The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

The chakra protects the user’s flesh and ligaments from becoming damaged by the excess heat, but this protection only lasts for a short while. For the opponent, it appears as though the user’s hands haven’t changed. An immediate benefit is that the heat adds protection from object which are to hot too touch or too cold. Can not currently be used to burn anyone. This justu allows him to stay 15 degrees hotter internally than normally possible.

This illusion best works in surprise attacks. The target will first see something swirling around them common to the area, leaves, loose snow, sand. On their next post, they will begin to see and hear something that they would never want to see, the death of a loved one, old people making love, it ranges. It shows them their worst fears. Can be broken by kai, pain, etc. Pain in the genjutsu does not break it (given their worst fear is something like fire).

The illusion traps the victim in a dark empty space where their body is made of paper that burns from toe to head while the user is watching. The technique will make it harder for the target to move properly, but the opponent can use Kai to escape if done within two posts. Requires handseals. Name: Magen: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: None Type: Genjutsu Range: / Description: The user decrypts a genjutsu that has been applied onto them and casts back a technique with identical effects onto the opponent. It's a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique, which sends it right back to its caster, deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else. Does not require handseals, but does require third-tomoe Sharingan. The post length of the genjutsu and methods of escape for the genjutsu are the same. Requires equal amount of chakra used by the opponent's Genjutsu +20% to reverse.

Please reconsider your E Rank jutsu, these are Academy Jutsu and you get them for free, except Ikimuno Benkuo. These two E Rank jutsu are for your own personal use. E Rank jutsu have no direct battle purpose, they are mostly supplementary jutsu revolving around your specified element.
I count 5 C Rank Jutsu- for starting, you are allowed Special Jounin: 2 E-ranks, 3 D-ranks, 3 C-ranks, 2 B-ranks

Jutsu like this are severely limited and nerferd, considering it is an E Rank jutsu. E Rank jutsu are considered Academy level jutsu where shinobi begin to dabble with their chakra. A jutsu like this should specify what and how much of a kind of damage it would protect from.
At E Rank, this jutsu would do little more than provide a small buffer layer for your character that could deflect rain drops and sand particles away from your body.

This is your jutsu registration, you are only creating you 10 free starting jutsu. Please remove the Academy Jutsu from this list. Also- you have a lot of jutsu here, especially higher ones. As a Special Jounin, for starting- you are only allowed to have 2 E-ranks, 3 D-ranks, 3 C-ranks, 2 B-ranks
Any other jutsu obtained after these first 10 jutsu, must be bought with ryo and trained given the proper word requirements.

Honestly I don't know what's going on here. Are you unaware that that you extra jutsu in spoilers under your other jutsu, placed as coding? Specifically- Genjutsu Release (幻術解, Genjutsu Kai) in a spoiler beneath True Wind Affinity.
Please tidy this registration up a bit. Some of your jutsu are in spoilers while the others are in coding and spoilers inside spoilers.

True Wind Affinity - This needs a cooldown. No buts. Make it one, two, doesn't matter, but it needs one. I would recommend 1 with the cooldown starting after the duration is over. So that there is one post between usage. This is just to prevent it from always being on at all times when using it.
Fire Release: Crumbling Palm - This is fine, however, please state that it can't be used to burn someone on contact, as a precaution. Internal heat is fine, but there is only so much it can do. Also, there has to be a limit of what amount of heat you can withstand. This is required because there is only so much heat the body can withstand, before damage is done, both internal and external. There will end u being things too hot for even heat to mask, and also, by holding a hot object, your body conducts and withdraws that heat, increasing your own. That's why our bodies can over heat or even boil from the inside out, or die from fever, ect. Keep in mind, it is an E-rank technique, so don't go overboard with it.
Also, there are extra spoiler boxes. If they are not being used, please remove them. Just be careful as to not delete and jutsu information, otherwise you'll have to fix whatever ends up missing.
Post a bump when things are fixed, and please fix them within the original post of the technique.

Rain, we do not "grade" your training. I already explained to you that we use an EXP system and an upgrade shop for threads. Word count is how you most commonly get casual EXP, but missions provide EXP as well. Your training thread for END only amounts to 200EXP when you need 1,250EXP to rank it up from C-B Rank. I posted in your upgrades the other day, explained a bit of this and gave you the template used for casual threads, missions & training threads. Please use it. Click here
