Name: Bunshin No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance and thus this clone can do absolutely no damage at all in any way. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. The number of clones able to be produced is determined by the user's rank as follows. D Rank; 2 Clones. C Rank; 3 Clones. B Rank; 4 Clones. A Rank; 5 Clones. S/SS Rank; 6 Clones. 4 round cool down.
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Description: One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic.
Name: Henge no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Description: Hand Seals; Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, while transformed only the user's shape and appearance changes. Meaning that if say the host turns themselves into a sword they won't be able to cut anything unless their body could do so naturally. This technique lasts for 4 posts with a cool down of 2.

Name: Genjutsu Kai Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Self/Physical Contact Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Cooldown: 2 Description: The ability to break free from a genjutsu. The user must stop the flow of chakra in their body, and then apply an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra. This can also be done by an unaffected ninja by applying a sudden surge of chakra into the affected person.
Name: Inner Monologue and Vocal Transference Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: 100ft Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: As long as maintained by both parties. Cooldown: 1 Description: Synchronized hand seal with eye contact or physical contact. This jutsu works in two parts, transference and reception. This technique works by isolating the part of the brain active during speech then transferring and translating the pattern to the part of the brain that perceives sound of the other effected targets, allowing for communication that falls under the category of telepathy for up to 100ft whether or not the participants speak out loud. The number of people that can be "connected" depends on the skill of the caster, although the cost doesn't increase with more participants due to each participant having to maintain the chakra needed for their own transmitter/receiver combo. (Including caster) D-Rank Gen allows for 2 participants; C-Rank allows for 3 participants; B-Rank allows for 4; A-Rank allows for 5; and S-Rank allows for 6.
Name: "Salt the wound." Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Supplementary/Torture Element: Suiton Range: Physical Contact Specialty: Ijutsu Duration: 1 Cooldown: 1 Description: This technique requires a source of salt water, whether that be the ocean or a bucket of water with salt dumped into it doesn't matter. By infusing the water with a small current of chakra the user causes a chemical reaction between the salt and the raw flesh of an open wound, resulting in a very painful process of chemical cauterization that both disinfects the wound and prevents it from bleeding. However it does not heal the wound, only seal it the same way burning it shut with a source of fire would. This techniques effectiveness is limited by the severity of the wound as well. It works best on smaller wounds (cuts, scrapes, bites, etc.) where the cauterization would stop the bleeding completely, but it would only be able to partially slow the bleeding of a larger wound or amputation. This would mainly be used in desperate situations where the user doesn't have much chakra or time to properly heal the wound, or torture someone they're holding captive, and continued stress to the wound is likely to cause it to reopen.

Name: Mist Servant Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Illusionary Element: N/A Range: 1000 feet max (Sound travels) Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 5 Cooldown: 2 Description: Requiring hand seals, this genjutsu starts after the opponent hears the clap after the hand seals. The user can creates clones of themselves much like bunshin no jutsu. However, when hit by an attack, rather than puffing away, they act as if they were made of a blackish oil-like liquid, repairing themselves even if fully destroyed. They are able to imitate attacks, though they are only illusions and can’t actually affect their surroundings, and are often used to hide projectiles of the user amongst their own. The user can create far more clones with this then using bunshin no jutsu, able to create over a dozen clones at once even as an Academy Student, and the average Chuunin can create hundreds at once, filling up an entire battlefield with them.
Name: Emotional Manipulation Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Illusionary Element: N/A Range: Close-Long Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 1 Cooldown: 2 Description: Hand seals or eye contact. This technique affects the emotions of its target, allowing the caster to slightly alter chakra in the target's temporal lobe, or more specifically it's ability to regulate emotion. It can be used to instil anger into someone as a distraction; drill fear into an enemy; grant happiness to a comrade; calm an aggravated or distressed individual; plant regret in an attempt to gain a confession; a nigh endless number of possibilities with the many different situations a shinobi could find themselves in. This technique can even affect animals, allowing one to calm a protective parent or even deter a predator. However, this technique cannot directly control an individual's actions or thoughts. It only causes subtle changes in how the target reacts to an emotion, making them more or less accepting to the emotion(s) designated by the user, they still require emotional triggers from the real world in order for the technique to work properly. This jutsu also has difficulty altering the emotional status of a target that doesn't usually feel the intended emotion, like instilling fear into an extraordinarily brave individual, or sadness/anger into an extremely upbeat individual.
Name: Chakra Scalpel Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary/Offensive Element: N/A Range: Close Specialty: Ijutsu Duration: 10 Cooldown: 2? Description: A more advanced medical jutsu that is used as a blade during surgery, so the skin does not have to be cut, and surgery can be performed simply without having to wait for external wounds to heal after the procedure is over. Used for surgical procedures, however this can be used in battle also. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. The technique uses 10 chakra points per post for a maximum of 10 posts (maximum normally used for medical procedures).
Name: Mystical Palm Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Close Specialty: Ijutsu Duration: 8 Cooldown: 2 Description: This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by sending chakra from their hands into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it highly useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Depending on the medical knowledge of the user, they can heal different levels of injuries. Depending on the level the users uses of this jutsu, the costs per post vary. D-Rank costs 10 on activation and 5(10) per post that it's maintained. Can be used to heal minor injuries and flesh wounds.
C - Rank - Spoiler:
Name: Equilibrioception Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Illusionary/Debilitation Element: N/A Range: Close-Long Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 2 Cooldown: 4 Description: Hand seals; activated with a snap, clap, or eye contact. This technique intercepts and alters the transmission between the vestibular system and the brain to the casters liking. The vestibular system is the section of the inner ear that controls a person's sense of balance, speed, and rotation of the head. By altering this signal the user can control those senses; changing the way they feel gravity pulling on their body; making it feel as if they were spinning in place; making it feel as if they were moving while standing still, or standing still while moving; and any combination of the aforementioned. The benefits of this technique are obvious, nausea/dizziness/general degradation of locomotor skills/etc, but those with enough mental fortitude can combat the effects. The use of the water walking or cliff/tree climbing techniques may also mentally assure a victim that they aren't falling or spinning, but it won't get rid of the feeling.
Name: "The power of suggestion." Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Illusionary Element: N/A Range: Close-Long Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 2 Cooldown: 4 Description: Hand seals or physical contact; activated mentally. As the name implies this technique makes the target more vulnerable to suggestion by effecting the chakra in the prefrontal cortex, reducing their ability to differentiate between fact and fiction. While under this effect one would have difficulty determining whether something they see or hear is really the "truth". For example, if one was to take a drink of something and then see someone looking at them in a strange way while holding an empty vial one might think that they could have been poisoned. This jutsu would make it so that thought of being poisoned would be difficult to disprove and the target may begin to think they were actually poisoned, depending on what they think the poison would do they may actually start to feel some symptoms of what they believe could happen to them because it's much harder to mentally disprove these symptoms. This also works by lying, or exaggerating the truth, to the target. They have difficulty dismissing what they know to be a lie and begin to doubt what they think is true, which can lead to any number of situations from paranoia and fear to forgetfulness and leniency depending on the target and the situation at hand. This is by no means a form of mind control used to implant commands in unwitting subjects. If the truth is obvious or the target is highly deductive then the likelihood of getting a reaction out of them drops, but the opposite is also true for the obscure and the gullible.
Name: Sensory Overload Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Illusionary/Debilitation Element: N/A Range: Close-Long Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 2 Cooldown: 4 Description: Hand seals, activated mentally. This technique targets the five senses, although only one at a time, and allows the user to overwhelm that sense for a short period of time. The effect varies depending on which sense is targeted and the person being targeted. For example, if hearing were to be targeted the victim would hear the most painful thing they had ever previously heard amplified to the point of not being able to hear anything else, potentially disorienting them. For some this might be nails on a chalkboard, for others it may be the whistling of a teapot or even an explosion, it all depends on the personal experiences of the victim. If sight were targeted one may experience an extremely bright light blocking their sight that may be a specific color if the target finds any irritating, or they may experience total blindness if losing their sight is a fear of theirs. Targeting smell would cause the victim to smell the most powerful thing they had ever smelled amplified to the point of nausea and/or searing pain depending on the type of smell. The same goes for taste, where anyone without a strong constitution is likely to vomit on the spot in response to the taste. Pain follows the same pattern, taking the most painful thing they've experienced and amplifying it to crippling levels, however it can also be used to impose a specific pain Thaddeus has experienced and amplify that.
Name: Over Pressure Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary/Offensive Element: Suiton Range: Close Specialty: Kenjutsu Duration: 3 Cooldown: 4 Description: The user channels suiton chakra into their weapon, causing a buildup of pressure so to speak. When their weapon strikes a target this pressure is released in the form of pressurized water magnifying the damage of the attack, but if there is no penetration then the water itself doesn't have enough force to deal damage alone, only cause a stinging sensation and perhaps a welt. With slashing attacks the penetration is increased to the point of cutting through small to medium sized trees, through a limb, or chipping a large chunk out of a medium sized boulder as the pressurized water forces its way into the target via the edge of the weapon. However with piercing attacks the penetration is increased to the point of piercing up to three feet of stone due to the pressure being focused into one point rather than along the entire edge, although only weapons actually designed for thrusting/piercing attacks (Rapiers, kunai, daggers, etc.) can get the full effect. If an attack is blocked or parried the pressurized water would spray in the direction of the lead edge, potentially distracting the target. This can be utilized with any object or weapon that has an edge as long as it's being wielded at the moment of impact (no throwing). Items under its effect appear to occasionally drip water from their edge.
