Personality: Aren is a rather upbeat girl, though with a lurking darkness that seems to follow her everywhere she goes. In addition to this, she has a lack of self-confidence, causing her to act immensely formal toward anyone she doesn't know, and anyone she deems "worthy." Nobody knows what she means by "worthy," though some may have a good idea of the implications within the word, as well as the meaning behind her actions toward those who qualify as such.
Another interesting trait of hers is that she tends to read the wind more than others, practicing this for years has given her an interesting ability to tell whether there's a storm coming, or if the person she faces is good or evil, kind or not. This has caused her to be viewed as a bit mystic, as well as strangely introverted.
A third interesting trait of her persona is the desire to help everyone she meets in some way or another, as if trying desperately to right a wrong from her past that never existed. Almost like she's living in a fantasy that nobody can seem to shatter, not even her own brother.
Likes: Aren is an immense fan of certain types of jutsu, such as lightning based jutsu. This has led her to attempting many jutsus, and even trying to create one or two of her own that she sees as a "signature of herself." Though often to no avail, she's managed to create one jutsu that has since served her well.
Another thing she seems to absolutely love is when people acknowledge her achievements for what they are, generally good and of great help to those around her, though the few deeds she does that aren't exactly upstanding are still acknowledged, but under a different name, as if the masque she hides behind some days is like another person.
Dislikes: Aren doesn't particularly dislike anything, as she believes that anything has the potential to be likeable, and that anybody with half a brain can judge for themselves if it suits their tastes or not. If she were to list at least one thing she didn't like, it would be: "Arrogant, and perverse people who have no sense of morals and virtue."
Motivation: Aren is motivated, highly, by the drive to help others, putting the safety of others first, and if need be, her own life to protect anyone she sees as a friend. If necessary, she would take any mission needed to prove herself, and gain someone's trust, as she believes that everybody has the potential to become a close friend to both her, and her other friends.
Fears: Aren fears that she may not be able to save her friends and loved ones when the time arrises, that she may be so powerless as to break down into tears, and cry like a child. Even though she continues to state that there is nothing nor any soul under the sun that she fears.

History: Aren was born just like anyone else, a light in her eyes that shimmered like diamonds in the moonlight. Her first three years of life being less than orthadox, her parents being the first in her live to be killed. Some months later, after having been found shortly after being orphaned, she was adopted by a kind and caring family, at the age of four. These folks were just like anyone else, a small family of now four, Aren, the mother, Arnette, the father Alphonse, and the older child whom was born into the family, Alex. Alphonse and Arnette cared for Aren, clothed her, fed her, and even gave her a home, however Alex was far less upstanding, constantly picking on, and hurting Aren, day in, and day out, every waking moment. However, one day in particular, everything changed for Aren and Alex, their relationship had switched dramatically, from constant bullying, to now a peaceful brother/sister relationship.
Nobody knew why, nor how this had come to pass, Alphonse and Arnette now given peace of mind, as Alex and Aren would play together, talk together, and do everything together, as if the two had somehow come to a contract. As unorthodox as it seemed, switching from the former relation to the latter, it gave Aren hope. This would continue for three years, until Aren was now seven, old enough to attend the academy in her brother's footsteps, following him to his graduating day, and then her own a year later. Now having been freed of the confines of the academy, she began to wander, telling her adoptive mother and father that she would return to check it ever once in awhile, and even stay for dinner.
Her journey begins with a short excursion around the village, then towards the gate, to explore the vast world around her!
RP Sample: Aren entered the opening, her boots thudding lightly against the ground, her coat fluttering quietly behind her ass the wind whipped both it and her hair back and forth. She was completely unaware that her opponent would be of dark origin, and upon finding out, she began to protest against the very person that signed her up for the mission. "You lying fraud, you didn't say anything about dark fighters!" She shouted, her voice echoing through the center stage opening that would serve as both the stage, and arena. Her own mind went blank for a second, only to find her adversary already on the attack, moving towards her. On instinct, she leapt back, a fireball forming in her left hand as she spun in the air. On the second rotation, her hand shot out like that of an assassin of old, the fireball being hurled at great speed toward the person, a trail of both fire and smoke floating gently into the air, like a pair of dancers waltzing to the sound of a band. Her right, having been electrified by the friction of the air, and by her own magic, shot forth as well, a bolt of lightning shooting past the fireball, and directly towards the enemy with a crackle, static being the remaining trail, falling slowly to the ground.
Having landed, and watched the adversary take the hit, yet still stand, Aren decided it best to just end the fight then and there, her right hand shooting into the air above. Storm clouds formed overhead, swirling quickly. After a second or two, the clouds began to spark dramatically, almost as if overcharged. "It's time to end this with one of my strongest spells. Face the Judgement that has been cast." Upon speaking, her hand dropped in a blur, and with it a beam of pure, concentrated lightning from the heavens, the only thing heard being an extreme crash, followed by a low hum as the beam stayed atop the adversary. A short while passed, Aren now ready to let go, lifted her hand once more, this time snapping her fingers, and on the signal, the beam thinned, then faded into drifting sparks of static, a chorus being heard through the silence left, and all that remained was still, like a photo taken with immense clarity, and intense focus. -the arena
