The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Affiliation: Hyougagakure Rank: Genin Element(s): Venom/Poison Specialization(s): Nin
Personality: She is usually expressionless and very rarely does she get surprised or enthusiastic, and whenever she does, however, it's often at the minimum level. Vicious is a heartless killing machine only listening to her owner. She feels no pain or regret for killing Children and women. She will do whatever it takes to complete her task even if burning down and destroying ever trace of a village or town. When asked by her owner to do a task she will listen without questioning the reason behind it.
Likes: Vicious has a thing for Sweet stuff such as kool-aid from hyougagakure since they make the best. Because she follows the orders of her owner when she accomplish Missions she feels some type of way knowing she did what she was told without fail. She enjoys when the safeguard is broken allowing her to be her true self unbound by silly commands such as stop
Dislikes: Vicious feels like Showing her emotions will get her killed or thrown to the side leaving her without a purpose. When someone tries figure her out she hates it because it will cause someone to try and figure out a way to show her emotions. Because of her time being made for perfection when Vicious fails an order she feels as if she isn't the perfect weapon. She hates to be around Lust as she seems to be the perfect one with no safeguard or any physical problems like she does
Motivation: Vicious Has no motivation except to serve the one who commands her and complete her task without failure. One would say that she has a motivation of making whatever her owner dreams a reality.
Fears: Most people fear death, but Vicious welcomes death with open arms figuring that if it is her time then it is what it is. The only thing she actually fear is being left without a purpose or someone to serve as she has no life outside of being someones tool.

Bloodline Name: Doku Kōtei (Poison Emperor)
Bloodline Ability:
Spoiler:
Strengths: The deadliest and most notable of their traits, however, is the venom in their veins. It is likely that it came into existence as a defense against wild animals, but it quickly became one of the most efficient methods of killing for the Doku Kōtei users. The shinobi of the Shurajo have an extremely venomous blood, the crimson liquid poisonous to any creature it enters save another Shurajo. The blood can only enter a body through open wounds. Once it enters the blood stream however it will begin expanding itself, similar to a flu virus. Once there it will begin latching itself onto the cardiac sections, causing mild burning pains (similar to heartburn), some dizziness, and a mild headache. After 24 hours, the affected shinobi will be inflicted with a full flu, which will put them in a bed. After 48 hours, they will be forced into a hospital to be treated. After 48 hours, if they are not treated, they will be forced into a coma that may last up to three days before they die. At 36 hours, the chances of the victim's survival reaches 75%. At 60 hours, the chances of the victim's survival are 60%. At 84 hours, the chances of the victim's survival are 45%.
Weaknesses:
This poison can be treated by medical ninja who work in hospitals. Another weakness of this Kekkei Genkai is that the users are slightly physically unstable. They are prone to muscle spasms and headaches. They are also known for getting tired fairly easily, so they sleep often.
Location: Hyouga
Clan History: The Shurajo are an old clan originally of the Land of Night, a country to the far north noted for it's cold climate and long periods of winter. Because of this, many of the inhabinants were noted for their pale skin. This trait has followed through the Shurajo genetics. The Shurajo clan in the past was a nomadic tribe, hunting from place to place like a pack of wolves. However, their bloodlust soon became unquenchable, leading to a civil war between members of the clan. The massacre left few sane survivors to travel through the snowy wastes. Over time, a small remnant of the Shurajo came to Hyougagakure, the Village Hidden in the Blizzard. From that time, they prospered and learned to adapt to the harsh climate and gradually became able to open up and become actual members of the village, conversing with others and making friends.
History: Two sisters were born on November 11 in Hyougagakure. For the first two years of their lives, they were raised in a nice little house in the village. They were treated with loving care from a doting father and mother. These two sisters were not destined to be kunoichi, nor was it ever pre-determined that their lives shall fall into the hands of one unseemly man. When they were young, back to an age that they cannot remember, their parents did not come. The sisters cried for their parents until they cried themselves to sleep. One night a man entered their house while they were asleep and took them away. They woke up next day in a house bigger than the one they were in, in the hands of a new caretaker. It took a long time for the infants to get rid of their stranger anxiety. Over a couple of years, they were brainwashed, "reconfigured", and imprinted so that they recognize the man who was raising them to be their biological father. They were taught that their mother died at childbirth. Let it be stated here that this man, who took them in in his mid 40s, was a former Jounin commander of Hyougagakure. Relieved from active duty, he sought to raise human weapons whose mindsets and skills were brandished for murder - typically assassination. He hoped to find a pair of girls who would prove to be complementary to each other in battle, and thus arrived at the sisters' doorsteps one night, after he made their parents "pass on".
They were raised with strict discipline and the rules were hammered into them. At the age of 5, they entered into the Academy in order to study how to be kunochi. It was also at this time he became very abusive whenever the girls did not follow his commands or displeased him greatly. He would hit, yell, sometimes even strip them 'till they're cold. It was also at this time they were given names. As he had studied them over the years, he named them accordingly to what he thought their true natures were. He named one of them "Lust" and the other "Vicious". This story focuses on the sister named "Vicious".
Vicious was difficult to handle, as she was prone to rebellion and incompetence. The father, who will be referred to as the "owner", took excessive lengths to "reprogram" her completely. Through a long-term series of abuse and rigid discipline, he warped Vicious's personality. She turned cold, expressionless, and lacked emotion. This cleaned her up to become the perfect murder weapon for Hyougagakure's benefit. She was often compared to her sister Lust, who was more obedient, and thus the owner was far less harsh on disciplining her. The sisters were taught many things, especially religious concepts that helped them realize their purpose as killers for the village. They were the village's "angels", who had to overcome hardship in order to cut the jugulars of the greatest of the village's enemies. Vicious and her sister were trained by the owner to listen to his every words and to make sure their movements were fluid and efficient. Vicious listened to the owner's every word and obeyed his every command. Sometimes she has trouble following orders, listening to a safeguard attached to her which made her even more emotionless and murderous. She even began to lose her instinctual fear of death.
The sisters graduated at the age of 8 to the ranks of Genin. They continued for Several years or so to train themselves to be the very best, refining their skills over time both individually and as a complementary duo.

The sisters started from the age of 8 and trained for a dozen years, that would make the total age to be 20. This character is 17 years of age currently, so just change the dozen part. The rest looks okay to me too.

The definition of a dozen, is a number of twelve. A group of 12 people or things. That is taken straight from the Merriam Webster Dictionary. In this sense, it is used in the number of twelve years: this added with their age of 8 years of age, is totaled to 20 years old.

The 2nd use is multiples of dozens, as in dozens of peoples, not any separate amount from 12.
The 3rd use has nothing to do with the context in which the word was used & is irrelevant. There is no need to argue with any of us on the misuse of a word. The dozen is used for a group or twelve or groups of twelve.

not arguing about a word I didn't misuse so i'm not changing it. You telling me it is misuse but how many times have you heard Dozen without someone meaning 12 or a group of 12 or a large multiple of 12? plenty of times so i'm not misusing the word.

In conversation, you can use dozens to emphasize that you are talking about a very large number of things. Dozens is followed by of when it is used in front of a noun.

Change "a dozen" to "dozens." When you use the word 'dozen' with 'a' it normally refers to the large number 12. If you say "dozens" you use the very vague sum of numbers definition. I.E: I just ate a dozen donuts; I just ate dozens of donuts.
