Personality: A typically reserved type of individual, Ryota is mostly known to calculate his thoughts. He has an intellectual filter, although he does have the devices to be sociable when needed. His demeanor is usually calm in nature with typically a warm grin or smile to deflect away from his natural introversions. He does not necessarily care to be confrontational but does not have a problem stepping up to the plate when threatened or sometimes even when challenged. His tone is very plain and to the point although sometimes he can ramble if he finds himself intellectually interested in something.

Though one thing that stands out is his competitiveness towards combat as he clandestinely strives to be the best. Pitting his skills against another shinobi, especially of a bloodline variety, tends to get him excited. Although despite this he tends to speak less in the heat of physical exchange and appears even more relaxed than in less stressing situations. He is the type that hardly gets angry and out of sorts and refuses to let his personal emotions come before any well thought out decisions. Proving to have the virtue of patience and self control on and off the battlefield.

Likes: Likes to work in tandem with others during battle to calculate strategies and combination tactics. Has a special place in his heart for sunshine and calm weather. Likes to spy on other shinobi's training sessions to gather information. He also likes explaining new findings and getting to solutions first. Likes meeting new shinobi and observing their professional process in contrast to his own.

Dislikes: Dislikes those who cannot cooperate and or follow instructions regarding a plan of action. Gloomy, rainy, or overcast weather is also a major downer in his book. The hot headed and over emotional types of individuals that carry on without proper thought. He also dislikes those who are inconsiderate and highly selfish. Cold ramen is a huge pet peeve and is about the only thing that could potentially cause him to loose his composure.

Motivation: To be the first member of his clan to master and unlock all the secrets of their Kekkei Genkai. He strives to push his bloodline limits abilities to the max with great interest in clashing against other bloodline users along the way. The prospect of hypothesizing different combinations of chakra to discover new results is also an intrigue he has towards moving forward with his own prowess. Be it with his own findings or analyzing breakthroughs others have already come across. Unique phenomenon's of ability is always something that will spark his interest.

Fears: He is afraid of dying before reaching his goal of being the first to master his clans Kekkei Genkai. The thought of not reaching the ideals he has set in motion scares him as well. He fears being out calculated and outsmarted by an opponent much stronger and much more cunning. Being under-prepared for any type of combat situation he may find himself involved in. Having one of his plans or calculations fall through and cause the demise of a comrade or objective.

Bloodline Name: Kinunochi

Bloodline Ability: Those who posses the Kinunochi have the innate ability to grow protein fibers from their skin. When their skin is regulated with a precise amount of chakra unique strands of barely visible threads rapidly protrude from its outermost layer. With precise chakra control these threads are freely woven into various amounts of cloth at accelerated speeds in efforts to both expand in various directions as well as retract. When enhanced with chakra the cloth produced can be freely shaped and hardened for defense or woven sharply for offensive measures. This ability can also be applied towards pre-existing fabrics as well.

Clan History:

The Kogure clan was born from a long lineage of nomadic people that wandered the entirety of what is known today as the Hidden Hurricane region. They were often poor and invested what they had in livestock for trade. With the treacherously cold and windy conditions they were consistently exposed to over time their skin became tough and enduring and about as coarse and gritty as the average rock. Shortly after the passing of the fifth generation the phenomenon of the, "cocoon skin", as it was called began to emerge. The very coarse and gritty skin that the members all possessed cracked and broke apart like hollow rock revealing an unnaturally smooth texture of skin beneath it with a rich vibrance like nothing seen before.

In a matter of weeks silk like fibers began slowly growing like strands of hair and weaving itself out of their skin and naturally coating their bodies in cloth. For many years those of the Kogure clan would groom themselves with scissors to cut the cloth growing from their bodies and later transitioned prosperously from simple nomads into textile experts where they officially adopted their bloodline name as the Kinunochi or, "silk bloods". It wasn't until shinobi began to emerge from the clan that a method of chakra control was developed to not only regulate the fibers that grew from their bodies but also control them. Shortly after, ninjutsu specific to their unique ability were created, solidifying the clan as holders of a Kekkei Genkai in the shinobi world.

History:

Shun and Kimiko Kogure begin Ryota's days in modern day Shippugakure, the homeland of he and his parents ancestors. The Harada clan had long since defected from the native lands to return to the nomadic folk they once were from years past.. Ryota's parents had taken it upon themselves to return to the clans native stomping grounds and conform to the ways of conventional life for the sake of their only child whom they felt deserved more than a life of travel and remote solitude even if it was ultimately considered sacred to their clan. Their choice an unpopular one amongst their kin, leaving them essentially estranged and left to their own devices.

The only other tradition that was brought with them was the art of the shinobi which was humbly passed down to Ryota with zero hesitation to say the least. From his early stages as a toddler he was taught hand seals while most other civilian children were taught sign language as a means of cute communication. As a small child his mother and father taught him the ins and outs of the basic shinobi arts encompassing taijutsu, ninjutsu, and genjutsu. His hereditary knacks soon became apparent as he proved to have the limit of the clans Kinunochi running through his veins. His vibrant skin as a child growing threads of cloth as consistently as the hair on his head. Ryota's parents, although legitimate Kogure, were not gifted with the Kekkei Genkai of the clan.

The only users in the family were now cut off from them and they were on their own to discover the art of regulating Ryota's chakra to keep his ability in check. Luckily they had returned to their homeland where the sight of a boy growing fabric from his skin was heard of albeit hardly seen in decades. The village surprisingly had supported him well in between the time he used learning advanced chakra control techniques to regulate his growing fibers. Before long his talents in the area of his bloodline limit began to shine as he usurped enough control over his chakra by the age of ten to retract and grow his fibers at will.

Able to assume a natural appearance aside from his vibrant skin tone and even able to begin use of his Kinunochi in the training exercises he was religiously put through by his parents. By age eleven he had become fascinated with his abilities from hearing stories about his related family members who were successful shinobi elsewhere using the Kinunochi in battles. It was not until his twelfth birthday that he declared to one day become the best Kinunochi user in the world. A very childish statement but an achievable dream standard for which he had set a course for. Now at age thirteen as a newly pronounced Genin Ryota looks to continue his motivation forward to become the best bloodline user his clan has ever seen.
