Synastry: add that the one sacrificing the chakra must have the same element(s) as the jutsu being used by  the target. The range cold be 30 meters no more than that man. Add this in there and i will approve

Conquest: range on this one is 40 meters. It can only expand another 40 meters if the other person who knows this technique has the same zodiac sign and also it will decrease speed by 2 ranks instead of one if expanded. So if your speed was already decreased by one it will go down by one more. Also fatigue and negative effects double if expanded. and instead of two seconds delay its 3 seconds.  Add all this in there and i will give my approval for this jutsu.
