Kou was once again heading out for another village. This time he was headed to Boufuugakure. He hadn't heard from Boufuu or its officials at all and neither had he heard of people outside of the village being able to get into touch with the oh so elusive village. Kou was sure the villagers may still be fluctuating and thriving on their own but he wasn't too sure about the officials themselves. Who knows, they could have left just like the previous leader of Kusa. In the end it was just a friendly visit to see what was really going on and it would probably be nothing much at all. The Kage once again left his home in search of the village that was the nearest to Kusamura. Hopefully it wouldn't be attacked during his leave of absence.
With that the Sakurakage left his home to find another village. This time the Kage brought a rain coat because it was rumored that the village was hidden in a storm that went on for endless days an nights. Once more he would simply arrive at the gates and give proof of his leadership by bringing along his Kage hat and robes as well. He traveled through the thick and dense forest of Kusa to enter an area full of rain and thunder storms. The farther in he got the more he could see the famous village in sight. It definitely was the Village Hidden in a Storm. The weather was getting really terrible now, the wind was picking up and the pouring of the rain only got heavier.
Kou approached the gates of the wall and was stopped by guards asking for verification of who he said he was. Kou pulled out his uniform and then walked through the gates leaving the guards speechless. It wasn't everyday that a Kage did these sort of things.
