The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.

I know you are still working on your E-ranks, but due to your request, I'm going to grade a bit.
First off, you can materialize and make genjutsu into reality, and being so you should specify the effects of making them into reality within the technique. This will set the exact effect of doing this, to prevent constant changing results.
Kasumi Jusha no Jutsu [Mist Servant Technique] - This needs more limits to it, to fit its rank. With your abilities, it can create hundreds of real clones, which it a bit much. Set amounts on the clones. If you want to do so based on rank of shinobi, do so.
Kage no shūgeki(Shadow Assault) - This needs more detail. What does it do, what type of injuries can it cause, ect. It's pretty easy to assume, but better safe then sorry.
Kage no kyōki(Madness of Shadows) - Same as Shadow Assault. This one is especially vague, so please detail it a bit.
Black-Pinned Coffin of Requiems - When this materializes, it CANNOT also trap others, if the victim is with other people in the post. This will cause an auto hit upon usage on multiple targets if so, which is not okay. For the genjutsu purpose, it's fine. Like all others, it needs a written materialized effect that is standard for every use. Also well as detailing, please.
Bijon o sōshin(Transmit Vision) - Just making sure it is staed. This can't have a materialized form. It can only remain a genjutsu, which can obviously be rationalized and worked through, since it only effects physical features and voice. Please state how many people it can effect within the same instance of usage.
I know this is a lot to work on, but being the function of your abilities, as well as the way genjutsu is in combat, it is needed. Post when changes are made.

The disguise is flawless being that it alters the facial features and even voice: the victim's face is completely removed and makes the victim a faceless corpse. The face can be peeled off like an extra layer of skin and will wrinkle if physically hit hard enough.

The opponent find themselves suddenly entwined by a monster made of from a ball of pure tentacles; their mind is tricked into believing the tentacles have their body held fast and will move their body accordingly in reality to however the user wishes the tentacles to move inside the Genjutsu. The tentacles themselves are somewhat wet and sticky but also warm and soft-skinned; the tentacles can grow to what seems impossible lengths. The tentacles move to however Sheffield wishes but also seem to have a mind of their own, moving to the controlled person's feelings and desires.
Effect: All Genjutsu-based jutsu can either be pure genjutsu or genjutsu materialized. Materialized Genjutsus must have a 1 charge post. A Genjutsu that has already been cast can be materialized after 1 post of charge if the opponent does not dispel it. Genjutsus are cast on foes by a clap of the hands, snap of the fingers or eye contact.
Reality:
When this Genjutsu is made real, the tentacle monster is limited to D Rank soul stats. Anyone with D Rank STR will take two posts to escape but anyone with a higher STR can escape after one post. When materialized, these tentacles are limited to a length of 10ft each.

Looks good, however, to create them within reality, there has to be a limit to how long the testicles can be upon materialization. Limitless and such is fine as an illusion, but not within reality.

Cooldown: 1 per month Description: This jutsu is caused by any conventional ways in which to trap someone in a genjutsu: such as their 5 basic senses. The jutsu is utilized in both Genjutsu and the physical manifestation through the Onmyoton element. The user creates an intricate story that entraps the foe(s) in the epic dialogue and must complete the three chapters to escape the jutsu. In the genjutsu, the foe(s) must complete three chapters with a boss at each end of the chapter to escape the Genjutsu. Any NPC or pre-determined "dying" character(such as a member decides the character will die in the thread) will be subject to the hidden chapter, the Epilogue: this Epilogue is an instant death. The creator of this jutsu narrates the story and cannot be seen or touched in either genjutsu or physical version of this jutsu. In reality, the creator accomplishes this story by separating the affected area of the story by a barrier erected at the start of the jutsu. This barrier is the same rank of the jutsu and can only be seen by someone with a chakra sensing doujutsu and can only be broken by someone with another S Rank jutsu. Breaking the barrier does not dispel the physical manifestation, but makes anyone who wanders into the affected area subject to the story.
Chapter 1:
The opponent(s) will be shifted into the story and dropped right into the dialogue. They will be in a scenario of importance, such as preparing for a war and be relied heavily on for decisions, strategy and morale of the troops. Along with this, the person they hold most dear to them will be by their side and then betray them in the midst of battle- they must kill this person to complete the first chapter. This is the first boss in the story and they are ranked as B Rank boss(SPC Jounin) with increased soul stats by 1 rank(So a B Rank shinobi would have A Rank soul stats but regular B Ranked elements & specializations)
Chapter 2:
After having killed the person most dear to them, their side of the war is victorious but they are apprehended by their superiors and accused & condemned of high treason. They will be bound by steel stocks with their arms behind their back as they are forced to kneel before a court of royalty and condemned to exile. Soldier's will lead them out of the kingdom and into a wasteland meant for slowly depriving exiled people of their minds as well as starving to death. The wastelands are much akin to a desert and have a creature lurking beneath the sand that will follow them and attack on the second day in the wasteland. This "creature" is a version of themselves, except depraved of their memories, reasoning and passion. They are the boss for this chapter and must be killed the advance to the next chapter: this boss is A Rank shinobi(Jounin) with S Rank soul stats and A Rank specializations & elements.
Chapter 3:
After defeating themselves in the wasteland, their story will shift to an oasis they find. They will find water at the oasis and feel refreshed from drinking from it and resting under the trees for shade from the harsh sunlight. Hunger will gnaw at them until they decide to eat the fruit from the trees above them, after eating, they will be met by their third chapter boss. The boss is someone very powerful in their personal history or the history of their village's history. The boss will be S Rank shinobi(Seinin) with SS rank soul stats and S Rank elements & specializations. After successfully defeating the third boss, they will be released from the jutsu, regardless whether it was a Genjutsu or Reality. But if it is an NPC or a character predestined to die, they will face the "final" chapter, the hidden chapter, the Epilogue.
Epilogue:
This is an instant death chapter and not usable on members not intended to die and cannot be used in Death Enabled threads. In this chapter, after the opponent(s) are weary from defeating the pevious 3 bosses, they will feel relieved being "free" from the story, only to find themselves looking up in the sky as the sky is tore open by the god Tenjin himself. He will reign down mighty lightning bolts and create wild fires on the ground around them, slowly burning them with flames, suffocating them with smoke and striking them down with lightning. NPCs are predestined "dying" characters will be subject to this hidden chapter only.
Reality:
The bosses specified above will be as strong as described: elements & specializations will be determined by Sheffield upon each chapter. During this jutsu, everything in the story becomes reality, including the kingdom and people within it: they all play out the story as Sheffield narrates.
Limitations:This jutsu can only be used once a month IRL & leaves Sheffield in a severe physical and mental state. She loses her memories for 4 days and cannot remember who she is, the jutsu causes a sickness akin to a serious concusion and leaves her unable to use jutsu or battle for the whole month while she is recovering. This jutsu costs 125 chakra to cast.
