The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Personality: As a young man, Auron has a more sensible and composed nature than his sibling. He regularly displays good self-control and is always seen to be calm and collected. While not a prodigy on his sister's level, Auron is described as a brilliant ninja and a gem by outsiders as he doesn't share his clan's criminal tendencies or their mindset and gained a good grasp on Haimane with little instruction from his father. Rather than partake in the criminal business, Auron turned to exploring and enjoyed wandering the town.
Learning to live while outside of Tsukigakure, Auron grew to enjoy adventuring and exploring places. He spent a good deal of time in a small town where he grew up, crawling around gutters or flitting from place to place in search of excitement. His childhood memories cultivated in him a love of being out in the open and just allowing fate to decide his destination. Like most Hinamura clan members, he is a natural heat seeker and enjoys warm and comfortable places.
Though his sister was considered a genius, Auron has also shown a natural talent and intellect as a ninja. He is cunning and adept at conceptualizing detailed plans and strategies and has little trouble executing them effectively.
He is genuinely empathetic and caring to his friends and family and values camaraderie with others. He is hardworking, dependable, and modestly polite, an attitude he derived from working in the honorable side of the shrine affairs in the town of his birth. On the other hand, Auron can seem scattered and unorganized at times, usually misplacing a key article or forgetting where he put an important item. Because of this habit, Auron is commonly found swimming in large amounts of clothing and other belongings piling up in his home.
In addition, his empathy and care for his family lead him to be somewhat dismissive of the illegitimate business his family members were a part of and willingly turned a blind eye to the drug smuggling and slave trafficking the Hinamura were responsible for and to which he was aware of since the age of 8. Even when it was brought to bear that his sister had willingly joined up with the elders to continue the scheme, he cared little for it and was more concerned with his family's well-being. After realizing his mistake later on, Auron grew to regret the decisions he had made.
He is slow to anger and rarely ever becomes flustered or frustrated by the situation at hand. He is an extremely driven young man, seeking to revive the great Hinamura clan as it once was, restore its dignity, and discover the secrets that were hidden away. Because of his goal, Auron also values strength and has a hunger for power in order to achieve his objective.
Motivation: Auron has a desire to establish his own village, uncover the secrets left behind by the Hinamura clan, and regain the lost artifacts that were abandoned while Kazan was ransacked.
Likes: Like most Hinamura clan members, Auron enjoys warm, hot places and sunny weather. He enjoys exploring places and finding new secrets. Unlike those of his clan, Auron genuinely enjoys the company of his friends and family. By exploring, he seeks freedom and strength in adventure that doesn't come with living under the authority of others. He also enjoys eating meat and seafood with hamburgers and lobster being his favorite dishes.
Dislikes: Auron has a general dislike of Genjutsu. Even if a person knows the illusion has been set, he finds it rather troublesome to dispel and even moreso to deal with ninja who use it constantly. He also dislikes doctors, though he wouldn't refuse treatment if he is injured, he just has an uneasy feeling around them. Finally, he dislikes eating vegetables.
Fears: Auron's love of freedom and adventure has left him with an almost fearless disposition, save for a few things. If Auron had to choose, he would say that he dreads having to confront his sibling Miki, feeling he would be easily defeated and captured. He also fears becoming a puppet of the Hinamura clan and losing himself to their greed and corruption that characterized his childhood. His final fear is losing himself and changing into something like the very creature his sister has become.
What About Your Blood? __________________________________________________
Bloodline Ability: A few members of the Hinamura clan are born with the ability to transform their whole body into a cloud of burning volcanic ash at will. The ash is represented as a pitch black smoke-like substance that can shred itself into small paper-like pieces, each with a small amount of orange flames mixed in to burn enemies at close-range.
Everything on the user's body is composed of ash and carries a small amount of lingering flame, allowing the user to slightly burn enemies on contact and even ignite the flame to engulf their limbs for a further advantage in combat. The user is immune to being burnt and is easily able to resist Fire Release techniques.
Hinamura clan members with the Kekkei Genkai can reform and regenerate their bodies from ash, making it nearly impossible to receive damage from physical attacks, except when in areas with a high moisture content or when soaked with water. In ash state, members are able to control the ash of their bodies, allowing them to flow through air ducts and small openings, infiltrate structures, or launch surprise attacks. It boasts a high strategic value comparable to the Hozuki clan, though slightly less flexible than its counterpart and more battle-oriented.
The ash is also able to act as a form of transportation, allowing the user to transform into a plume of ash and smoke to cross short distances or navigate normally hazardous terrain without injury. The user is slower in this state than usual and are more vulnerable to the clan's main drawback: water.
The biggest weakness for the user of this ability is the presence of water or moisture. Opposite to the Hydrification technique, the ability requires that the user remain dehydrated or have little water in the surrounding environment. Being drenched or being in an area with too much moisture nullifies their ability to produce fire and can potentially paralyze the user if their body becomes too damp and sticks together.

Clan History:
Prologue The Hinamura clan began as a nomadic group of people roaming the volcanic mountains. Except for their physical hardiness and their resistance to the harsh temperatures that made up the climate, there was nothing else special about them. They lived relatively average lives in terms of the times they lived in and generally married and had families by the age of 16.
It was a hard existence, but it was a peaceful one... until day Sugawara Shindou arrived. He came to the clan, seeking to establish a 'ninja village' as he called it and offered the clan a chance to join him. Though distrustful of strangers at first, the clan was wary of the growing amount of clans that Sugawara had accumulated in the area. It wasn't an easy decision, heck some called it the hardest decision they'd ever had to make in their lives, but after much talking among the clan's leadership, the Hinamura clan agreed to Sugawara's proposition and they joined the conglomerate that eventually became Kazangakure.
Problem Child In Kazangakure, due to their numbers, the Hinamura were never a noble clan of the village, but they were known for their physical hardiness and ability to sense all the heat around them, allowing them to detect others and made them useful sensor-type ninja. As 20 years went by however, the hidden abilities of their genetics became more profound and their bodies developed the power to bond with and become the ash of the volcano at will. The gene wasn't present in all Hinamura clan members, but those who possessed it were well-coveted by the clan and guarded jealously by both their parents and the clan's leadership. By the time Kazan had declared war and began besieging Hyouga, the clan outright refused to send any of their shinobi that possessed the unique gene, hiding them away.
As time passed, the Hinamura clan proved to be one of the more troublesome and untrustworthy clans in the village. Withdrawing from politics, waiting in the backgrounds, and even began operations in the smuggling business.
When Sugawara Shindou died and was succeeded by Umesada Toshimori, he kept a wary eye on the Hinamura clan and always viewed them with distrust, namely for their gained tendency to lie and steal more than any other clan in the village. He also came to actively hate them when it was implied in an infamous incident that a shinobi from the clan sexually assaulted his daughter. The shinobi was never caught, but several factors kept Umesada from forgetting the debacle. About a year afterwards, the Hinamura clan were put under the thumb of another clan; the Nishimura clan. Though unremarkable shinobi, the Nishimura clan had close relations with Umesada and thus were usually somewhat successful merchants and lawmakers.
Under the thumb of Nishimura, the Hinamura clan was relegated more to sub-clan status. They could not marry without the approval of a Nishimura clan official and their personal information was closely monitored. The official reason for this, according to Umesada, was to promote inter-clan relations and strengthen the village's bonds, which other clans had also been practicing, but diplomacy between the others was far more warm than those that the Hinamura enjoyed. The Hinamura were abused by Nishimura, to the point where even their children were not safe from violence. The clan reciprocated in kind, doing whatever they could to lash out against those of the Nishimura without arousing the ire of the Atsusakage.
About 30 years passed by, and the Hinamura remained under the Nishimura clan's jurisdiction, limiting their numbers and their authority until Umesada finally retired and his successor, Yamada Reigo, lifted the verdict on the Hinamura . Though this time period somewhat humbled the Hinamura clan, it also made them more secretive and they continued to hoard their treasure trove of secrets in the one place that they discovered where no one else could follow them; the Corazon de Fuego.
Near Extinction When the Sanbi and Yonbi appeared, the Hinamura clan's main forces actively aided Yamada Reigo in the ensuing battle. Yamada Reigo died against the Yonbi before the Nanabi was able to stop the fighting and convince the two to part ways. The next Atsusakage went to Satsujin Haru, who turned out to be one of the clan's few blessings.
Satsujin Haru was favorable to the Hinamura clan and under his watch the Hinamura clan flourished. They kept their old secrets, eventually establishing the Clan's secret hiding spot in the bowels of the Corazon where the leaders met in secret and no one without the Kekkei Genkai could follow them. Their criminal business grew until they made almost as much money as 3 other clans of the village.
30 years passed, and the war with Shippugakure began in earnest. Though all clans of the village fought hard, they eventually neared annihilation. The Atsusakage, Satsujin Haru, fell in battle against Saigawa Kisuke and was subsequently killed. The village was left in ruins as the remainder of the Kazan Army fled into the night.
Some of the Hinamura managed to escape the devastation and spent the next few years in obscurity, some consumed with utter hatred for Shippugakure and some just lost in their own minds. Many years passed and those of the clan remained in hiding, some families settling in small discreet towns to avoid scrutiny. Those who possessed the clan's Kekkei Genkai had an easier time hiding. Some of them faced mixed reactions at their abilities, sometimes fear and sometimes awe.

History:
Approx 221 years after Seiryu's arrival
Spoiler:
Auron was born 9 years after Kazangakure was left in ruins to Matsu and Yumi of the Hinamura clan. Both had managed to leave the village through secret exits devised by the clan and subsequently went into hiding. They settled down in a small town on the borders of Kazan's former territory.
For a time, the family was modestly content and were well-off enough financially that Auron didn't have much to want in his early stages of development. His mother had previously owned a shop in Kazan and the change in location wasn't hard for her to adapt to. His father Matsu had previously been the Assistant War Chief to the Atsusakage. His expertise as a ninja made him an ideal rogue assassin for hire, not restricted by the ideals and agendas of a ninja village.
Auron lived happily for his first few years, fed and clothed by his parents and loving relatives. At first, he and his family were the only known members of the clan who had escaped the tragedy of Kazan, but as time passed, more Hinamura clan rogues found their way to the particular town that the family made their home.
Approx 223 years after Seiryu's arrival
Spoiler:
2 years after Auron was born, a small group of Hinamura clan members found their way to the town, lured by rumors of a shinobi in the village who could turn into ash at will. When they discovered Matsu, the remainder of the clan hatched a scheme. They blackmailed the older man, threatening to reveal his true identity to outsiders if Matsu refused to go along with the clan's agenda. Needless to say, faced with the duty of protecting his family, Matsu complied. In this time, Matsu was also a father of not only 1 boy, but also a newborn young girl named Miki.
They established a shrine in the small town and it became a haven where the clan could conduct their business in private under the guise of priests. It wasn't of a large size since only a portion of the clan was present while any others had settled in Tsukigakure. From there, the dark heritage of the Hinamura clan resurfaced. From that shrine, they resurrected the clan's previous legacy of dirty deeds, such as drug dealing, smuggling, human trafficking, and other criminal acts in order to build up capital. In about 4 years, the criminal business had grown to the point where the town's mayor could no longer ignore it.

Spoiler:
As events unfolded around his life, Auron grew up in a contrastingly normal environment. By the time he turned 6, Auron had already distinguished himself as a talented young boy. His father began personally tutoring him in the clan's trademark techniques and remarking upon his progress when it was known he was able to use the clan's Ash Mimicry Kekkai Genkai.
Auron and his younger sister Miki worked in the clan shrine for much of their earlier years. While Auron enjoyed going out and seeing the town, Miki was zany and unpredictable in more ways than one. Even at the tender age of 4, she was far more advanced for her age than even Auron was. Her skill and potential as a ninja was even above the Genius level and she possessed vast amounts of chakra.
Auron and Miki got along well as children, though their interests diverged as they grew older. Auron grew to loathe acting like a young priest and did whatever he could to rid himself of the vile stink that was always lingering around his clothes.
Miki became a mainstay at the shrine, servicing clients and becoming more involved with the day-to-day operations in the stead of her deceased mother. Her personality became less zany as the days went by and more subdued and emotionless.

Spoiler:
At 10 years of age, the criminal empire of the Hinamura clan spread far wider than just the small town. It consisted of the surrounding towns, countryside, and even a small portion of Tsukigakure. Auron and Miki's mother passed away, leaving Matsu to care for the two of them, though things weren't the same as they were several years ago.
Committed to seeing his ordeal through, Matsu had become a changed man and no longer the kind and loving parent he once was. He became schizophrenic, impulsive, impatient, and greedy individual as the sins of his past few years took their toll. He became prone to angry outbursts of rage and generally took out all his anger... not on Auron... but on Miki. Fighting between the two broke out at random and as things escalated, Miki became more withdrawn from her usual self. Matsu, contrasting to his previous self showed no remorse.
The effect was heavily traumatizing on Miki, but Auron wouldn't learn the extent of which it had damaged her psyche until much later. He did his best to comfort her in her time of need, though he had little clue of what was going through Miki's head. Perhaps it would have helped if he'd seen the warning signs, but he was too young to have noticed them at the time. Rape, physical abuse, and torture. Auron played witness to many of the moments that would turn his once innocent sister into the person she was later.
The clan's grip on the town grew to such an extent that eventually the mayor of the town went to Tsukigakure and personally requested an investigation of the various happenings in the town. Though he had yet to have a clear cause for the astronomical rise in crime and strange murders, he knew something was afoot and went to change it.
During this time, Auron began to spend less and less of his energy in the temple and more time exploring and forgetting his problems. He became a wandering spirit and enjoyed finding hidden cracks and passages in the walls of the town. His elder's began to resent this, for the reason that he was one of the only few in the remaining clan who held the Ash Mimicry Kekkei Genkai besides Miki.
Approx 233 years after Seiryu's arrival
Spoiler:
One night, ninjas arrived in the town and stow away to the clan's hideout. Having spent two years digging around the town's infrastructure, they knew it inside and out and what had to be done in order to unseat the corruption taking place in the town. The ninja attacked the Hinamura clan's warehouse where several hundred slaves, bound men and women, were locked up. They ransacked the Hinamura's drug stash, setting them aflame in the middle of the night. The mayor of the town watched with glee as his two year plan had finally come to fruition.
The clan's headquarter shrine was attacked, though quite a few of the Hinamura were able to fend off their assassins. Fire broke out and many fled from the temple into the streets. Auron was awoken by a crash upon his door and the smoke that poured in. Roused from his sleep, Auron quickly fled from his dorm and sprung the alarm throughout the home. Like any other 12-year old, Auron did his best to alert his family. As he went about it, he noticed that Miki wasn't in her room when he entered. He found it strange at first, until he came upon a room that was seemingly wide open.
He peeped inside, and was stunned by the scene within. Matsu, his own father, was lying face-down on the ground in a pool of blood. Miki, along with another aged elder stood among a pile of corpses from the few assassins that had broken through. She pulled a sword from the red-headed corpse
Auron watched as Miki hugged the Elder and they shook hands, as if making an agreement of some sort. Auron turned to run, but was easily captured. He sat in the room while Miki revealed the abuse she had suffered at Matsu's hand, the comfort the elder provided, and the pact that had been sealed. Miki was accepted into what the Hinamura called 'The Circle of Fire', the primary ruling counsel of the Hinamura clan that originally met in the Corazon de Fuego. In other words, the clan's leadership. They would escape, and continue to reap the benefits of the drug trade.
The elders attempted to coerce Auron into joining them as well, but Auron refused and successfully made an escape. He fled the shrine into the outskirts of town and from there continued to run, tears streaming down his face. He ran out of town, hoping he wasn't pursued and continued to run as fast as he could.
Even after awakening the next morning, Auron resolved to continue fleeing to avoid pursuit. The sadness of a 12-year old would further shape his personality to come.
Auron passed through another town before reaching his destination. He arrived in Tsukigakure, probably the only place where he wouldn't be as actively pursued by his sister and where it was most possible to hide his identity and begin setting up the goals he had planned in the past few days while running.
He had buried his guilt and began preparing to face the darkness of the Hinamura clan by building on the skills he already had. To face Miki again, he would need more strength and power. To avenge his loss, he would need to be fearless. To revive the clan in better shape than it was when it died, he needed to erase the past. He spent a few days as a common laborer, making money as a blacksmith apprentice or doing ordinary jobs until he was able to enroll in the Tsukigakure Ninja Academy.
Approx 235-236 years after Seiryu's arrival
Spoiler:
Auron was... to be honest an unorganized student. His tendency to be rather neglectful of organization hurt him the most in the academy. Homework and studying the basics was dependent on rote memorization and paperwork. He was good at memorizing the subject, but the paperwork was another story. He had a talent for the ability that he already knew, but other ninja skills took a bit of time to develop.
Though he wasn't top of the class, Auron's thirst to learn was evident and he displayed a natural aptitude to be a ninja, though struggled with the paperwork and not forgetting to bring his own shuriken and weapons to practice.
At the age of 15, Auron passed the graduation exam for the ninja academy and became an official Genin for the village. He was assigned to a small squad under Jonin Shizu Namikawa.
Approx 237 years after Seiryu's arrival
Spoiler:
Auron enjoyed his time as a Genin. It was probably the only time in his life that he felt he had everything under control. Shizu Namikawa was a strict taskmaster with little patience but she meant well and they accomplished a few very interesting missions in the time they spent together.
At the age of 16, Auron was able to pass the chunin exam and was promoted. It was somewhat less enjoyable than being a Genin, but not by much.
Approx 240 years after Seiryu's arrival
Spoiler:
Auron remained as a chunin, doing missions and generally becoming a senior of the village's chunin due to his rather young age at the time. He made several friends in forces and was generally enjoying himself more than he ever did before.
His memories continued to haunt him however, the life he'd had before and the challenge of keeping his identity hidden remained a constant challenge to him.
One day, he opened his mail when he found a curious envelope addressed to him. Nonchalantly, he opened the letter and began to read it.

The environment turned turned pitch black, obscuring Auron's vision completely. The trees faded from view, the rocks vanished into the fog of blackness, and the heavy ash lingering in the air seemed to push down as if it had a physical presence.
The ash didn't bother Auron as it was made from his own chakra, but the black fog restricting his visibility certainly became a hindrance. The mixture of dust and ash made the general area even more hazardous, a fact that Auron silently owed to his abilities. He wandered forth, not particularly paying attention to what was in front of him as his mind went elsewhere. He thought of many things in the dark, many unrelated to his current predicament as the minutes passed by. What brought him crashing out of his own little world was large rock slamming into his body.
His face hit the gravely surface of the large stone, knocking him out of his stupor and back to the confines of reality. Though the forest came back into view, his prey was no longer there and he was left alone to ponder the meaning of what he'd just witnessed all in his lonesome little world.

- Added Jonin to rank
- I would like to save the third specialization if I may for a later time. Auron will get a weapon later on and go through another change as well. When this change occurs, I will create a renewed profile and add in his third specialization.
