There were two choices for Yuumaru: travel by land, or by sea? If Yuumaru chooses to travel by land, he would have to go through Nox Forest, which, according to Chieko baa-chan, was not such a great idea. In the end, after all, he was left with one choice, the route by sea.
There are a great many tales about Tsukigakure's famous port, Port Caerula. There is even a civilian band that is quite famous in Kusamuragakure, which has the name Blue Port, with Port Caerula as its namesake. Merchants lining the sidewalks, magnificent ships and their wares from all across the world--such were the sights awaiting one about to traverse to Port Caerula. Yuumaru couldn't wait.
And so, he approached the meager port of Kusamuragakure. He thought about buying more food for his journey, but Chieko already brought him some five days' worth of food, most notably the fish riceballs that Yuumaru always goes crazy about. With that, he motioned to the porthands that he wanted to travel to Port Caerula. They said the only ship going there today was The Drunk Merman.
"Well then, welcome aboard, matey! The Drunk Merman is the fastest ship in these here waters! Well, not really, but--even so! She is one of the strongest-built....well not really, but--" This rambling continued on for about an hour or more so.
Aboard the ship, Yuumaru focused on meditating and contemplating his task at hand: obtaining a vial of Onmyoton blood. How the heck am I supposed to do that? He thought to himself. No matter. This experience will be good for me. Who knows what kinds of adventures are awaiting me in this place I am going to....The best village in the world...Tsukigakure..."
Before he knew it, five days had passed, and the deckhands now awoke Yuumaru, for they had arrived in the greatest port in the greatest village, Port Caerula in Tsukigakure!
