The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: BSOD Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Supplementary/Cosmetic Element: N/A Range: Self Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 2-3 posts Cooldown: Description: This is a purely cosmetic genjutsu that servers absolutely no real purpose beyond maybe creeping other people out. It might’ve been slightly inspired by the Hyuga clan’s all white eyes but is actually not an attempt to appear to have the byakugan. To use, the caster makes a short string of hand signs and then channels chakra to their eyes. Once activated, the caster’s pupil and iris take on a flat, dull blue color that appears utterly lifeless. BSOD is most effective when paired with a blank face.
Name: Nekomimi (Cat's Ears) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Supplementary/Custom Element: N/A Range: Self Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 2-3 posts Cooldown: Description: The user appears to have a pair of cat/fox/wolf ears as well as the appropriate tail. The ears and tail exhibit the full range of motion that ears of that type normally have and can be used to convey emotion based on their position and orientation. This jutsu becomes more effective the more familiar the user is with the behavior of the animal who’s features they use. This jutsu in ‘fox’ mode will enhance the visual effect of Kitsunebi.

Name: Shiton (Frost Release) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Wind/Water Range: Close Specialty: Kekkei Genkai Duration: 2-3 posts Cooldown: 2 posts Description: This is a largely passive jutsu that lowers the temperature of the user, and to a lesser degree, the environment. Side effects include frost forming on surrounding surfaces, a type of waking hibernation in the user, and other assorted maladies connected with exposure to cold temperatures (frost bite, hypothermia, skin sticking to metal). The user does have some control over how cold they get; the colder they go, the more chakra they use and the shorter the jutsu lasts.
Name: Nise Ningyou Geki (False Puppetry) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Close Specialty: Taijutsu? Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 2 posts Description: Yeah. This jutsu is rather… special. So after hearing about the concept of ninja puppetry and knowing that the shiton allows her to do a really good imitation of a dead person, Miyuki decided to attempt to create her own version of puppetry jutsu only with her instead of puppets. Eventually she’ll give up the project because in all honesty it’s never gonna work since it’s based on a flawed premise, but for now it consist of her going into the ‘lower’ levels of her shiton (just far enough to make her room temperature and stop both her breathing and heartbeat) and shambling about like a possessed zombie. Occasionally she’ll just collapse to the ground like a puppet who’s strings have been cut to dodge an attack. And unless someone can give her any guidance regarding it, that’s pretty much all it’s ever going to be.
Name: Chakuyou no Yoru no kurouku (Donning Night’s Cloak) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplemetal/Defensive Element: N/A Range: Close Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 2 posts Description: Once again we have a mostly cosmetic genjutsu used for dramatic effect although this one also has the benefit of concealing the user from sight. After performing a short string of hand seals, the user goes through the motions of putting on a hooded robe. As the ‘robe’ covers each part of the body, each part appears to disappear/turn invisible; the head is the last part to be concealed in this manner. Once the person is completely covered, they are able to move around invisibly for as long as they maintain the genjutsu. They are however still able to be detected by other means such as sound, scent, touch, and chakra sensing. As this is not an area effect jutsu, only the target(s) present at the time that the jutsu is initiated are subject to the invisibility; anyone coming in after can see the user just fine.
Name: Kistunebi (Fox Fire) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Close to mid Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 2 posts Description: This jutsu is heavily based off of/inspired by one of the magical powers kitsune are said to have. The user creates between one and nine small (no more than a foot around) balls of floating blue fire that they can control. In default mode, the fire balls float around the user but can go wherever the user dictates within a radius of four meters. Given the right environmental factors, and the user finding a good spot to hide while still giving them a good view, the fire balls can lead people astray. They can also combine to create larger fire balls or just a patch of fire not significantly larger than the apparent mass of all the fire balls combined (which includes giving the user an ‘aura’ of blue fire). The fire balls are nothing more than illusion; they cannot set anything on fire and produce no heat.

Name: Watashitachi no Ma de Aruku Yuurei (Ghosts that Walk Among Us) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary/Defensive Element: N/A Range: Close Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 3-4 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This is a small area effect jutsu that targets all other beings within range (say around a meter) of the user. The user can be seen, heard, smelt, (touched?), and ‘felt’ by the targets, however, the impression left on the targets via these senses is so brief it is as if the user simply doesn’t exist provided the targets doesn’t twig to something being off and use the dispelling jutsu. In crowd situations, people flow around the user like they would an intimate object such as a tree or a large rock. Outside of this bubble, the user registers on other people’s senses and can be tracked. Additionally, the user can still be targeted by long range attacks, general area attacks, and traps.
Name: Yami no Naka de Sasayaki (Whispers in the Dark) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Close to Mid Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 3-4 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: This is a two part genjutsu that basically acts like one way telepathy. The first part is an auditory illusion that latches on to a targeted individual while the second part is a general visual illusion. The visual illusion gives the impression that the user is not speaking at all while the auditory illusion allows the user to speak to the targeted individual in a manner that the user wishes. There are two main uses for this genjutsu. The first is for covert information passing while the second is for interrogation/intimidation/(semi-evil) lulz. At higher levels, it might be possible to expand the targeting to multiple targets.
Name: Magen: Mizu-ji ni Kali (Demonic Illusion: Kali Upon the Water) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Close Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 4 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: Kali Upon the Water is a fearsome genjutsu to behold. The user appears to gain an extra set of arms, each of which holds a weapon of the user’s choosing. These extra arms, when combined with taijutsu, act to distract an opponent as to where the real/physical weapon is although with enough practice and chakra the illusionary arms.

Don't include Academy jutsu in this jutsu registration listing, those will go onto your "jutsu List" along with these jutsu after these 10 jutsu are approved.
This is actually an item, a cloak that provides invisibility through the usage of the user's chakra. To use this, you would first have to create & buy the item in the shop: and in which case, an item like this would at least be C Rank.
Shiton (Frost Release)
If this is a D Rank passve KKG ability, then please specify the duration on how long this jutsu can last. would suggest a duration of 7 posts if the jutsu doesn't cause anything below 3rd degree frost burns at constant contact. make he cooldown for such an ability as 4 posts if t keeps a 7 post duration.

Right now, we don't have(but working on) a summoning system, please no that to have a summoning, you must first buy the summons and create a training/bonding thread for the summons- so this jutsu will not be available for a starting jutsu.

Needs a duration as well like the one mentioned above- also specify that the genjutsu is worked on the foe which can be dispelled by Genjutsu kai(You would become visible again to them(Menwhile your still visible to anyone else not affected by the Genjutsu)

This is a D Rank jutsu, so it must have a minimum of 2 posts cooldown
Ghosts that Walk Among Us
I like this genjutsu, but it needs a proper duration for C Rank(say 3 or 4 posts) As well as elaborated on. Obviously those who have trained themselves to understand a Genjutsu would know when they are deceived.
