The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Hello my names Navi. I'm obviously new to this site. Now for an explanation as to why I'm new. In all my role playing experience I've only ever found three Naruto sites who's rules I agreed with. The first one ended up dying thanks to staff drama and then was reborn into something unrecognizable later. The second one I'm still currently RPing in. The third and last one is this one which I just discovered. I went looking for another Naruto site with rules that were different, but still agreeable and here it is. I just have one question before I go and start making my character. When I was looking around the site I noticed there were no host for the bijuu nor did I find any rules on how to become a jinjuriki. Are there any rules? The reason I'm asking is because I've never made a jinjuriki character before and while I'm not the most detailed of role players I'd like to give it a shot.
Greetings and welcome, I'm usually good on catching the intro's but I've been a little off my game as of late. As for your question, there is a list of Jinchuuriki....or at least, there was one. I've been meaning to get up with Ryouji to put the names in with the list of tailed beasts. I used to know where it was because it wasn't part of the original list and I thought it was, for a lack of a better word, stupid but yeah. I think there might, MIGHT be a chance of a tailed beast spot open for grabs due to the person or persons not being on anymore but I'm not the judge of that. We do have some that are on here though. Welcome none the less and hope that it helped, even if it was just an inch...or centimeter. ^_^;;

That was very helpful thank you. How douse someone become a jinjuriki though? Is it determined by the staff? I remember this one site I visited where if you wanted to become the host of a bijuu you rolled a virtual dice. The more tails the bijuu had that you wanted the less likely the dice would roll in your favor. Unfortunately I didn't agree with the sites combat so I never created a character. You don't have to worry about that with me though. Even if I don't like how the jinjuriki are chosen the other rules are grounds enough for me to join.
