The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

A precise flick comes from of the hands or even a shake can be made as if trying to get something off one's hands. The water streaks from the hand of the user and towards the enemy's eye. This unexpected irritation can blur their vision.

This jutsu requires one handseal. This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalize the body and move at extreme speeds. Name: Kage Suiton no Jutsu (Hiding in Water Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 Cooldown: 2 Description: The user blends in with water to be undetected by the enemy, similar to the Earth Release: Hiding in Rock Technique. It was shown that this technique is usable even in water as shallow as a puddle, as seen when the Demon Brothers used it to ambush Tazuna and his bodyguards. In the anime, a member of the Nokizaru Group also employed this technique during a mission to retrieve a scroll from Kumogakure shinobi. While leaving concealment, water simply appeared on the floor and rose up, revealing the user.

The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe variations within their surrounding environment, such as the water source being out of place. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it. Chakra signature will reappear if another jutsu is used. The user may be attacked whilst coming out of the water and if done, the user is brought out of the water instantly.

Name: Shot Gun Fist Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Water Release Range: Close range Specialty: Nintaijutsu Duration: 3 Cooldown: 4 Description: After the user surrounds their entire fist with a sufficient amount of water, they then aim to strike their opponent. Only the slightest amount of physical contact with an opponent or object is needed to cause the jutsu to be set off. This then results in a powerful but small explosion when it occurs. The faster the punch is thrown, the stronger the force of the explosion.
Name: Suirō no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Water Release Range: Touch Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Until arm is removed or 5 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Chakra: 20 Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to escape while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. It can also be stored in scrolls as traps. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water. Raiton jutsu used on the sphere(C rank or above) will damage the user, more damage with higher ranks. This happens due to the electricity traveling into the users arm.
Name: Crippling Water Blow Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: Touch Specialty: Nintaijutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: User surrounds their fist, elbow, knee or foot in a sufficient amount of chakra infused water before striking their opponent anywhere in their torso area, causing internal injuries that would lead to the opponent being more susceptible to physical attacks in the area hit for a certain amount of time.

Bunshin no Jutsu can also be auto-approved so make sure you add it. Bunshin, Kawarimi, and Henge don't count toward your 10 free slots. Also, Rasengan doesn't count toward your 10, since that was earned via events in the past.
This means you have 8 jutsu here. Make 2 more and then grading may commence. :D

I suggest choosing between one stat this jutsu will increase by one rank, a C Rank jutsu will not increase two individual stats by a whole rank. Condition the jutsu so that its effectiveness is determined on how the user uses the jutsu(such as the arm- Up 1 Rank in STR)(Such as in skin layer- Up 1 Rank in END)
