Description: The Copy Wheel Eye allows the Uchiha ninja to memorize and possibly learn any jutsu they see. The jutsu, once seen, can be memorized for the course of the user's life. To be able to use any jutsu seen, it must either be non-elemental, or be one of the clansman's elemental affinities. The clan member may not learn any jutsu outside one of their specialties (if the clan member is Ninjutssu, Genjutsu, and Kenjutsu, they may not use fuuinjutsu or Ijutsu technqiues they've seen). If the Uchiha is D-rank, they may not use any S-rank jutsu they see. Also, any jutsu used must be paid for in the Jutsu Shop. If an Uchiha wishes to be able to use this skill, they will NOT be able to use either Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu. This skill does not cause blindness.

Description: An incredibly simple technique, the user preforms a spinning, sweeping low-kick which knocks the target off of their feet. A strong enough user can easily send a full-grown adult flying, showing the strength of even basic Taijutsu.

Description: A simple fire technique, the user gathers chakra in their throat and expels it as a controlled, light flurry of flames. These flames have little to no combat use - they are incredibly close-range and, while capable of igniting things, isn't enough to inflict major burn damage. Enkou Tanebi is a supplementary technique - it can be used to ignite flammable objects or heat up other objects. This technique's efficiency and power are both based entirely on the user, and how it can be applied to certain situations.

You still need two custom E-ranks. Remember: E-ranks have no influence in combat.

Also, know that all of the academy jutsu in the database are free and can be auto added to your jutsu list without approval except for Ikemuno Benkuo. Ikemuno Benkuo may count as one of the custom E-ranks to be approved, but you will still need to create one other.
