Bloodline limit already covers 2 elements (earth and lightning) to which i upgraded to B rank
and all other statistics i kept under the defined "B" rank for special jounin. Just upgraded them from purchase (D-Rank) to the current levels.

Ill just write out my whole process just in case.

Special Jounin start with 15,000 experience.
Bloodline limit stat starts at D-Rank automatically and must be improved through RP

Special Jounin: "Soul" stats at start cannot go above B-rank, specializations are allowed one A-rank, and elements are allowed one A-rank. (Assumed I could purchase as many starting off and upgrade to B rank as long as it did not go over the defined B-rank starting cap)

"You may start with either one specialization starting at B-rank, or two starting at D-rank. It is possible to unlock a new specialization in the Specialization tree but it costs a lot of experience(2,500)" (I chose to start with two at D- Rank, genjutsu was purchased both upgraded to starting cap  through available experience)

Your Bloodline limit is separate in a sense from your elements- to use your advanced element, you must upgrade your Bloodline mastery. That being said, you must also upgrade each individual element as well(Upgrading your Bloodline mastery does snot upgrade your elements- it simply allows you to use higher leveled KKG jutsu)

As it is right now, you have NO elements & thus would not be able to use your Bloodline.

Ok Doton has been fixed as my starting element, and raiton my purchased second element.
BLM is still D rank, but i should be able to use techniques up to the above-listed (B-Rank) statistic of the individual elements, right?

You have Doton & Raiton now, but you still need to purchase Jiton as your 3rd element. Your two base elements by themselves can go up to A Rank with your current stats, but you do not possess Jiton at all and won't be able to use your Bloodline element.

That aside my stats were approved.
Will they be changed or will I have to scrap
them considering the updates for them?

Stats look good to me. Just needs a second approval. This character was made before the experience revamp, so there is no need to scrap this.
