Personality: Yome in one word could be described as oddly calm, much akin to the eye of a storm. Neither cruel nor unkind, she extends a helping hand even if she is well aware the person who could take it could use it against her. Painstakingly formal she will put the people whom she communicates with in the highest regard, treating them as she thinks all people should be treated. While she holds others in a high stands, she isn't as kind to herself, often irritated by any errors she may make no matter how small make a strain on her confidence though Yome takes great strides to keep this all internalized.
Her most defining trait is not that of a medic but the near devout stance she takes on spirituality and peace to which she will often say that many clashes could have been avoided if neither side were so eager to cross swords. She also seems to posses a highly unrefined sixth sense, in which meaning otherworldly beings but Yome often considers the feel to be the oncoming of a nasty cold.
A more pressing and decidedly unnerving circumstance that has come up with Yome's various encounters with stressful situations with violence have left a sort of "triggered" state of mind. When under extreme duress, Yome will blackout unknowingly from her conscious and natural self to a personality able to cope with said situation. The other personality who addresses itself as 'We' or other pural pronouns also will in rare occasions acknowledge as Arai, Yome's surname. While Yome is more of a pacifist, Arai is not and will engage without question in a confrontation. While Arai is present, there are very noticeable personality differences aside from more violent outbursts are the tendencies to be considerably more cruel, both sadistic and masochistic impulses. Luckily enough, the other self will not attacked unless provoked, and usually will wander aimlessly looking for those will start a fight.
Likes:Yome is increasingly fond of meditation and by default the silence accompanied with it. But even more than that she has a fondness for things concerning medics, that being herbs and their uses, anatomy of humans and practical and efficient tactics for medic units. Another thing thing that Yome is quite fond of is cooking, though more specifically she completely adores sweets.
Dislikes:Yome will deny that she "dislikes" anything but the most obvious is loud, painful bold and rude people who lack any consideration for themselves or others. Most of her dislikes seem to be more people oriented, their flaws if you would. While she is a medic, she does not like lecherous talking towards others, and is quick to shoot down any offending parties. One of the major dislikes for Yome would be violence, she cannot stand the thought of bringing harm onto another person and will often refuse to do so unless give no other choice.
Motivation: Yome lives to bring about a better world without the need of violence, and for all to be able to co-existence in a peaceful harmony.
Fears: Yome fears insects of every kind, find them to be disgusting and revolted highly by them. The creatures that terrify her the most are arachnids, to which seeing even the smallest one will elicit a shriek from her. Aside from creepy crawlies, Yome never grew out of her fear of complete and utter darkness, when alone she cannot stand the dark and even with someone she has to be within hand grabbing distance to feel safe.

History: Yome's beginnings were fairly simple, and much to her content, perfectly normal. She was born on a particularly chilly January day, the 5th to be exact to a man named Ren Arai and a woman by the name of Ayaki Miki. They lived together, often moving place to place under Ren's belief that children and adults alike should see the world as soon as they possibly could to which Sayaki was in disagreement. It was in her travels with her parents that she was shown a world that could be both very beautiful and yet very ugly as well. During such travels, her father began to explain to her why war, fighting and other things were pointless to the overall human condition."War," he said to her, as she said in rapt attention, "Is like a sickness, the more you fight the more people catch it and then die," but he continued onward before she could pester him with a fountain of questions that only children seemed able to do. "Peace is much different, instead of sickness you have...you have something much like a fire, it keeps people warm, allows them to help themselves and others and the best part is that everyone is much happier that way." Yome in her young agree agreed, for surely everyone could get along, couldn't they?
It wasn't long after that Yome begun to see that peace was going to be a little harder than simply two people or rather two sides being 'nice' with one another. True peace was rarer, but at least there was segments of civility and a kindness that most people felt inclined to show. Still young though, Yome realized that in order to be able to help anyone, becoming a shinobi was quickly becoming a maybe the only option to achieve her goals. After a while in academy, Yome had both the fortune and misfortune of having a seeing a medical ninja in action during a mission complication during which a opposing rouge nin had attack. Observing them work, Yome had sudden clarity that being just a solider wouldn't help her, nor would it help any others either but being able to heal others would. So the girl continued on with typical training but asked for numerous texts and started to plan her path as a Medic to better assist her fellow villagers and others who required it of her too.
The training of a medic was decidedly difficult, with having to not only learning points on the body to which could assist in reliving pain but also the areas of the body that could be exploited to cause suffering instead. Still she took it in stride as one must learn any and everything to be a suitable medic. While her knowledge of things medical expanded, Yome often had much trouble keeping up in terms of fighting to which suited her due to her abhorrence to conflicts and guilt because she is a ninja as well as a medic.
RP Sample: They were no names, no faces. Or maybe that was just how she was able to perceive them as she took ever so cautious steps back. They advanced upon her, mouths moving but no sound came out. They were angry and there was no doubt about it but the girl was confused. No recollection of being here, and earlier when she did hear them speak, all they did was accuse her of something that Yome had fervently denied truthfully. But they had insisted, even more angrily that she had in fact done the things, and gleefully a more bruised man claimed.
"I really have no idea what you are talking about! I don't start fights, and I definitely don't go around looking for them. I really think have the wrong person!" Yome pleased, waving her hands in front of herself in an attempt to dissuade the men who took more enclosing steps towards her.
"Why won't they believe me!?" She thought in panic as her back brushed against the cold stones of a wall, and leaving her no place to run.
They spoke again, but sound came out, quiet sound for some reason but she was able to discern "Same robes, same hair, same girl" from their chorus. Yome's brow furrowed, as her thoughts became further troubles as she was the only person who dressed as she did, which was pleasing and very bad considering it made you stand out sometimes. But in her earnest attempts to once again try to explain that she had never harmed anyone and that maybe someone had been masquerading with her face had set them off further. The trio lunged at her and she felt the slam heavy hands about her throat, struggling in the grasp of one of the men, she clawed and kicked but nothing hurt him. Everything seemed to take on a bleaker look now, every time her eyes squeezed shut and flew open the shadows seemed to be covering everything before there was nothing at all.
With a loud and muffled scream, Yome flew into the sitting position and knocked the heavy pillow that had moved onto her face during slumber and the sheets that tangled her away. She rubbed at her neck gingerly, finding no pain, just the shortness of breath from what appeared to be nothing more than a nightmare. Yome brought her hands to her face, then sighed heavily as her hands fell away to the bed. Falling backwards the girl stared at the ceiling or what little of it she could see in the dark and breathed a little easier.
"It was all just a nightmare." Yome reassured herself aloud , finding the silence to be comforting as once more, she tried to have sleep overtake her.
