The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

On schedule with his usual habits Thaddeus reported for duty early in the morning, carrying a mission scroll as he made his way to the Umikage's office. After knocking a few times Thaddeus passed through the door and slid it shut behind him. "Good morning Umikage, I would like your approval for a mission." He said politely, bowing slightly just before approaching the Umikage's desk and handing him his mission scroll. A farm had been experiencing some troubles with a boar, and Thaddeus wanted to earn some extra Ryo to replace his broken rapier, not to mention the bonus of free pork. "I'll make sure to bring back a few cuts of meat if you would like some."

Name: Hope this isn't too Boaring Difficulty: C Location: Shippuugakure Reward: 15,000 Ryo Experience: 50 Experience Objective: Kill or scare away the boar that's wrecking the fields. Description: A local farm on the island is issuing a bounty for anyone who is able to get rid of a boar that is causing trouble, eating up the crops and scaring the livestock. The boar is bigger then the average boar, being similar to a small adult bear in size and will charge you on sight and it is quite durable, so strategy is encouraged. Hope its not to unboarable.

Just like many times before Thaddeus found himself in the Umikage's office building, seeking approval for a yet another mission. Some reports have came in about a small gang of hoodlums causing trouble in one of the poorer districts of the city. Demanding protection money, stealing from vendors, kicking dogs, harassing old people, holding treasured lawn decorations for ransom, some real twisted stuff. It was about time these ruffians tasted a bit of their own medicine. Nothing like a bit of shock therapy to set thugs straight. After a light knock Thaddeus entered the Kage's offices, sliding the door shut behind him before bowing and approaching the Umikage's desk. "Good morning Umikage, I'm here to request a mission." He said politely, handing his mission scroll to the man behind the desk.
Mission Scroll:
Name: Thug Life? Difficulty: C Location: Shippuugakure Reward: 15,000 Experience: 50 Objective: Complete The Mission! Description: Some locals are complaining of a local gang that is causing trouble along the hood. That's where you come in. You were hired to stop them. You can try and talk them out of this life, but chances are, unless you have a sharp tongue, you will have to get a bit rough with them. Try not to kill them if possible. They are still members of the village, after all. There will be about 5. They are normal humans for the most part, except one, who doesn't know any jutsu, but he does have around B Rank Strength and C Rank Speed and C Rank Endurance. Also, at least two will be armed with a knife or sword.
