The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Hebi:
Name: Hebi (Snake) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Supplementary Element: -- Range: Mid-Range Specialty: Kusarigamajustu Duration: Variable Cooldown: 3 posts Description: A simple technique in which the user will place his kusarigama on the ground in a fashion that hides it from view to people who aren't looking specifically for it. This is done silently, and quickly, and essentially hides the weapon from any view, especially in tall grass or sand.
Kusarihebi:
Name: Kusarihebi (Viper) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Offensive Element: -- Range: Mid-Ranged Specialty: Kusarigamajutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: The follow-up technique to Hebi, which is simply intended to quickly pick up and attack with the grounded Kusarigama. This is done by grabbing the chain with the toes, and bringing up the side the want to hold, grabbing it and pulling the attack into a swing. Pretty much a useless technique, since it takes a quite a drastic movement to actually get the chain to hand-level with one's feet.
Nishikihebi:
Name: Nishikihebi (Python) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: -- Range: Mid-Range Specialty: Kusarigamajutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: A more useful thing to do, branched off of Hebi. Instead of bringing the whole chain up to his hand-level, he will instead whip his ankle and attack from a lower angle to surprise his foe with an attack, always managing to aim for a slash at the opponent's main body.
Tori:
Name: Tori (Bird) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: -- Range: Mid-Range Specialty: Kusarigamajutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: A very simple distraction/set-up technique using an Okinawan Kusarigama. Tossing one sickle straight up into the air, he will leave a perfectly vertical length of chain, which abuses contour lines to drag the foes' attentions to the top sickle. Generally only works for a split second but that's all he needs to move on to a branch attack, though if he doesn't do anything for too long, the sickle will just drop.
Taka:
Name: Taka (Hawk) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: -- Range: Mid-Range Specialty: Kusarigamajutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: A follow-up technique for Tori, which is a simple re-angling of the lower sickle in the setup, causing the top sickle, or Taka, to swoop down on the foe, impaling them with the full weight of the blade in whatever is exposed on top, generally the shoulder or in some really bad cases, the head.
Kemuri no Jutsu:
Name: Kemuri no Jutsu (Smoke Technique) Canon/Custom: Custom (Strangely) Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: -- Range: Vision Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: A genjutsu which allows the user to generate a smokescreen around himself which is only visible to his targets. It requires that they look at him for the duration of his making handseals, and that is all. Once he finishes, the area bursts full of thick smoke, and the foes have their vision obscured until the smoke clears or they figure out it's a genjutsu and release it. The trick to this one is that it is more viably a ninjutsu than a genjutsu, and even more likely just a smokebomb. Since the user doesn't see the smoke, he can attack freely without worry.
Kagami no Jutsu:
Name: Kagami no Jutsu (Mirror Technique) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: -- Range: Vision Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: A genjutsu which requires the foe sees the user make the handseals, as well as at least one surface being nearby that can show a reflection. After the genjutsu goes off, bits of the user's visage begin to emerge from the surfaces and attack the foe, purposely aiming just a bit off, causing foes to flinch and dodge unnecessarily, until they figure out they are in a genjutsu and release it, or otherwise outlast the genjutsu.
Magen - Kirikata:
Name: Magen: Kirikata (Demon Illusion: Way of Cutting) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: -- Range: Visual Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This genjutsu can affect multiple targets at one time, and only requires they see him make the handseals. Once he finishes, he claps his hands together, and it would appear nothing happened. However, for the next three posts, or until the genjutsu is broken, the opponent will experience every attack that they avoid, feeling as though they've been cut, stabbed, blown up, or whatever the attack was in full. After the effects of the attack are over, they will flash back to reality, which is when they dodged. This causes a rather traumatizing effect over a few instances, and often leaves the foe stunned for a second or two as they realize they have been tricked. This genjutsu is dispelled by real pain, though the pain from attacks they were only hit by in the illusion don't work.
Fukuro:
Name: Fukuro (Owl) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: -- Range: Mid Specialty: Kusarigamajutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: A follow-up to Tori, which is essentially the opposite of Taka. Fukuro, the bottom sickle, is released from his grasp and is promptly kicked at the opponent, causing Taka to fall backwards, into the user's hands, and become the handle, so the Fukuro can sweep upwards, at the opponent or stab them, depending on range. Only usable with an Okinawan Kusarigama, due to a sickle being required on either end.
Saru:
Name: Saru (Monkey) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Stance Element: -- Range: Mid-Range Specialty: Kusarigamajutsu Duration: Stance Cooldown: 3 posts Description: A particularly odd style of Kusarigamajutsu which Raijin developed himself from watching a monkey, who got his practice weapon, play around with it. Removing his shoes, he will proceed to fight with all 4 limbs at once, becoming something of an airborne combatant. This allows him to throw kicks and slashes at the same time. However that's not all, while he's got his shoes off, he can proficiently wield the Kusarigama with his feet (mostly with his toes), which completely allows him to use full acrobatic stylishness on the foe, flipping through the air and playing around with the opponent.

Only issue I see here is the Raiton: Denryuu. The reason there is an issue is due to the fact that I believe it is already in our jutsu database. Please check the jutsu database. If it is not in there, then we will move on from there.
