Description: Flak Jackets are a form of padded protective clothing designed to provide at least partial protection from things such as blunt-force trauma, shrapnel and other projectiles. This can be seen when it protected Iruka Umino from kunai and fūma shuriken while he was searching for Naruto and the Scroll of Seals and was ambushed by Mizuki.

Yuri's Flak Jacket is black, despite the color in the picture. Yuri's falk jacket has three scroll pouches on each side of their chest for scrolls, medicine, and other ninja tools. For protection her jacket includes a neck guard and extra padding over the shoulders (which is fastened on by steel buttons). The jacket also has a zipper down the middle. History: When Yuri becomes a Chunnin, (unless she has the ryo for it before hand.), she will buy a Falk Vest (My Wallet is crying.). Not much his to explain here.

This vest won't completely protect you from weapons like a kunai stabbing you or being thrown at you.
