Description: When Yuri Onmyoton is wearing O3. She will be wearing a tan overcoat with a purple in-seam, which has a pocket on both sides, and complete with a fitted see-thru mesh body suit that stretches from her neck down to her thighs. Yuri will also wear a tan mini-skirt, a wrist watch, pale grey shin guards, and ninja sandals to completed the O3. Finally Yuri also wears a dark blue belt around her waist that connects to her skirt that has an appendage-like sash.

Abilities:
$O: The reason why O3 is useful (and why this going cost me some ryo ._.). When Yuri Onmyton is wearing O3, This allows Yuri to cast Genjutsu only with a lower Rank cost (-1 Charka Cost Rank.) O3 doesn't not increase damage dealt by the genjutsu, it only reduces the amount of charka to cast an genjutsu.

E-Rank Genjutsu: No Change in Charka Cost (I think E-rank Jutsu cost 5 Charka)

D-Rank Genjutsu: D-Rank Genjutsu are now cast with E-Rank Genjutsu Cost: 5 Charka to Cost and if maintaining genjutsu (-3 Charka after set duration of the genjutsu has ended. I rounded up for fairness and easier math.)

C-Rank Genjutsu: C-Rank Genjutsu are now cast with D-Rank Genjutsu Cost. -10 Charka to Cost and if maintaining Jutsu (-5 Charka after set duration of the genjutsu has ended)

B-Rank Genjutsu: B-Rank Genjutsu are now cast with C-Rank Genjutsu Cost: -20 Charka to Cost and if maintaining genjutsu (-10 Charka after set duration of the genjutsu has ended)

A-Rank Genjutsu:  A-Rank Genjutsu are now cast with B-Rank Genjutsu Cost: -30 Charka to Cost and if maintaining genjutsu (-15 Charka after set duration of the genjutsu has ended)

S-Genjutsu: S-Rank Genjutsu are now cast with A-Rank Genjutsu Cost: -40 Charka to Cost and if maintaining genjutsu (-20 Charka after set duration of the genjutsu has ended)


History: An Outfit Megumi Ootustuski(Yuri Onmyoton Ansector: Read The Role play Y Squared to learn more. Y Squared) has made specially for Yuri Onmyoton after training her but for an odd reason Yuri much still buy the outfit form Megumi would gave it to her, Megumi doesn't hand out freebies. Now when Yuri and Megumi came up with the design of the outfit, they based if off of Yuri's style of fighting. Genjutsu and more notably, Yuri Perverted Genjutsu.  The outfit is stylish, sexy, revealing and meant to subconsciously force people to look at Yuri to trap them in Genjutsu. The Outfit was also made when special material that lowers the cost of casting Genjutsu and only Genjutsu. Not much history to said. But if I need to add more, I will.
