Day 1

Auron departed from Tsukigakure the next day after being given his mission. He gathered a few supplies as the trip was going to take a while. Trailing after a rogue criminal in pursuit of some vague documents that some village heads might not want seen wasn't exactly what he wanted to do upon his promotion to Jonin, but he loved to explore and this trip was an excellent opportunity.

It was a chance to prove he was worthy of the promotion and was willing to make the most of it.

He bounded over tree tops, occasionally using his smoke-composed body to navigate the hazardous rocky terrain when jumping was impossible. He continued to bound over the rocks and through the thin mist that surrounded Tsuki. His direction wasn't obvious but his sense of destination was sharp and he continued to discern where to go next from a few feint clues he had picked up over the years.

He continued to move, working his way over Tsuki's terrain and towards the boundary where he would cross into Kusa when he reached the Lupus Waterfalls, a crescent formation of falling water that helped to mark Kusa's territory.
