Shigeru walked into the office located inside the palace. It was cold as usual. Expecting anything else would have been insane. Any who, he wasn't here to enjoy the weather. Instead he was here to earn some not so quick cash of a friendly neighborhood mission. "Sir.", he said as he passed the mission scroll to the Fubukikage (Or his assistant.), he expected a quick approval and then he'd be on his way. Time was money, after all.

Be careful out there, plenty of people out there would love to get their hands on whatever goodies lay within the cart so be on the look out, good luck.

Isais by this time in the day was already in his office, wrist deep in paper work. His assistant had just stepped out for the day, something about her cat having diarrhea. When Isais had first heard this, he thought that this was code for something very perverted, in which Isais would want no part of. After she began packing her stuff to leave, he started to realize that whatever pass he had suspected wasnt so. All the better for , Isais who until she left couldnt focus on any of his work because of how badly he was being tormented by the idea of this possibly being a very unsettling pass, or even worst. If she was telling the truth, Isais could not have peace of mind knowing that there's a cat somewhere in this village plattering diarrhea all around someone house. Either way Isais was focused now , as he was reading down a proposal from the four councils about preparing the shinobi for times of war. Isais could sense the urgency in the documents but couldnt even begin to understand why. But as Kage, its not his job to investigate the Emperor's counsilmen. His job is to handle military issues, and if he isnt arming the shinobi properly then he would have to knuckle down. Isais would then look up as he heard the word, "sir". He couldnt help but feel a bit offended at this shinobi's lack of respect. At the very least he could knock on the door, and maybe even acknowledge that he is before his Fubukikage. Isais never was big on people kissing his butt, but there is a level of respect that had not been met. If such an offense had taken place infront of the Emperor,this shinobi might have been executed right then an there. Maybe this shinobi intentionally showed disrespect, since Isais was not really chosen as kage by popular vote. Isais would stare at the scroll in the shinobi's hand and not take it. Instead he would pull up the shinobi's file and begin to read about him, meanwhile leaving the scroll in the shinobi's hand. " Shigeru, You're of Jounin rank. Why should I have to remind you, the importance of having reverence in the presence of your Fubukikage." Isais would then take the scroll and approve of the mission. Before handing it back he would say, " I have assigned you two Genin to disciple. I use the word disciple because you will be held accountable for their growth. Dont you pass on that disrespect with your students. " Isais would hand him the scroll and nod signifying that he can go off

Last time he visited he wasn't exactly treated to a nice comfortable stay. Sure, maybe it was his own fault, but still didn't make it fun for him. He really couldn't have cared much less, though. Still, if the Fubukikage saw it as disrespect, he could do nothing but improve the way he had been acting. The man was in charge of him. He wasn't someone that Shigeru wanted to pick a fight with anytime soon. It was bad enough that he could turn into a giant sting ray. Those things were deadly. Even crocodile hunters feared their ugly stingers. Shigeru knocked on the door this time, before coming inside. "Hello, sir." he said as he bowed and then quickly handed him the mission scroll. "If you could?" hoping the answer would be yes and he could leave instead of something along the lines of last time.

We need them incapacitated within the next day or two, detained and the animals they have captured freed, Good luck.

During Shigeru's absence alot has happened. Apparently when sweets are left unwrapped and in a drawer, they bring forth the ants. But it gets worst, after the ants started to cover his office, the open window invited in alot of insect eating insects that can fly. So Isais spent most of his day smacking and swatting away insects while trying to get alittle bit of paper work done. At this time , Isais was reading up on a price increase on shuriken and ninja products. What the HWC was proposing was that they use stronger metals to reinforce the shinobi's basic weapons and to equip them with a few patriotic special effects. At this point it would make sense why the price increase on basic weapons is a must but being a Fubukikage isnt about just understanding a bill, rather its about weighing its necessity. Isais wondered whats wrong with the weapons that we use now. Sure, at time it sucks that a stab from a kunai wont take down most enemies but at the same time he considered the domestic and financial issues that may come with a sure kill kunai knife. Isais being a special case has made his own series of weaponry that has helped him on many occasions but domestically, if a genin were to accidentally stab himself that would mean certain death. He is now reminded of the mainly times when he had accidentally stabbed himself with his own weapon because of his lack of proficiency. He should really stop doing that , Isais thought to himself as he now examines the financial issues. Shinobi probably cant afford them on the salary that they are being paid, and how often does a shinobi how to refill on basic gear. The answer is very often, Isais was about to veto when a knock at the door, caused him to jump and reach and cock back his pen. The motion of his hands caused him to slash in a veto or approve section on another open bill on his desk. " Umm. yea come in!" Shigeru would come in very properly and hand him another mission. He began to chuckle, "oh man what a work horse! Sure man hand it here" . He would approve for him to take this mission and hand the scroll back to Shigeru, "btw when you're done with missions you have to get the scroll signed by the person whom you are serving and bring the signed mission to me so i can give a final approval and you can get your money. Well you can go off now, have a nice day , dude." Isais continues working not knowing that he had just raised the taxes on Shinobi Care.

Shigeru sent a snow white birdy, and the birdy all tweet tweet went ahead and brought the scroll to the Kage's office in order for Shigeru's mission to be approved. He also brought the scroll for the last two missions he completed as well. He was busy fighting a polar bear for something shiny in the ice. He didn't quite know what it was yet, but he wanted it and this bear wasn't going to keep him away. The bird was trained quite well. Well enough that it would return as soon as the mission scroll was signed and the other two were removed. As it got to the Kage's office it would tap on the glass twice in order to get the Kage's attention and complete its job accordingly.

People like yourself have been making Hyougagakure a better place, while some think that your actions have been making civilians of this once prideful country lazy and in turn week. Isais spent most of the day doing paper work. Once the clock hit a certain time , Isais thought if was time for a break. So hed pull out his secrets of Aeneas book and began going through it. Its simply have been a while since Isais had gone on an adventure to find acient artifacts. As isais was skimming the book he would look around then move towards the hidden jutsu section of the book when hed hear a knock at the window. The bird at the window would just stare at him suspiciously. As if he had just taken a peak of the forbidden. After a three minute stare down, Isais concluded that he would not kill the bird instead he would pay the bird to keep it to himself. Sending it back to shigeru with one approved scroll and 80 ryo tucked into its feathers.
