The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: Similar to that of a normal shinobi outfit, this one consisted of the standard Hyougagakure pinstriped attire which stops at the knees. Over this, there is a green haori worn with white trimmings; and around the waist a brown sash with a fringed trail wrapped twice is seen. Light brown platoon sandals with straps in the same color as the kimono and nail polish on the fingernails and toenails in matching unison with the armor description shown above.
Abilities: The sash can repel C-Rank Taijutsu and Techniques, which protects her lower abdomen and waist. The platoon sandals have the same effect. The uniform itself is woven from a unique fabric that is maliable and pliable, which conforms to ease of movement, but is still capable of knocking off D-Rank projectiles and weaponry such as Kunai and Shuriken, rendering them useless. The armor itself can be pierced if a projectile is thrown and makes a connection by an individual with at least C-Rank Strength level. The sash can be pierced if a projectile is thrown and makes a connection by an individual with at least a B-Rank Strength level.
History: The uniform was given to her upon her promotion to Special Jounin by her Sannin, Raynado. It was given to Sylvanas as a symbol of his appreciation for her dedication to fighting and stopping crime by infiltrating bandit camps, eliminating and subduing poachers, and killing when necessary. This would officially be the uniform of the Hunter-Ninja of Hyougagakure. Those who are exceptionally skilled in a specific area of expertise and have proven their worth in the field can receive this armor. The armor costs 50,000 Ryo.

The issue I have with this is that it knocks away projectiles like kunai and shuriken. You will need to throw in some stat differences with this. A kunai thrown by someone with BUKI proficiency or someone who has a high STR stat could throw a projectile either hard enough or with enough precision to get the projectile through the uniform. May you please outline these statistic differences in the ability section?
