The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Personality: As a child, Tachibana was a serene, poised and comical individual. He was obedient to the wishes of his father and superiors, as well as a loyalist of Boufuugakure, yet he often strayed from the path of opinionated gravity and dabbled in infantile tales. However his compliance to please his superiors and the Village often took stead and he placed himself within their reach, a testament of his determination and fidelity.
More priggish than his cohorts as he grew, Tachibana took up the manner of a pragmatist who judged individuals upon their actions and coordination in societal environments. This was exhibited during the political missions he completed and his knack at solving the political crisis that later troubled Boufuugakure. Furthermore he displayed a similar attitude towards the Village who believed they would bring war to Boufuugakure’s doorstep; he simply saw them as opportunist and infuriated individuals who were seeking a senseless means to an end.
Between him and his peers, Tachibana holds a more assertive personality, easily being able to talk down incensed individuals and previously managing the Village’s Jonin force. Tachibana also holds the welfare and prominence of Boufuugakure in the highest regard, and, being pragmatic by nature, he valued the ideals of harmony and attempt within his own right to help enemy Shinobi from falling prey to their own martial desires. Ultimately, Tachibana notes his emotional state to be one of no hatred, but rather a complex cooperation of feelings that allow him to deal with what others may see as abhorrence.
Likes: Tachibana is a placid soul, he often finds himself tendering plants and filling his gut while the excessive rain of Boufuugakure hammers his roof. He especially finds the caring of a Bonsai to be up of the upmost peace, he spends his morning clipping where necessary and watering when needed. He also holds a kind diet; the devouring of food has been a game to him since his birth. Rice, cakes and the odd Sukiyaki is a daily treat for his little stomach. Apart from the material necessities and relaxation through the picking of leafs, Tachibana enjoys peace. Peace of the land and peace within the walls that protect his people.
Dislikes: Despite his often caring personality, Tachibana holds another persona that sees him disliking the qualms of a narcissist. He also holds a distinct hate for melodramatic behaviour and xenophobes who purposely place themselves within the limelight and only live for attention. He sees himself as a true diner, and thus he dislikes the buying of “salad” and other “rabbit food” on adventures that include cuisine. Another dislike of his is ridiculousness and the practice of impractical methods within times of strife and politics.
Motivation: Loyalty and concord serves as motivators for Tachibana, however his anger can often take fold which results in him strengthening his effort with the backing of fury. Tachibana also holds aspirations, such as becoming the leader of his people, gaining children and spreading his concord throughout the land. Despite his clean and often still manner, he does hold a dark-side that sees his motivation being transformed into a lust for clout.
Fears: Tachibana fears the prospect of war and the “misplacing” of his affection, to which he values and champions as a distinguishing trait of his. His fear stems from his career as a Shinobi and the articles that have crossed his eyes. Additionally, the more juvenile side of Tachibana can see him howling about a lack of grub and a rumbling tummy, as well as the death of his Bonsai. Death is a strange topic for Tachibana, he neither fears it nor does he pledge his life for death but as a Shinobi he knows what is required of him.
Uchiha Ichizoku
Bloodline Name: Sharingan, Mangekyou Sharingan
Bloodline Ability: The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.
The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.
The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summons or even Bijuu’s may be controlled. When this was used against summons and the Bijuu’s their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.
The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.
Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain.
The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, including the powerful fire jutsu Amaterasu and the almost unbreakable genjutsu Tsukuyomi. The Mangekyō Sharingan erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be prevented by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan
Location: Shippuu
Clan History: The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother inherited the Sage's "eyes", powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favored the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.
Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the other being the Senju clan. As time passed the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.
The Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. The leader at that time feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to stop fighting. The Senju settled in the Cherry Blossom Country, and the Uchiha moved to the Ocean Country to reside on its various islands. What happens next will depend on the generations to come.
History:
Spoiler:
Growing up, Tachibana was like many children who resided in the Village and Boufuugakure and wished to serve their superiors as well as the citizens that cater the daily ruckus. Tachibana’s father took stead as a Council Member and a Jōnin who provided the Village with knowledge within the areas of surveillance, political affairs and broad literacy within matters of state organization. At the appropriate age, he was enrolled in the Village Academy and excelled through his scholastic and physical exams, graduating to the rank of Genin within a matter of months with no difficulties.
Under the guidance of his Jounin instructor, Tachibana and his teammates outrivaled the other squads that bordered the rank of Boufuu’s finest Genin. During his time as a Genin, Tachibana experienced the true life of Shinobi and found himself totally twenty combined D and C ranked missions, three B ranked and a final A rank to mark his departure from the juvenile life of a Genin. During the Chūnin examination he marked to be a top tier director during the Shi no Mori stage and an excellent academic during the written tasks.
After attaining the rank of Chūnin, he received personal training from his father which found him striving through rigorous exercises that tasked his psychological and physical capacity. The training, as rigorous has it may have proved, established his longing for pushing and reinforced an arrogance of succession. Furthermore, during Chūnin-Hood he took time to travel the Great Shinobi Nations in which he, within a matter of philosophy, “found himself”. He much enjoyed his own company and discovered moral and personal foundations that built him into a self-assured Shinobi with a desire to lead, enthuse and build his own personal ground. During his trek he also took to writing, to which began the creation of an untitled autobiography that saw him ignorantly scribing his past and apparent future.
Upon his return to Boufuugakure, Tachibana took the written Jōnin examination, and passed. However his true yielding to such a rank was decided by the Kanetsukage, who saw Tachibana as a phenomenon and a Shinobi of merit who deserves to sit within the counsel of Boufuugakure’s supreme. And thus he accepted, taking up the mantle of Jōnin – a wish he later wished to leave. The labour of a Jōnin had a certain toil to it, it cornered Tachibana and gave him a feeling of slavery. He had now pledged an oath and breaking that would form him the title of “oath breaker” and disregard from those he cherished.
But alas, he regained sense and took the mantle and bounded himself to the Village. With it came a squad, one consisting of lazy, juvenile and talented Shinobi. He was optimistic; dreams of being a teacher had long played ghouls in his dreams. He trained his squad in the same fashion his father trained him, pleasing them with countless missions and busting their tendons before he submitted them to the “pleasure” of the Chūnin examination. Upon entering, they passed, flying the flag of his succession and dreams to teach. However, as much as he liked the role of teacher, he wished to move on. And thus, after the promotion of his squad, he volunteered to lead a regiment of Shinobi across the country and through multiple smaller Shinobi Villages to show, support and honour Boufuugakure.
Free of a squad, and with a track record that proved his political, scholar and battle prowess, the Village Council elected him as the provisional Jōnin Hanchō – a position that stood right underneath his father, who had grown old and fragile due to the whims of politics and battle. Conversely his time as commandant did not last long, he was tasked with destabilizing a fragile situation between Boufuu and a small local Shinobi Village.
Tensions were present for months and a small strife between Boufuu and small Shinobi Villages had began brewing. The leaders, those of the small Shinobi Villages, had grown frustrated with the border violations of Boufuu Shinobi and thus sought reimbursements from Boufuu for their supposed crimes. After many a threat, a small Village that prized itself on the cleverness and talents of its’ Shinobi, vowed to raze Boufuu. To combat the mobilization of the enemy Village, Boufuu placed a small regiment under Tachibana and allowed him to tackle the force before it met Boufuu’s walls. Many great Shinobi stood beside their leader and fought valiantly within the skirmishes that saw mothers’ lose sons.
During the various skirmishes that took place during the war, Tachibana hunkered down with a unit of younger Shinobi and acted as their protector. The Shinobi were inexperienced and their lives now sat within the palms of Tachibana’s hands. Reliving himself of protection duty for a moment, Tachibana stepped outside and was quickly met with a kunai to the abdomen. He watched as a surf of enemy Shinobi charged forward, battled armed and a lust for vengeance, and it was upon this moment that he found his psychological and physical challenge. He pledged himself to these Shinobi, and the testament of his oath had come to fruition. And thus he fought, bringing end to the storm of Shinobi who charged.
With a victory under his belt, he endeavoured back to his Village where he was met with recognition and became a distinctive celebrity for his abdomen scar. Nonetheless, his icon status died down and soon the rains and storms of Boufuugakure replaced what little repute for war he had left – business as usual.

As a child, matters of state never held authority over the feeble mind of Brandon. He was, instead, more concerned with his own egotistical way of life, and dutiable ambitions. Fenshores, Rolden and Bronagh were but distant names within the realm of his intelligence, ones that he didn’t care or even dreamt of dedicating functional aptitude towards. However, his ignorance didn’t stop his grandfather from jostling the Houses down his throat and sermonizing systematic revulsion into the ears of the poor lad.
He races for a tavern seated deeply in the mountains of Lion’s Tooth, championing a black steed and sporting dark blue leather clothing. He strides through the sinister woods of Brenhin, they seem different, a certain devilish essence captivates the roots and the night sky compliments the dances of the mischievous sprite.
He carefully dismounts his steed, digging his feet into its belly as he trembles himself to the ground. The carouse of the tavern is distinct, a beating cask of merrymaking, half ravished whores and fascinated aristocrats who delve into the complimentary of peasants. He treads carefully, skinning the warmth of the dark gloves from his hand while evading the fallen inebriated and sword-waving fiends. The scene is one that has grown common to him, large men with long mead soaked beards and busty peasant women who are seeking the embrace of the intoxicated. Life has an eccentric way of changing itself, once an aspiring Knight of the Crown to an antagonistic separatist whom is trying to find his feet in a time of war.
War, a word that spills from many in Brenhin. The people slave away, drawing their every breath to break bread with their families. The fields stutter, no crops grow but there is enough verve for the taverns to give birth to drunks. The creatures of the lands slowly drift away; it has been long since a wolf has preyed on the flesh of a stag. Many dream of a revived Brenhin, a new frontier. But such dreams bathe in the mind of mad men, those who believe God will grace Brenhin with peace soon. But the once great nation shall not be graced; the barren land of bones and rebel armies will remain till human-power brings change.
Caitriona Bronagh blocks the sea while Stephen Rolden barks at the doorstep of Brenhin. Two haughty, exasperated individuals seeking the fortune of those who do not wish them – better to starve a nation than make peace with one. They’re wise to attack their believed enemy at a weakened state, but foolish for not focusing on the decisive foe. With these warmongering monarchs come division, the reign of Risteard Fenshore has placed a bane upon Brenhin. The fool Roger Somerled enlists a new King but takes care not to manage the tyrant, he flees and discounts the Hamlet he has created. Rosamund Walbrook, a strange woman, known for her cunning and delectable beauty but also denounced as another Fenshore rat within the eyes of Brandon and House Redore. However grudges fall short when superior matters are afoot. The exchange of letters between the pair has been constant; many whom did not know the intentions of the letters could confuse them for romance. Yet, they, indeed, romanticized within their printed ink – dreams of anew existence.
Brandon carefully takes his seat opposite Rosamund, tossing his gloves onto the table and lounging back into the rigid wooden settle. A devilish smile surmounts his face, and a sensation of abhorrence brooks through his body, yet a bright light of hope shines within his mind.

I spoke with Ryouji in ChatBox and he stated, or at least I think he did, that I should proceed with my application. I have attached an extract from the chat below. If you wish I can apply within the topic.
Spoiler:
[21:03:32 17/04/13] Tachibana Hyūga : What I wanted to ask was, am I able to apply for the Boufuu Jounin position despite not sending a Hyuga application first? I have a fear that the position may slip me by time I finish the Hyuga application, and as a result I am hoping that you would allow me to do a character application beforehand.
I also consulted Ryouji about that, it is present within the spoiler. His response, within my perspective, meant that I was able to create the character with the intention of being accepted so I may obtain the rank and then moving on to creating the clan.
