The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Honestly, without a bingo book, how are people like Oura going to gain money and power? How are strong shinobi going to create a name for themselves? How is money gonna circulate better?
I say, people like...those who leave villages get placed on books. NPCs who are notorious criminals are on. Ranked on Threat level. D-S. I would love this idea so that it could fit plots. People can fight over a bounty, villages can have bounty over other village shinobi, what have it. I say it would liven up the site a bit.
Like, NPCs give a little bit more than missions.
S-85,000 ryo, 3,500 words. 255 exp.
A-50,000 ryo, 2,500 words. 155 exp.
B-35,000 ryo, 1,500 words. 105 exp.
C-20,000 ryo 1,000 words. 55 exp.
D-10,000 ryo 600 words. 30 exp.
I literally added 5k to the reward and 5 exp since it is taking a life and is a death-topic.
Rewards for Player Character Bingo Bounty is pending on the Kage's reasoning, and staff input.
In my opinion, a bingo book would be something only capable shinobi who are recognized would obtain, such as Jounin-leveled shinobi like the Ouraboros. Regardless of a shinobi's skill, Bingo books are considered highly valued and difficult.
There wouldn't be any "Bingo Missions" below A Rank, considering the potentials of going after either missing-nin or members of any one village. The ramifications of doing either such action are highly classified and important missions, so anything below an A Rank difficulty would be ludicrous.
I like the idea. Bingo books are not even just for mission ninja. They are for famous ninja in general who are recognized for their skills. Kakashi was in the bingo books as the Copy Ninja, due to this skills and reputation. I think we should have one also. Would be kinda neat. Plus we could use them for missing ninja towards ranks and such.
Yeah? I kinda like the idea of them only being A-rank as well. It gives deeper story and better beauty to the world of shinobi. The killing for money! XD. I am up for changes on the idea however.
