The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Joben was out beyond the walls of Hyougagkure once more. He found himself standing in front of a giant wall of ice, the wind was blow softly but it was enough to make a eerie whistle as it blew through the cracks in the ice. Fortunately is was a nice summer day in Hyougagakure making the weather bearable enough to be out without a heavy jacket. The sun beat down on him as he stood in front of the wall of ice, staring at its many scars. This was Joben's own personal training zone, a place where he could train without risking others.
Joben let out a sigh as he shrugged off Wrath and place it firmly on the ground using it more as a walking stick than a scythe. He quickly adjusted Kindness's sheath so it was on his back and then tightened its straps so it wouldn't move. Joben hoisted Wrath up and then rested it on his shoulder before sliding his foot back and entering a stance. He inhaled deeply letting Wrath's chakra flow into him, his muscles tensed and his visioned sharpened. As usual he felt himself get stronger and then the insanity hit him. As always the sane part of his mind was violently shoved to the sized by a separate conscience of weird thoughts and mostly instincts.
The insignia on Wrath's blade began to glow a ominous purple and then the wind gusted by making his coat that was tied to his waist flap behind him. He rotated his hips and his arms began to move with him. His body was moving in one giant fluid motion, his scythe was spinning from side to side, his arms carrying it across the planes of his body as if it was nothing. The motions all became a blur as he made one last spin before hopping into the air, his body tilted to a horizontal angle and his body spun and his face came around towards the face of the ice wall he used his forward rotation and boosted strength to carve a giant scar in the face of the wall, a grin made its way to his face as his feet finally hit the ground. Pivoting his feet as he landed and simultaneously dropped the blade and twisted its the blade so it was pointing ahead of his once again and then using all his might thrust the scythe upwards slicing into the ice once more. Joben exhaled a deep breath and let go of Wrath leaving it stuck in the ice for the moment. Looking upon the scars that he put on the glacier he let out a long sigh.
"Man, I need to find other things to do for practice. This just isn't fun anymore."

Every since Hikaru left from under the wing of her brother, she took upon herself a journey like no other of pure non-stop walking. Within temperatures that changed throughout her exhausting walk she begin to grow tired, hungry, and weak. Leaping toward the walls of the Hyougagkure, it had seem as though the winds blew gently and the sun beamed down upon the young girl. In her mind, she knew she could no longer go any further than she expected she would. However, she kept at it in an attempt to reach at least to where the wall was located. Slowly and weakly, Hikaru continued to walk over to the wall. And as she kept walking, the landscape came closer to her. She sighed in relief, but then spotted a boy there.
She fell to her knees gently, too tired to continue. "There..is no way ...I can..make it..over..there.." she said huskily to herself, breathing heavily. "Come on..Nui..you can move..move.."she chanted to herself, as she slowly crawled over the nearest piece of ice. She leaned upon it, catching her breath. There was something different about this place than the others she had passed before. The place had glaciers, and ice everywhere. The air seemed cold, but the sun was shining, she had guessed it was summer time for the village. She peeked from the side of the ice she was leaning her back upon to look at the boy again. "He..has a weapon..what if he's..a guard..I can't get passed him..tch.." she whispered to herself, turning away from the view. She sighed again, knowing that she was weak and was not able to fight anyone or anything, not even a little cat. But, even if she could survive a battle, it would be most likely she'd die ten minutes after. And again she can not remain sitting behind this piece of ice all day, she'd get caught or killed. "...It..looks like I will have to ...move forward..and try to ...talk to him..maybe he's not so mean...ha..easy for me to say..he has a scythe.."

It didn't take long for Joben to notice that there was somebody close by. If hadn't been using wrath the whole time he might of noticed earlier but even with a clear head it was hard for him to notice the soft crunching of the snow that was layered under the whistling of the wind. While he couldn't quite tell who or what was or even what direction it came from. That didn't stop him from looking though.
With his scythe still wedged in the ice he turned slowly scanning his surrounding looking for traces of anybody. At first he couldn't see or hear anything. Who or whatever had been moving had stopped moving, maybe it was wild animal and it spotted him. Maybe it's a polar bear? I don't think so, I've never heard of polar bears around these parts... Oh god it must of been a Yeti. A shiver ran down Joben's spine as picture of massive and ugly white fur covered creature popped into his head. He was about to give up on his little search when he caught of a glimpse of what thankfully was a much smaller and certainly not fur covered thing. He slowly began to walk towards it. The closer he got the more his mind figured it had to of been a person. No animal would sit and wait like that. He tried to get a good look though the ice but it distorted the image too much. Finally he stopped about 15 feet from the ice that was being used as cover. He took a deep breath managed to speak with a very calm voice even though his mind was uncertain and somewhat afraid of what may be back there.
"I know your there. You can come out now. Unless your a yeti. If your a yeti then stay away."
