The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Subject: Peleus The Huntress Mon Oct 14, 2013 2:00 am
Name: Peleus/Huntress
Spoiler:
Type: BroadSword
Rank: S
Quantity: One [1]
Description: Peleus or Huntress as is her new adopted title, is quite a unique weapon to say the least, from first glance one could tell this weapon is further beyond ordinary. The weapon stands at a fair height of 5 feet, the blade itself makes up the majority of the weapon, the guard is unusual as well as it extends over the hilt giving extra protection for the users hand(s). The blade has a few indents in it and along the back spikes seem to protrude out. The finishing touch would be the ancient markings that are found on both side of the blade in the exact same format. It's original weigh being that of 10 lbs, it's durability being the equivalent of steel without the use of its abilities and it is sharp enough to be able to cut through leather, or an aged tree with mild strain.
Abilities: [1] The weapon has a natural connection to its owner and therefore will not allow itself to be wielded by another without the consent of its owner, as if it had a mind of its own the blade, should someone else attempt to wield it, the blade shall phase right through their hand as if they were attempting to grab hold of nothing.
[2] If the owner is within a 25 ft range of the sword, the sword can be called back to its owner. The sword would travel at a speed of about 20 mph.
[3] Should the blade come into contact with another person's blood then the blade would become lighter, sharper, and increased durability for the duration of that battle. The maximum for each of these attributes are as follows:
amount of "tasted" of blood
Attribute increase
First Taste
*light as a regular katana *Sharp enough to cut through rock with mild strain *Durable as platinum - C rank equivalent
Second Taste
*light as a Kunai *Sharp enough to cut through chakra enhanced rock with mild strain *Durable as titanium - B rank equivalent
Third Taste
*light as a feather *Sharp enough to cut through basic metal with mild strain *Durable as Chrome - A rank equivalent
History: This weapon has been around for ages but the records of its history and those whom knew of it in memory have long sense been forgotten or have died away with time. By pure accident Xavier had stumbled upon the blade while training out in the outskirts of his village, needing to find a place to camp he had found himself a cave on which upon his entering caused the entire thing to shake and moan as if it knew someone had entered. Gathering his strength and wits he would venture deep into the cave only to find this weapon frozen in ice. Salvaging the weapon from the ice he would also discover a scroll upon which read off, in blood, the past wielders of the blade and their greatest achievements with this weapon in tow and a small book containing accumulated information on the weapon. Claiming the blade as his own Xavier would mark his name on the scroll with his own blood, before rolling it up and putting it away to be studied later. Xavier has kept it ever sense, feeling a special bond between him and this weapon of mystery and wonder.

I'll have Eden double check it but I think it's not bad. Though I really would use another source besides blood.
Either way that's just my preference which is irrelevant . It also has to be S rank
At S rank ill approve that at 800,000 ryo because it doesn't enhance your personal stats it just gets lighter, sharper, and more durable. Very helpful in fighting but not op.

The durability portions: all I want are rank equivalents. Ex: what is platinum equal to in terms of rank?
Also, I need you to state the weight, durability, and sharpness of the weapon before it "tastes" an opponent's blood. If it comes in stages as you stated, then all three of those "stats" need to be less than a katana of S-rank.
Ex: The S-rank katana will weigh 5 lbs more (or something like that; doesn't have to be 5 lbs.), it would be sharp enough to cut through thick wood (like old, matured trees) with mild strain, and it would have a durability equivalent to an S-rank katana that has absolutely no attributes to enhance it.
Something along those lines. I'm just asking for more description. It doesn't need to be that example haha :)
