As in the title, this topic is in regards to ranking up here on Naruto Legacy. As you the members may already know, we use EXP to raise our statistics and shinobi rank. As such we have devised a way to combine these requirements to define how raising one's shinobi rank works. These are what are known as statistics requirements. Statistic requirements are the required statistics that a shinobi must obtain, before they can qualify to rank up. We have done this so that wonderful members such as yourselves don't spend all your time on grinding EXP for shinobi rank-ups. This also allows you the members to fit a minimum mold for the shinobi rank you are attempting to achieve as well. I doubt anyone would want to be a Jounin with a bunch of C-rank statistics, yes? The requirements listed below completes this task; these requirements cannot be met with starting statistics. To obtain the standing required, a shinobi must spend EXP they obtain after approval by completing missions from one's respective village and RP'ing with other members, and bring a desired stat to meet the requirement.

Here is the current list:

• Genin → Chunnin: Chunnin Exams as an automatic means to attain Chunnin or can be obtained with iterated EXP in noted topic below.
  
  
• Chunnin → Special Jounin: Requires -- One stat increased to A-rank, after approval + required rank-up EXP & 1 other statistic at B-rank.
  
  Special Jounin → Jounin: Requires -- Two statistics increased to A-rank, after approval + required rank-up EXP & 2 other statistics at B-rank.
  
  
• Jounin → Seinin: Requires -- Two stats increased to S-rank, after approval + required rank-up EXP & 3 other stats at A-rank.
  

Now, you must be wondering what the "after approval" means. This means that one must request the shinobi rank first and get approved for it before they can get the rank officially. This is hence why that you must achieve the stated statistics before you can officially obtain the rank IC.

NOTE: Seinin is a limited rank. Only 3 Seinin per country are allowed at any given time. This amount may change in the future, but for now, this is the way the cookie crumbles.
