The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Subject: Senju Yuumaru's Missions Tue Jun 03, 2014 5:15 am
Finally, my first-ever mission! Everyone will remember this day...the day that Yuumaru...! Now that Yuumaru thought about it, since he was just a genin, a genin fresh from the Academy, no less, his first-ever mission is probably just going to be trivial work. He shook his head.
No! You mustn't think negatively! Think about it, Yuumaru! Your first-ever mission! You've trained hard to get this far! So what if it's not the hardcore, life-risking mission you've wanted since graduation?..*sobs* His inner voice didn't help. When Yuumaru finally got to the door of the Kage's office, he pushed away all bad thoughts and just told himself: Welp, I gotta start somewhere, right?
Yuumaru wanted to impress the Kage, so he thought of something unique to do so that he would never forget Senju Yuumaru, the best ninja of the Hidden Jungle! Instead of knocking, he kicked the door open. He then jumped in front of the Kage and exclaimed:
"Greetings, Sakurakage! I am Senju Yuumaru, the blue beast of the Hidden Jungle. You've probably heard of me; I am the best genin that ever graduated from Kusamura Academy, after all!"
Unbeknownst to Yuumaru, the ruckus he had made had knocked over a pile of D-Rank mission papers that were stationed near the door, because there was no more room in the Kage's paper-filled office. One of those mission papers landed on Yuumaru face (it was floating amid the ruckus).
"Oh look, a mission! I haven't even read it, and I don't care! There's a reason for everything, and destiny has given me this job to do! So, can I do this mission, Sakurakage? Please?!"
Mission::
Name: Romeo and Juliet: Opening Difficulty: D Location: Kusamuragakure no Sato. Reward: 5,000 Ryo Experience: 25 Experience Objective: A concerned father has qualms about a young man seeing his daughter and speaking to her through her window, he's asked us to deal with it. Description: Go and talk to the man codename: "Romeo" and convince him not to talk at the young girl's window. Explain the situation to him in ways that he can understand and do so non-violently with 600 words or more. After you finish, talk to the father and the girl, getting their side of the story and report back to the Sakurakage.

Kouketsu sat at his desk mulling over a paper he had recently been reading. It was nothing very interesting, rather, just a very old newspaper he had found lying around in his now paper ridden office. He had so much paper everywhere he had to organize them into groups and categories. He had to place them around the room and expected none to be tampered with. However, someone made the grave mistake in knocking the papers over by kicking the door in. Now he had to fix his neatly stacked papers and fix the door that the young boy so crudely kicked in. Kouketsu was slightly annoyed by the boy's seemingly obnoxious attitude. It reminded him of the Jinchuriki he had previously fought some time ago before he became the Sakurakage.
"Just break my door why don't you."
Kouketsu looked the boy up and down and only frowned. It wasn't necessarily directed at the boy in any way. The thought of him cleaning up the papers had been what created the frown. Whether the boy took it either way didn't matter to Kouketsu, he was indirectly testing the boy. He was merely trying to see how the boy thought and would immediately criticize him after the response. If he reacted negatively and denounced the Kagw for frowning at him, Kouketsu would sharply interrupt and explain to him that it wasn't him he was frowning at. If the boy keenly deciphered the test, Kouketsu would then smile and give him a slight nod in praise. Not all criticism had to be negative. If he didn't react to the frown Kouketsu would merely get up and pluck the paper from the boy's hands, which is what he would do after his criticism as well. Kouketsu read through the paper and slightly chuckled.
"I don't find much fun in this mission and why you are so readily willing to take it, but why not. You have my approval, now leave me to clean up after you."
Kouketsu turned to sit back into his seat and went back to reading the newspaper.

Yuumaru turned over the mission paper. What?! What the heck is this "mission"?! This is no job for a ninja! Yuumaru shook his head to ward off negative thoguhts. "I am Yuumaru, the greatest ninja of Kusamura! I shall save this damsel in distress from the villain codenamed 'Romeo!!" Yuumaru said aloud. (OOC: Yuumaru only looked at the mission at a glance and failed to clearly read its contents!!) His gaze turned towards the kage. He had a scrutinizing frown on his face.
"Hm?" Yuumaru just realized the mess he had made. All around him, stacks of papers lined the floor. Judging from the other stacks of paper so cleanly filed in the rest of the room, the kage was a very organized man. Yuumaru scratched the back of his head in guilt and embarassment. "Hehehe....umm...sorry about the mess I made, Sakurakage! I guess I'll just pay--I mean get ramen with you some other time to make up for this!!"
The Kage smiled and nodded in his direction. Huh? Why is he smiling and nodding at me? Yuumaru was clueless that he had passed the kage's test.
"I don't find much fun in this mission and why you are so readily willing to take it, but why not. You have my approval, now leave me to clean up after you." The Kage told him. He then went back to reading his newspaper.
"YOSHAAA!!!! No worries, Kouketsu-ojisan! I will get this mission done in no time!!!!" With that, Yuumaru burst out of the Kage's office, this time going through the windows...which were closed.
(OOC: Since Yuumaru is in the Kusamura Hospital recovering from his injuries, Lady Senju Chieko, his guardian and an NPC, has let the Kage know that the mission was completed.)
Chieko: "Kouketsu-kun, the little genin of our clan has completed his mission. It didn't turn out the way everyone thought it would, but shouganai...Anyways, I will collect the RYO and EXP for him."
With that, Chieko stepped out of the office and went back to Yuumaru, who was still recovering from his wounds. I wonder what I should get for him? Hm, he likes bento...fish riceballs it is.
(OOC: I will now post in the Upgrades Section for my RYO and EXP :D )

EDIT: Hisame-chan PM'd me of what I did wrong.
(OOC: Since Senju Yuumaru is in Tsukigakure right now, he has sent a messenger pigeon that he stole from the Mail Center of the Hidden Moon. Since Kouketsu you are busy with exams, I will post the missions in bulk. It reads:)
Kouketsu-sama,
I am in the Hidden Moon right now, on an errand for our clan elder. Sorry for leaving without your permission, but I am in dire need of some ryo. Unfortunately, I cannot do Hidden Moon missions without approval from the kage of my own village. Anyways, since I know you are very busy, here are the missions I want to do. Once I complete all of them, I will post them in bulk. Luckily, the Hidden Moon is brimming with mission requests.

It is your job to destroy this creature and save the people delivering the payment. The monster can only use two different jutsu and will resort to physical attacks when angered enough. It can only take so much of one element so attacking it with the same element will, at first, not effect it but its movements will begin to slow and leave more openings. The monster takes the form of a blob of what ever element(s) the user is proficient in [minus kekkei genkai]. The monster will attack with various jutsu of their element. It is your job to destroy this creature and save the people delivering the payment.

(OOC: Hisame-chan has given me permission OOC to do missions outside my village, as long as it is posted here in my village and approved in my village. Now, I will just wait for either her, my kage, or staff member to approve this ^.^ )
Since the hero Yuumaru was still in Tsukigakure, the Jungle Officials had to send him a letter to accept a mission that was near his location. They did this because Yuumaru is the greatest Jungle Genin, of course, and also because he was the nearest to the mission location. Yuumaru replied that he would gladly take the mission.
OOC NOTE: Don't worry Hisame-chan, I followed your orders; this is a Kusamura mission but I just edited the location to be the Hidden Moon, so it IS a mission from my own village :)
Mission:
Name: The Hillside Cave Difficulty: C Location: Just outside Kusamuragakure Tsukigakure Reward: 15,000 Ryo Experience: 50 Objective: Find the source of the strange noises and deal with them. A messenger marmoset was sent by Yuumaru to the Kage, asking him if he could take this mission, which was near Tsukigakure, where he was staying.
Mission:
Name: Delivery
Difficulty: C
Location: Cottage in the Jungle of Kusamuragakure Hidden Moon Plains.
Reward: 15,000
Experience: 50
Objective: Deliver the message safely and swiftly.
Description: There has been an important notice sent to all residents of Kusamuragakure. However, there is a certain cottage in the Jungle that cannot be trusted to be delivered to by ordinary mailmen. The reason for this is the path to get to this cottage has been reported to have an unusual amount of wolves and carnivorous animals and we cannot risk lives for a simple message.
