The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

First Name: Hiro Last Name: Otaka Alias: Trouble Child
Gender: Male Age: Fourteen Height: 5'8" Weight: 124 lbs Birthday: October 30th Sexuality: Straight Relationships: N/A
Affiliation: Tsukigakure no Sato Rank: Genin Element(s): Raiton, Katon. Specialization(s): NinJutsu
Personality: Before joining Tsukigakure, Hiro lived in a tiny village near the far outskirts of the Land of Rain. Hiro lived a normal life until the day his tiny village was raided brutally by bandits. Hiro and his parents were taken as slaves by the group of bandits. The group of bandits decided that the tiny village was a nice place to settle, they forced Hiro and his parents, along with several other villagers, to do hard labor without much food or water. It wasn't until a few days the villagers had dropped dead, including Hiro's parents. The boy persevered through the starvation and managed where his parents could not. Hiro lost a sense of himself, which caused him to have a lack of emotional understanding for others. Due to the women dying before the men could; Hiro was raped once by a bandit, they called the boy feminine looking and decided he would "make do".
As a result of the treatment that Hiro had endured, he no longer feels fear, much pain, nor does he have morals. The village was later discovered as what seemed like a concentration camp, give or take, Tsukigakure ninja discovered the camp and later rescued everyone. Hiro was taken into Tsukigakure no Sato and inducted into the academy. His teachers described him as a problem child, despite the childish and playful demeanor he has, Hiro is considered very violent and mentally disturbed. He alerted the academy counselor of everything that happened at the village, with no filters or sugar coating on the disturbing events.
Hiro will take on anyone, no matter how dangerous they are, he has no emotional understanding which causes him to rush into things. Hiro sometimes lacks empathy for others and can't seem to understand some emotions of others. Hiro, however, will recognize how important those closest to him are. Hiro is still capable of caring for and loving those closest to him, which shows that some of his former self still remains.
Likes: Sweets, Hiro has an abnormal sweet tooth. He always seems to crave candy and will sometimes even munch in battle! Fun conversation, Hiro loves to converse with people who can spark a fun topic. As well as keeping it up, at that. Hands-on experiences, never one for lectures and notes. Hiro enjoys training techniques and handling new weapons. Interesting people/abilities, Hiro loves to meet people who have incredible jutsu that you don't see everyday.
Dislikes: Cigarette stench, Hiro dislikes the disgusting smell that tobacco products give off. He tends to get headaches from them and that destroys his train of thought, and comfort. Adults, so boring! Hiro dislikes people who occupy themselves with business. He refers to them as 'adults'. Dull subjects, nearing as to why Hiro hates "adults," is because of the dull work they indulge themselves in. Anything not regarding shinobi practices is considered a dull subject, to Hiro.
Motivation: Thrill, close friends. Thrill, something that can drive anyone to do stuff. Hiro will not do anything that doesn't directly benefit him or promise any fun. Close friends, something Hiro has yet to establish. Someday, when he eventually meets someone that'll put up with his crap, they will become his drive.
Fears: Agraphobia, the fear of being sexually abused. This phobia roots from past events in the genin's life, when he was a child he was raped. Hiro tends to cause outbursts in public or creates anxiety in problems where there's potential sexual involvement.

History: Birth
Hiro was born in a small and unnamed settlement in the Land of Rain. Hiro was born on October 30th, otherwise known as "Devil's Night". Hiro had no siblings, but usually conversed and played with the children of the settlement. Compared to today, Hiro acted the complete opposite as a child. He lived a normal life, with caring and loving parents, and lots of friends. The village practiced subsistence farming, enough for just the people. The villagers were nothing compared to what a shinobi is, they didn't practice anything related to a ninja's teachings, because the lack of need to do so. The settlement had never been attacked or pestered with.
Until one fateful night, which turned Hiro's life around for the worst, a group of bandits destroyed the peace of the village. Most of the women were taken away from the men and children, and that explains the rest. The men and children were put to harsh physical labor, the bandits treated the people of the settlement like slaves. Not much food or water was allowed to the villagers, which resulted in starvation and dehydration and that led onto death. A few weeks passed and Hiro witnessed the second most disturbing thing of his life, the boy's own parents fell dead in front of him. No mourning was allowed, he just got pushed forward and was told to continue working. He didn't look back or even think about it, the boy lost a sense of him self. Surely, the women gave in and ended up dying off before the men could. The young children being the only viable source of entertainment for the bandits, Hiro was raped. His name was trashed by the bandits. They, the bandits, called the boy feminine which implied that he looked like a girl, implying it was okay to sexually violate Hiro.
Turning Point
One divine night, as Hiro would explain it, battle calls and the clanging of metal on metal rang throughout Hiro's ears. To later be revealed, the settlement had been reported to higher authority and shortly compromised. Ninja from the village known as Tsukigakure came to rescue the mistreat-en people, as well as offering them a new life in Tsukigakure no Sato. The boy was rescued and escorted to the village he would now live in. A respect grew for the village's authority, which is why Hiro hasn't been kicked out yet. Hiro gained acceptance into the academy, but was branded to have daily visits to the counselor.
Academy, what comes next?
Hiro had instantly been branded as a trouble child, his behavior terrible but his skill was fairly bearable. During his daily visits to the counselor, Hiro spilled everything. Spilling everything without a filter, no sugar coating, Hiro told his counselor about the death, rape, and pillage. He seemed to not care about what he spoke of, as if it didn't phase him. With counselling aside, the actual class held Hiro's attention. Everything was hands-on, which Hiro loved. He made many friends, as well as rivals. The boy made friends just to help himself in the classes. The written work was disgusting to Hiro, so he used gullible children to help him do it. Hiro had been a bit older than everyone else, so he used it to his advantage. Graduation arrived and Hiro had surely graduated, not the top of the class but it was good enough.
The boy was now a genin, but without a squad. The opportunity for improvement was present, Hiro decided to dive in full burst. The Chunin exams had been advertised to be extremely difficult, lots of training was ahead for Hiro. New friends were to be made, as well as new enemies. The rest of the boy's story unfolds here..

Spoiler:
The child sat, leaned against the tall oak tree in the park located in Tanzaku. The park, due to the city being more of a night life resort, was usually not as populated during the day. Sam looked forward, the red in his eyes glinted in the shade and shadow of the massive oak tree. His visible features, above his chest, were just his eyes and his deeply white hair due to his collar being extremely large. He brought his palms together in an attempts to gather spiritual energy and manifest it into physical energy, he did this akin to many other ninja.
The novice sat at the tree for a while, struggling to keep his exact posture without giving in due to a lack of obedience and patience. The boy mustered up everything inside of him, but obviously not his lunch, and he channeled it throughout different points of his body. It felt like a rapid current of energy distributing everywhere and he found it hard to control, his iris shrunk as he felt this for the first time. The energy soon had succumbed and Sam assumed control over it, he felt it channel throughout his legs.
His brow furrowed indefinitely as he hands shook together, sweat had dripped down onto his pants as he was sitting crisscross. Sam fought his body to push the chakra down to his feet as he maintained his palms together, beginning to stand up and face the oak tree he had to climb. His lip pursed as he found it extremely hard to push the chakra down to the very bottom of his feet, the soles. The boy hunched down, a determination-like stance which only portrayed high hopes of success.
That is when it hit him, and his thoughts tracked back to Alvardo. Sam's tiny attention span forgot the main reason it was doing what it had been doing all along. Becoming a ninja wasn't just for his sake as Sam remembered this, his legs ceased to shake. He formed a smirk on his face as the grass began to flutter as if a current of wind blew over it, his feet felt different as if they were not of his own anymore. An ounce of motivation and confidence, and then some, poured into Sam's ego. If he could do things like this before he met the Hokage, she may be impressed and he might gain acceptance.
After a few moments of indulgence in this feeling of power, Sam's foot raised and took a step forwards and again and again, all in a constant velocity towards the oak tree as he began to pick up the pace. This feels so sugoi~, Sam grinned, talking to himself in his own personal bubble of thoughts. He ran forward, arms raised high, and an extremely large smile spread across his tiny, yet pudgy, cheeks. His right foot came up to tap onto the tree and to his surprise, it stuck. His left foot willingly followed up and the sandals stepped onto the tree. No way... Sam's eyes widened in disbelief to this feat he accomplished. His right foot moved forward, and attempted to step once more. All at the same time, Sam's over-confident and let loose behavior inspired his focus to drop.
The next string of events involved Sam lying flat-out in the luscious grass surrounding the oak tree which had possibly challenged his credibility of being a ninja. The boy's attention ventured upwards in accordance to the leaves falling down in a free fall controlled by gravity, although there was quite some air resistance. It helped them tumble and float down gently, Sam enjoyed this sight for a while. Something peaceful he found, which was rare. Before Sam had known it, his palms cascaded around each other once more. His concerning glare came forth, as the boy ascended from his inspirational rest.
The energy swiftly channeled down his legs, where it took a few moments to reach his feet. The boy coincidentally shook his head and grunted once more in concern of mastering this ability. His determination powered his will to continue and so he did, the boy's deep red eyes narrowed and activated his body's will to rush forward. The tree was challenging him, yes, but he did not cower in fear. The boy was an achiever and nothing less. The chakra vibrated in below his feet, channeling beneath his shinobi sandals.
It was clear to Sam that, in order to succeed at this, he had to focus and leave a blank mind for proper reaction. His right foot ascended upwards, Sam's eyes analysed his own maneuver. The foot slammed against the bark, and the left quickly followed up. As soon as he figured it out, his feet met the tree's bark in perfect adhesion. Sugoi, sugoi, sugoi. It's like a dream come true.. Prepare yourselves, I'm comin'! The boy dashed up the tree, his arms hung behind him but they followed nonetheless. His foot slipped up, and his right arm extended to roughly grab onto the thick branch. He swung up, using his left arm to support his right's struggle to the top. His feet moseyed up, and were the last to join Sam on top of the large branch even though they worked the hardest.
The boy perched against the bark, as his lower body rested on the awfully, thick branch that rooted out of the upper tree trunk. His eyes blinked and went into a gradual descent of well deserved rest.
Sam's savory red eyes creep-ed open, instantly, they were infiltrated by the sun which leaked in from the green leaves. His feet lie adjacent from him and his face was bathed in sunlight. He brought balled fists up to his face for reasons as to rubbing his tired eyes. He peeked down the tree afterwards, he had to get down somehow. I'll have to run down it.. hm.. He thought of that idea and considered it beneficial to his endeavors in training.
His bandaged right hand and bare left hand came together in a mutual understanding of perfect harmony, their orders were plain and simple. As Sam commanded his body to muster up the energy required to propel him forward during his oncoming career. The energy began to freely flow throughout his body, and with every patient second he gained just a bit more. He figured this was cool and a resourceful way to preserve the new energy he could now, somewhat, mold. It was called chakra, he thought it a funny name like something ancient monks would say.
He directed the energy he possessed and commanded it to travel down to his legs, and eventually reach the bottom of his feet. He figured if he took his time it would be more efficient in the long run. His tongue stuck out, as he flowed the energy swiftly to propel out of the soles of his feet. Moments later Sam was blinking and his tongue still relaxed in an unusual manner over his bottom lip and under the top. The chakra reached the bottom of his young feet, and he propelled himself upwards to stand. Can't wait to try this out..
Sam looked down at the ground, his eyes determined it was soft enough if he fell. In most cases at this height, not really but what did you expect from an ignorant nine year old?
His hands gripped the bark of the tree branch that extended from the trunk he previously rested on. His feet dangled about as Sam swung them side to side to reach the main trunk. His right foot clicked and he released his tight grip on the branch. He swung down, almost falling in the process of said risky procedure, his left hand traveled in hopes of landing on the bark and surely it succeeded. With a divine luck, as some would call it. His feet were now propped on the tree and he stood face down looking at the grass he previously took the leisure of lying in. His feet took their time moving down the tree, as Sam took his time channeling the energy to his desired comfort level.
The day was still bright, and he hoped to resume training another technique after this. So, in order to preserve his time, he took off in a full sprint down the center of the tree. "Weeee!" The cry of happiness sprung from Sam's curled lips. As his sandals smacked against the bark making a familiar sound each time. Sam continued in full burst downwards defying the laws of physics. Gravity should have sent this boy slamming into the ground but he wasn't an ordinary child, he was carving his path to becoming a ninja.

Great job! Just one thing for you to do. I need you to write out your likes, dislikes, etc. in complete sentences pretty please! Once you do that, please bump the topic and I shall stamp you!
For future reference when using a template put the words behind the brackets [] Words instead of [Words]. The fears and the motivations should be in paragraph form as well, Thanks.
