At this time, all rank progression will be frozen, due to the upcoming release of the new system. All members may still obtain EXP, train jutsu, do missions, ect. However, your EXP will not be able to be used towards rank progression, at this time. EXP will still be needed for rank progression, with the new system. Rank EXP progression costs will not change, at this time. This may change.
