The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Personality: Laid-back: When not on a mission or having other duties, Bhairyuu is a very laid-back person, almost to the point that one could consider him indolent. As a result, he can often be found taking a long nice nap at his house or out on the meadows under the sakura trees while enjoying the feeling of the sunlight on his skin. He also like to relax and kick back while doing bird watching, his hobby since he was around 5 years of age. His laid-back nature influences his decisions in battle as well. After winning over an opponent he will often let them go instead to beating them up since he considers that to be too much work. If he doesn’t like something, he will not put effort into it, no matter who tells him unless the situation calls for it.
Chivalrous: Bhairyuu is a very chivalrous person toward others. Not only was it part and parcel of his personality since childhood, but it was reinforced by his parents every day. As a result, Bhairyuu now has a strong moral compass which guides him in each and every action he takes in a given situation. Though he is laid-back, he will jump into action if he sees wanton cruelty. In battle, he will try to avoid taking a life as far as possible, unless those he cares for are being threatened. Instead, he prefers to take away an opponent’s will to fight or incapacitate them in some manner. Bhairyuu is especially chivalrous towards women, regardless of age, though he does consider them to be quite troublesome. Since he is laid-back, he is always looking for ways to avoid quarrels with them at all costs instead of confronting them, and as a result is often roped into doing various chores for them, which he does, albeit extremely reluctantly. He will never raise a hand to hurt a woman unless he is provoked. He cannot stand to see them cry either. If he sees a woman upset, he instinctively tries to appease her, a trait born out of trying to appease his mother’s high expectations as a child. He even considers them to be a little scary, which reinforces his desire to not pick fights with them. In addition, he believes that men should protect women from harm and take care of them. So he gives his all to protect them even at high personal cost.
Calculating/Contemplative: Bhairyuu was born with an IQ of 200+. As a result, he takes life at his own pace as he considers life itself to be one big strategy game, one which he is confident he can navigate while ensuring the safety and happiness of not only himself but those around him. As his IQ is so high, it causes him to seek out and play various strategy games like go, shogi, and chess during peace time. In battle, he always tries to stay three steps ahead of the other person, preferring to outsmart his opponent rather than beat them to into a defeat if they happen to be stronger than him. Should he meet another strategy specialist in battle, he is known to challenge them to a match of shogi or chess as an alternative to a battle, another result of his laid-back nature and his desire to play strategy games against worthy opponents. His intellect also allows him to see through all but the most carefully woven deceptions and avoid most traps while laying his own intricate ones with plenty of misdirection to foil the enemy, making his objective of outsmarting his opponent that much easier.
Mischievous: Ever since childhood, Bhairyuu was a bit of a prankster. Even now as a genin, he loves to play innocuous tricks on people, which often end with him laughing it up with them about the prank afterwards. His mischievous nature also causes him to be reservedly flirtatious with the ladies. Though he is laid-back and considers girls to be troublesome and bossy, for some reason even he doesn’t understand, he loves to see if he can make them blush and so he likes to tease them lightheartedly. In battle, his mischievous nature makes him somewhat unpredictable and cunning, both of which are heavily influenced by his intellect, making him a dangerous foe if provoked unnecessarily.
Kind: Bhairyuu is kind to all by nature, especially those who are weak and downtrodden. He will try to help people in need as often as possible. He is especially kind towards women, children and the elderly, unless given a reason to be otherwise. As a result, he can be seen them helping out often whether it be on a mission or outside it. His kindness extends to animals as well, and he can be often seen feeding the strays that roam his village if he comes across them. He also protects them from those who would seek to harm them and rescues them if he comes across one being harmed unnecessarily.
Dutiful: Bhairyuu is a dutiful boy who respects authority and often does what he is told, except for in extreme circumstances. As a child, he was often given chores to do and he did them to completion. While he is indeed laid-back and mischievous, when the situation calls for his commitment, he takes his duty seriously, giving a 100% of his dedication and effort if it means protecting his near and dear ones (family, friends, teachers, comrades etc.) and proving his worth, making him fiercely loyal. As a result, his missions are usually successful since his dutiful nature also makes him attentive to detail and tenacious.
Calm: Bhairyuu is a normally calm person, and rarely if ever loses his composure, using his intellect to avoid any surprises that might make him lose his cool collected nature. In battle, his calm nature in turn allows him to efficiently use his intellect to analyze his opponent’s movements and come up with a solution to ending their fight. He can be seen meditating often at sunrise, an activity that serves many purposes. It allows him to maintain a cool head in times of stress, contributing heavily to his success rate. His calm nature allows him to approach any situation objectively and with equanimity, allowing no extremes to throw him off balance and find the best solution to the problem at hand.

Motivation: He wishes to bring honor to his clan and his parents’ names, and seeks to make his clan name known throughout the lands. He wishes to master as many jutsu as possible in his lifetime and if possible, create new jutsu of his own that incorporate his bloodline limit in innovative ways. He wishes to protect those near and dear to him most of all.
Fears: He fears he will fail those who need his aid, especially his loved ones.
Narakukami Clan
General Clan Information: Bloodline Name: Way of the Vampire
Bloodline Ability: The KG of the Narakukami clan from which Bhairyuu hails, is a two part bloodline limit. First is the clan member’s doujutsu, the Kyuuketsuki no Me or the Vampiric Eye, which affords the bearer the following abilities: a.Absorb an opponent’s chakra simply by looking into his/her eyes b.Read the opponent’s chakra and predict their next move with fairly decent accuracy c.Manipulate the trajectory of their own ranged attacks towards the opponent d.Cast powerful hypnotic genjutsu on the opponent
The second part of this kekke genkai is the special chakra that the clan members possess. It allows them to do the following things: a.Chakra Absorption/Assimilation b.Chakra-Blood Inter-conversion c.Blood Exudation/Manipulation (external & internal) d.Fluid-Blood Conversion e.Hemo-portation/Body-Blood Inter-conversion
There are several stages for the user to pass through if they wish to master this KG. These are as follows: Stage 1(Academy Student): The user begins to learn the basics of KG usage. However he/she will only be able to do these two abilities: changing chakra to blood and vice versa, and stealing another person’s chakra through contact and assimilating it.
Stage 2(Genin): After learning the above, the user now learns how to make blood clones which obey their creator’s will and can act accordingly. He/she is also able to extend chakra or blood outside their body and condense it to produce various low level, short range techniques. He/she can also make a blood potion by mixing chakra with blood and can use it on themselves or infuse it into other individuals to heal them to a certain extent (minor injuries only).
Stage 3 (Chunin): The user awakens his/her Kyuuketsuki no Me at this level once he/she is proficient at all of the genin and academy student level skills of their KG. They start to learn the basics of operating the Vampiric Eye. Since the eye is at level 1, they will only be able to read an opponent’s chakra to predict their actions to some degree of accuracy. In addition to this, they will learn mid-level, mid-range blood release techniques they will learn about special runes that they can etch on the opponent’s body or their own to affect them in various ways.
Stage 4 (Jounin): After mastering the above, the user then moves on to training his doujutsu in its advanced traits, namely casting various powerful hypnotic genjutsu on his/her opponent. He/she will learn mid-level long range techniques involving blood. The user will now learn how to use his chakra to drain the blood out of any wounds that the opponent has.
Stage 5 (Anbu): Now that the user is skilled at the abovementioned techniques, he/she will learn how to use their eyes to drain an opponent’s chakra simply by looking into the eyes of the opponent. They will learn high level long range techniques using blood and also be able to control their own lifeblood to a certain extent, and when he/she is injured their blood withdraws into the wound(s) and seals up the skin as it re-enters the body.
Stage 6 (Kage): After finishing his/her training as mentioned above, the user will now begin to learn the final abilities of the KG. At this stage, upon contact with the opponent, the user is able to imbue the opponent’s blood with temporary consciousness of its own. The blood will then be attracted to the runes on the user’s body and try to burst forth from the target all at once, leading to moderate blood loss. The user will also be able to use the highest levels of external and external chakra/blood manipulation.
Stage 7 (Sannin): This is the ultimate level of this KG. After mastering all of the above levels. The user will now be able to use the ultimate ability of his/her clan, the ability to execute hemo-portation and to convert his /her whole body into blood and reconstitute it as will.

Clan History: Past: It is thought that the earliest ancestors came from the old village of Hoshigakure and settled in the Cherry Blossom Country when they saw it on the decline due to its meteorite incident. The group of 10 Narakukami then began to thrive and eventually made a name for themselves in their new country, and thus came to the attention of the Senju clan, which was one of the two predominant clans in the country. The two clans eventually signed an alliance and as a token of that alliance the heirs to the clan decided to marry each other. This event brought a new generation of Narakukami who had the powerful techniques of their ancestors as well as the inherently high vitality and powerful chakra of the Senju. This also led to the tradition of the Senju and the Narakukami intermarrying their respective heirs. Present: Many years passed and finally the current head, Ryuuzaku Narakukami came to power after being anointed by his father, the previous leader. Following in the footsteps of his father before him, he too courted and later married the Senju heiress. They had a child named Bhairyuu who is the current heir apparent to the Narakukami clan.
Personal History: Past: Bhairyuu Narakukami was born to Ryuuzaku Narakukami and his wife Hiyo Senju, now herself a Narakukami. At the moment of his borth, a wandering sennin who was in town and had been invited to the conception ceremony prophesied that Bhairyuu would be the one to bring the Narakukami into its second golden age as its ancestor did before him. Needless to say, both Ryuuzaku and Hiyo were elated to hear the prophecy. As if to confirm the sennin's prophecy, the crimson moon then appeared in the sky, causing the whole clan to erupt in joyous celebration in honor of Bhairyuu's birth. So began his life as the only son of and hair apparent to his father and mother's positions as clan heads. Having inherited the renowned Senju vitality and large chakra reserves from his mother as well as the keen intellect of over 200 from his father, Bhairyuu showed great talent from a young age, mastering the pre-academy education as well as the basic academy level of his kekke genkai even before he had entered the academy on his way to genin. His high IQ and innate high vitality and chakra reserves allowed him to quickly master all the standard academy style ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu though he was best at ninjutsu and taijutsu.He also picked up weapons skills fairly quickly though not to the same level of proficiency as his ninjutsu and taijutsu. At the age of 12, he graduated from the academy and was greeted with great cheers from all his fellow clan members who were present for the graduation. Present: Now, Bhairyuu is waiting for placement under either a single S-ranked inja or a squad under a standard Jonin sensei. He has begun to study the genin level techniques of his KG, though he does not yet have enough experience with them to master them despite his intellect. As a graduation present, his mother and father have presented him with the custom outfit, armor and gear of the clan: Outfit: Forehead: jet black headband with village symbol engraved forehead protector Torso: A long sleeved comfortable black shirt with a high collar. The shirt has a fastener running down the right side and has mesh armor sown in between the layers. The cuffs and collar have electric blue rims. Arms and forearms: The sleeves have mesh armor sown in from the wrist to cover the whole of the forearm, the exposed half having the same electric blue rims as the cuffs. Legs: A comfortable set of trousers in the same style as Konoha's uniform, but all black in color with mesh armor sown in up to mid thigh. The ends of the trousers have mesh armor sown in up to mid calf from the ankle, with the same electric blue rims as the rest of the mesh armor. The trousers have the same electric blue rims as the mesh armor. Hands: A set of black fingerless gloves with a small square plate of armor riveted onto the cloth and the fingers having electric blue rims Feet: A set of ankle length shinobi sandals styled the same way as the gloves External Armor:
Face: An electric blue colored flexible steel oni mask with eye-slots with transparent crystal lenses rimmed with black borders, designed to amplify the intimidating glow of the clan's unique crimson red KG eyes. The mask has silk inside to reduce pressure on the face. Torso: flexible steel formfitting also styled in the same colors as the oni mask. The contours that correspond to the muscles on the torso are rimmed with black and the metal is energy channeling with silk lining the inside. The mesh armor covers the whole of the chest and extends down till the end of the sternum, the part below that made of mesh armor reinforced cloth. The armor covers the whole of the back too with a central reinforced strip running down the length of the spine to protect it. The rest is once again mesh armor reinforced cloth. The steel armor once again appears at the hip in two form fitting curved portions coming halfway down the thigh and in the front and back overlying the important body parts. the arms are not covered with any external armor. Forearms: a set of arm guards styled in the same colors as the torso armor with the outer portion being the thick but flexible steel and the inside being mesh armor reinforced cloth made to be slipped snugly over the sleeves of the shirt. the rims are once again electric blue Shins: a set of shin guards the same as the arm guards.
RP Sample: *Bhairyuu wakes up to the whole clan house in an uproar over an assassin who apparently had snuck in to kill Bhairyuu's parents as well as him. He quickly and quietly moves to the section where his mother and father stay as clan heads, and sees the assassin circling around his father and mother.* *Bhairyuu shouts at the assassin* "Hey you loser!! I am your opponent now!!" *the assassin turns to face Bhairyuu, glaring at him in an attempt to intimidate him. Bhairyuu quickly runs through the hand-signs that his father has shown him, channeling his chakra and spreads it out around him, turning it into blood. He then calms utters the command phrase* "Blood Release: Blood Entrapment." *As the assassin runs forward to launch himself at Bhairyuu, he finds himself trapped in a birdcage made entirely of condensed blood and chakra. Bhairyuu then squeezes the cage inward, suffocating the assassin, watching with grim satisfaction as the assassin choked to death, groaning* "U-ugh..c-cant b-breathe..." *Bhairyuu then head over to his parents to check whether they are okay, and they praise him for his excellent execution of the clan's KG.*

A face claim is the reference of the character you use. Basically, say you use ichigo from bleach. You would put ichigo there. If you used some random or custom art, with no reference, you put that there.

Ah okay then, does the face claim character need to be the one described in the character section or is it just to give an idea of what the character looks like.
Faceclaims are like this- Say you wanted to use Goku's appearance from DB/Z, you use him as your avatar and describe him as your character's appearance. Faceclaims are just a way for us to use anime/manga character's we like to physically portray ourselves as- so if you wanted to look like a specific anime/manga character on here, you would specify who & from what anime/manga.
