The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Healing the surface but not internal injuries, preventing further external blood loss. The maximum spread area of the technique is around six inches or less in diameter.
Name: Pain Suppression Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: Short Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 2 post Cooldown: 1 post Description: Whoever is affected by the Genjutsu will be assailed by the vivid sensation that they are in a state that they were fine. At the same time, they are fed constant hallucinations, which makes it also possible for them to run mentally. The caster can use the genjutsu on the same person as many times as they are able to make sure that pain from a new wound is ignored. This genjutsu is not usable on opponents.
Name: Chakra Scalpel Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive/Supplementary Element: None Range: Short Specialty: Ijutsu Duration: 3 posts. Cooldown: 2 posts. Description: A more advanced medical jutsu that is used as a blade during surgery, so the skin does not have to be cut, and surgery can be performed simply without having to wait for external wounds to heal after the procedure is over. Used for surgical procedures, however this can be used in battle also. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. The technique uses 10 chakra points per post for a maximum of 10 posts (maximum normally used for medical procedures).
Name: Wind Release: Twister Shot Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton(Wind) Range: Mid-Range Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 2 posts Description: The user releases a stream of wind infused chakra from their mouth that takes on the form of a twister to attack the enemy. The user can't control the twister after initial attack. The twister is strong enough to rip apart wood. Can be augmented with other jutsu.
Name: Fūsajin no Jutsu (Dust Wind Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-Rank Type: Defensive Element: Fuuton Range: All Ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post (Sand and dust is permanent) Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user uses a fan to generate a gust of wind that layers the surrounding area in a blast of sand. This layer of sand that accumulates on the nearby objects makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes.
Name: Extraction Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: Close Specialty: Ijutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a chakra scalpel, an incision is made near the affected part. Using their chakra, the user pushes a large volume of a medicinal fluid through the incision. The fluid then draws the poison out of the affected part(s) and serves as a medium through which the poison is suspended and then forced out of the person's body. This technique thus removes the poison, while simultaneously repairing the damage caused by the poison. After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine after it has been analyzed. This can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery.
Name: Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: 500 feet Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: Until broken Cooldown: 4 posts Description: A genjutsu that allows one to trick others into mistaking the place they're in for another. This technique's main feature is that it can be cast over an extensive surface, therefore any and all who step into the illusion's area of effect will fall under the spell. That said, it might not work so well on people who are well-versed or otherwise skilled in genjutsu.
Name: Death Technique: Heart Sever Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: N/A Range: Close Specialty: Ijutsu Duration: 4 posts Cooldown: 4 post Description: The chakra scalpel is used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. User forms two chakra scalpels, one blue and the other purple. The user is able to use the blue scalpel as a normal chakra scalpel and still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. The purple chakra scalpel can be enlarged to a maximum of five feet and attack the opponent from a distance.
Name: Demonic Illusion: Double False Surroundings Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: 700 feet Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: Until broken Cooldown: 6 posts Description: This technique places another illusion within another illusion created by the user. When the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realize that a second is in place. Used in conjunction with the False Surroundings Technique.
Name: Mystical Palm Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: Close Specialty: Ijutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Cost: 30 Chakra Description: Hand seals depend on rank of healing used. This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's body, the user can overload the patient's normal circulation, trapping them in a comatose state. The use of this technique can help bring back people from any injury with a certain amount of chakra as described below.

Not bad, there are just a few things that need to be changed, or will be changed in the future.
Mystical Palm Technique is currently undergoing a re-vamp to it, to make it not so vague with what it can do. Once the re-vamp on it is done, it'll have to be changed. Keep in mind that it is also a multiple ranked technique, so you'll be limited to the level(s) of it that you have.
Air Bullet is a technique that already exists within the canon, as well as our Fuuton Jutsu list.

Name: Wind Release: Air Bullets Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton Range: All Ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This technique shoots multiple bullets of air at the victim with intense speed. The bullets also have great power, able to crush boulders. Can fire 5 bullets during duration.
Due to this, you can't have the same technique as a lower rank. You'll have to alter the technique so it's not the same via the canon, with a different effect. You can have something similar, just reword/name it.
Extraction Technique is also a canon technique, just not currently in our medical jutsu list. Alter custom to canon, please. We don't have a poison system at the moment, so you may want to hold off on this technique also. That's up to you though. If we create one in the future, this technique may be in question to be changed and altered to fit the system, having defining ranks of what it can heal/remove.

I'll change the Mystical Palm and Extraction technique when they are updated. Edited Custom to Canon for Extraction Technique and also substituted Air Bullets for Dust Wind Technique.
