daughter fuss and disregard the clothes that Hisame had picked out for her. They were meant to hide her appearance some what as to not bring so much attention to them, but obviously it wasn't lasting. Before she could speak up and intervene with the girls actions, a man walked over, trying to understand and lecture the girl for her actions. This annoyed Hisame a bit. Who was this man to try to step in and manage her daughter? She was Hisame's responsibility and at the time she really was being rather tame compared to her average behavior. She watched and listened as the fool continued to meddle and spurt nonsense from his mouth. What an annoying fool, he should mind himself, she thought to herself, as Rina continued to remove articles of her clothing. She saw him collect some water in his hand, to try to some Rina just how water won't harm her. She grinned a little. If he only knew just how bad an idea it was. She considered intervening but also wanted to see the fool get torn to pieces by Rina. As he got closer she reconsidered though, knowing that they had not even made it to shore yet, so allowing Rina to cause such a scene would not be a wise decision.
As she shifted to take action, another man stepped in. He was just another passenger, like Hisame and Rina. He hadn't stood out to her until that point. Interestd with how things would play out, she watched as the new stranger had dealt with the idiot who was pestering Rina. He handled it a bit strangely but probably better then Hisame would have. After all, she did actually consider that just allowing Rina rip the fools head off was acceptable for a moment. As the moment passed, she leaned down and stopped Rina from removing her other clothes, moving her hands away from her pants. She whispered down to her. "Just put up with them until we get off the boat, ok?" She then looked up at the man who had assisted Rina and said. "Thank you for the assistance."

Rina starts to tear up looking at Hisa-sama as she tell her to put up with her clothes a bit more. Rina looked up at the man how stopped the other man from touching her. Bowing to him she sits down on the ground pouting until her stomach starts to growl. Rina gives off a squeal to get Hisa-sama attention so she didn't have to open her mouth giving off her appearance to anyone. Pulling out a roll from a small bag she was carrying with her to provide her with enough snacks until they landed, but the bag was half empty and was not going to last her for another minute. Rina pushes the roll close to her mouth to avoid showing her teeth, but she was having trouble getting it in her mouth with out opening it wide enough. Rina finally gets the roll in her mouth chewing it before running off to hide.
