Description: When performing this jutsu the user has to be stationary. He/she touches their environment, be it ground, wood or anything physical and sends his/her chakra through the touched object. It acts like an inaudible sonar, the user has to sent his own chakra out in vibrations, which will break when hitting other people's chakra, which shows if others are near. It is very handy when needing to locate others, to find the right one when fighting someone with regular or illusionary clones, but won't work with Shadow Clones, since they all possess the same amount of Chakra.

You can remove mentions of the elements and just say that the actual jutsu is an inaudible sonar and then I can approve it.

Description: After the required handseals the user creates a large (8ft) sphere of wind that floats around the user. The user can adjust the form of the ball to a vertical form in order to levitate himself or others. If the palm is stretched towards a desired object, it can be moved and or levitated.

Note:
- The person or object that is levitated/moved cannot be heavier than the user.
- Under 100 posts the max height of the levitation is 2 meters, every 50 posts the user gains 1 meter of height and 5kg more that the user is able to lift.

((eg. User weighs 55kg, has 234 posts, so he/she can tilt 65kg))

E ranks have little to no use in battle, for that shielding bit I would ask you to make it a D rank jutsu, and if you wish for the shielding then only starter weapons such as Kunai and Shuriken can be deflected while D rank jutsu can be stopped once with such a shield. This is the only problem I see with it personally.

Also as a separate note, it'd be a lot easier if you just post up all five of your starter jutsu all at once.

Well, I thought about this one a bit later than the other ones, but after this one I have all my five jutsu I'd like to have for free.

Anyway, I've dropped the deflecting part, since I really like it to be an E-rank technique. So its only a levitation-technique now.

Description: The user jumps up and inhales, making the necessary handseals for the jutsu. The flames are formed inside the user's stomach and are spit into the air when exhaling. They form a large, 7 feet fireball in the sky, which explodes and sends a downpour of small, 3 inch embers down unto the field, hitting everything in the 20 feet radius. The embers, apart from dealing a small amount of damage, leave a stream of smoke in their wake, making this jutsu a perfect smokescreen too.

Description: After making the necessary handseals the user inhales, holds the hands in the bird seal and exhales a large stream of flames in front of her, which forms into a dragon. After this happens the user stretches his/her arms with their palms revealed, forming a triangle with their thumbs and index fingers, which is used as a target lock. The dragon rushes forward and charges at anyone who finds himself in this target lock. It grabs its opponents and launches them into the sky while the flames do a moderate amount of damage. The dragon is made out of solid fire, having a width of 5 feet and a length of 20 feet. Since its able to move freely it can to grab multiple opponents, both on the ground and in mid-air. Its speed varies however.

^ I barely understand how it can get up to 12 yards in range but just so you know; 15 inches = 1 foot and 3 inches. 12 yards =36 feet. So what I'm reading is you have roughly a foot long fire ball that splits up into a maximum of 15 -  one inch fire balls that scatter up to 36 feet.  If so then this technique wouldn't hit anything really unless its extremely close and it wouldn't do even minor damage, it'd be more like a small sting, the kind you get from putting a fire match against your skin for a second.  And such a small fire ball wouldn't be able to make such a large smoke screen. So if you adjust the size of the fire ball to something that can reach the range that you want,it might make more sense but then that would probably up the rank of the jutsu.

Describe the length and width of the dragon. Also how fast does this dragon move, and sense it seems that this dragon made of katon can be controlled can it be used to hit targets in the air and in the same post be used to hit targets on the ground?
