The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

You can have a B-rank element for free or get two elements at D-rank for free. You don't have to pay for the Fuuton element unless you really want to.

While I was offline and the app was accepted, I was pondering my character and how he is. It'd make much more sense that he would lean towards a nin/gen build rather than having taijutsu as one of his specializations as he is studious through his upbringing and really isn't a tough, rough fighting type of character. It makes more sense and I hope since I haven't entered any IC with this character I can change it. That being said, my stats I chose reflect my desire for gen to be one of his specializations and I think I'm done messing with them.

Having a 3rd specialization requires you to spend 2,500 EXP. This makes your EXP exceed your starting EXP limit. Please remove one of your specializations (most likely Taijutsu) and we will continue after that.
PS: I don't care that you changed your stuff around. The reason I don't care is because your statistics haven't been approved yet. :)

Replacing my tai spec with gen spec, so I removed taijutsu all together from my stat upgrade list. Hope that is good for you...IF so, I'll go ahead and post my jutsu in the proper area to get that started.
