The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Quantity: About a half-gallon of crushed up bits of bone. (Generated by the Shikotsumyaku, so each topic it refills.)
Description: The user has a pouch that can sling to any part of the waste. It has a two liter volume. The pouch is simply filled up with crushed bits of bone generated by the user's Shikotsumyaku. Nothing fancy, no special effects or abilities. But it is important to note that these bones are generated by the user's OWN Shikotsumyaku. (Meaning I don't think it will cost anything, unless you charge me like .002 Ryo for the pouch and sling.)
The price for the pouch is 10,000 Ryo.
Until the cost scale is made, it costs 100 Ryo per ounce when you re-fill the pouch. The pouch needs to be re-filled every 3 topics it was used. That would mean a total of 6,400 Ryo for each re-fill, every 3 topics of its use.
Abilities: Should be noted that the Bone Shrapnel is generated by the user's OWN Shikotsumyaku.
History: I don't really know what type of history I should have, it's a fairly simple tool. But I'll give a little bit of effort.
The idea has been held among some of the more elite Kaguya Clan members that when training, in order to preserve their strength, they should use bone shrapnel generated ahead of time, instead of reproducing the bone over and over again, exhausting themselves, repetitively generating bone in the same areas. Moku, and anyone else who uses this idea, is making an attempt at giving it a practical use in actual combat as well.

If it goes in the inventory, it will cost ryo. Every time you refill, you will have to pay ryo to keep the pouch filled. However, I can negotiate with you on when you need to pay. Lets say every 3 topics, you have to pay to refill the pouch. That is more than reasonable.
Half a gallon is 64 ounces, so every 8 ounces will cost 800 Ryo (for the END of the Shikotsumyaku bones; this cost will change according to the END stat of the user). Which means every refill, every 3 topics, will cost you a low sum of 6,400 Ryo.

Even though paying Ryo for a jutsu generated item really REALLY annoys me, I guess it's only fair, to keep me from circumventing requirements that other users need to meet and pay. Such is the sad, sad life of forum RP :(
What you said so far sounds fine, but can you kind of expand on what you were saying about the END stat? I don't really get it.

Shikotsumyaku bones are as strong as steel, and the END stat increases that every rank. It's one of the things we allowed the Kaguya to keep since we took their ability to use hand sign-based jutsu. Because of that, the price of these will rise every time your END increases since the durability of the bones themselves increase every END rank as well.

Why would the BLM lower the cost? If anything that would increase it MORE, because BLM attributes to the effectiveness of one's KKG. I am being very reasonable in not adding that to the cost. 6,400 is extremely low for this, even if it's shrapnel.

Well, it would lower it because it also increases your proficiency at your KKG, which like Kakashi explained, if you are good at another area, you need less exhaust yourself. But again, in RP terms, it WOULD make the things stronger, which WOULD require more of a cost. I'm just trying to apply both logics, which doesn't seem to work. XD
Believe me, I am not trying to complain about the cost, I'm just trying to get the exact scale down for future stat increases and users. I'd rather not have to repeatedly edit this item :P

PS: For now though, these are now approved. Want to buy your first fill of them? Oh! And the pouch will cost 10,000 Ryo but it's just one time. So for this time it will be a total of 16,400 Ryo.

Yeah, I'll buy it now, before I spend the Ryo elsewhere.
I'll edit the pouch price thingie into the topic, and edit the scale in as well when you complete it. Just remember, these things ARE generated by our own jutsu, so they'd at the very least not cost as much as other items of their rank... typically.
