The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

This has brought up something else that I would like to throw out there. I was thinking that the Ouraboros themselves should have a rank to their own. This is mainly due to the fact of, the Oura are not normal ninja in the first place and show wise, they were more than strong or at least, above that of a Jonin but under that of a Kage and I feel that having a rank of Jonin is more or less misleading or underestimating. I'm not saying that this would mean that the Oura would be on par with the Akatsuki or anything in that manner but I think that it would be a nice change.
Added to that, why is it that one can not look at the bottom and click on their village or affiliation and see who else is in it? It says that something is wrong rule wise and I do not under stand. You haven't got the rights to access this page
Lastly, Signatures, I was told they were taken out because people were making them too big. Can we just limit the size? Something reasonable? I miss my signature that I worked hard to make and actually used.

Oura getting their own rank: I'll be honest with you. I don't think "they" (I assume you were referring to the Akatsuki) are weaker than a Kage. Or at least not all of them. Sasori was, and the niqqa with the black things that did all kinds of jutsu was, but when you look at Kisame and Itachi, they are on par, or even better than the Kage, though not on a totally unbeatable level. I think rather than having Genin, Chuunin, and Jounin (No, I don't know much about Oura) it'd be better to classify them as the D-S ranks, S-Rank being Kage Level, A-Rank being Jounin, B-Rank being Spec. Jounin, C-Rank being Chuunin, and D-Rank being Genin. Because I BELIEVE, though I'm not SURE, that Oura is an organization, not a village, and thus would lack an actual Shinobi System. Wanderers and Nukenin would be the same/very similar.
Viewing usergroups: Yeah that should change.
Signatures: Yeah we need signatures. I've brought it up in the chatbox multiple times and keep getting the same answer you get, with no further explanation/consideration, or even no answer at all. At the very least I believe they should be allowed for the storage of links like the user's Fortune Wheel, Character App, Jutsu Registration, Jutsu List, Inventory, and whatever else in a nice, compact spoiler. I also agree on the limit. There is an option in the admin panel to limit the number of lines in the signature. It can be implemented, as well as rules limiting the amount of pictures and the size of them (as they would really take 1-2 lines no matter how large they are because the site reads it as the link and the IMG code.)
All in all, good suggestions in general.
OH and one more thing: Your suggestions sparked something I just remembered. The only 3 known Sannin/Seinin in the canon series are ALL 3 Kage level. As such I don't think they should have any less than the Kage do besides the authority and position, but what do you think?
Ouro- They don't need a separate classification in my opinion; general classification is enough on the site. Creating separate categories for the villains would just complicate the site; if Ouro are alike to kage or seinin, then they should have that classification.
Village Affiliation- That would be nice, to be able to click on the bottom of the site and see who is in your village.
Signatures- I believe they should be allowed; however, they should only include Jutsu lists, inventory, applications & possibly completed missions. Avatar siggys are cool, but not always appropriate. Not everyone can make them look neat or professional- last thing I ant is a siggy that takes up the screen.
Something else that I think should be changed is a definite price system on certain items. As we know, getting money on the site can be done a certain number of ways but for some, it isn't that easy. With that being said, buying simple things like kunai or even items that would impact the player at all like a book or clothes, I think should be priced appropriately. Something along the lines of 'All C rank items will be priced at ____ to ____' and like jutsu, let the creator put a price they think is reasonable and then the mod/admin/ect will either agree or put what price they think to be suitable or proper in the circumstances. I did not really think about it till now but I paid 6000 ryo for a book. I am okay with that but with people who do not have the kind of ryo, that is outrageous in every since.
